If your dear pet require medical care please do not go to this clinic. They are overwhelmed and confused. Find a good vet you can trust and that is reasonable you will be happy instead of sad like I am. I made a horrible mistake and took my pet there and ended up at uic vet emergency room. One of their vets prescribed heart meds and when my pet ran out: another vet Sambanji wrote a prescription and forgot he did that. He also suggested they be ordered online which was the worst experience. The vet and the online meds could not get their story straight. This caused a delay in meds and my dog was put to sleep and I feel horrible. This clinic is only good for rabi shots, neutering, or adoptions but nothing else that is urgent care. I had no problem taking her there every month like I did to get her meds but they have no regard for your pet and are not crying like I still am. SO TRY TO FIND A REASONABLE VET, GET SOME KIND OF PET INSURANCE AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE. TRUST ME NO ONE LOVES YOUR PET LIKE YOU DO. I tried to take her to another vet however it was to late and I realized i would have paid for good care and I wish i never heard of this horrible place.
