After wasting my time entering all my information looking for a contractor, their web page asked me to call a number to verify who I am. I called that number and it had nothing to do with verifying me. From there on I could not get any referrals to the contractors. This is a simple waste of time.
I was interested in a SunSettter awning. Tom, the owner (and my "salesman") was on time, very polite, and well prepared for our appointment. He had material samples to view and feel, and answered ALL my questions quickly and thoroughly. The installers were also on time, very polite, and had great senses of humor. They were obviously well trained, and did a very professional installation in less than an hour. The one installer explained the motor's operation, and gave me several tips on using and protecting my new awning. I could not be more pleased!
I will keep you in mind for another Project. I am very pleased with the outcome of my rooms with the carpet putting in place. It looks amazing. Please call this company for your home projects. They are excellent.
This was the worst lead generated app ever. This was not helpful to my business. I only booked three jobs out of 300 leads. Also there numbers and leads are fake. I warned everyone this services was the worst ever. I'm now with yelp who have more reasonable leads.
This site ain't nothing but a load of crap. They don't even let you review the companies that do you good. They act like they need to know your entire history as a human being first. From the sounds of their questions, it seems to me that they run background checks on you without your consent or knowledge. And you can't even get to review the good companies at all. And the ones you know are bad say A+ or 5 stars. I call bull.
I had a bad moving experience in the past, Let's Get Moving just showed me what it should have been like before! Matt and Damian were beyond great, very profession and efficient! Estimate was dead on and I can't say enough, how great my experience was!
About 10 years ago I hired a painter who had a good reputation and I asked him if he was on Angie's list and he said no because they charge the contractor to be on the list. At that time everyone believed that "Angie" was like Craigslist and just a public list for people to find out about good contractors. It's still the same now and you can read how contractors get charged for calls they receive even if there's no job and there's random fees that they pay smaller independent contractors can lose big while "Angie" pockets millions
What an emergency! Sewer spewing into the basement. Called A-General who treated this as an emergency and came in over in about an hour. Carlos E. Was very competent, efficient. He first told us what it would cost and that's exactly what we were charged, very reasonable price especially for emergency service.
I would not recommend this site to absolutely anyone. I've had leads sent to me that I haven't even taken and they are 50-75 dollars. I look in my bank account and $636.42 are out of my account. And I've got a 2 month old, and my wife on maternity leave. So if anyone is ever looking. Don't do this site ever. It's a scam and a bunch of $#*!. I wouldn't even give this a star but I need it for my rating.
This place cancelled on my disabled mother the hour of them coming out to clean we will never use them again and I will post on every social media site there is and also have my husband take himself off of there as being a vendor! Horrible horrible service
Angi Leads is absolute joke from the contractor perspective. 90% of their "leads" are bogus (either non-responsive customers, tasks requested outside scope of business, or customers just messing around on the internet that are not actually interested in having work done) and they refuse to credit appropriately. I lost 4x as much money as I made using their platform. Stay as far away as you can.
I was going to sign up as a business owner but the sales person did not seem friendly. I told them I would wait 2 weeks until I get my business started and that I would contact them when I am ready but his response was "We are going to move on and find another company in your area to work with."... Uh, what kind of response is that?
Zero stars. I needed some windows replaced. Angie sent 2 guys in a van with a ladder. The Pros as Angie called them, showed up with no tools. I had to loan the so-called pro all the basic tools needed for the job. The pro left a mess and broke my window. Angie has done nothing to make this right.
We have had several emails and phone conversations with them about getting my window fixed. All you get from Angie is a person who has no knowledge of what is involved and only reads from a prepard statement over and over again.
The Pro has caused more damage than the original job. The job was $479.00 and the damage created by the pro is over $ 700.00.
Everyone should be aware that if something goes wrong, Angie will not stand behind their work!
RJ came over to my house 5 minutes early, texted to let me know he arrived, came in and went straight to work. Friendly and knowledgeable about my computer which made feel like it was in good hands. Great job, no issues.
That's right - STINKS. Your requirement to force me join in order to leave a review is the kind of tactic that I despise. The only reason I did was to help someone out who thinks they need your service in order to grow a business. I'm sure you'll try to justify your policies saying it's for security reasons but I don't buy it.
They blew up my phone with calls for a week and got yelled at by one of the customers service because I didn't want to join their monthly payment plan. Very bad customer service. I will never sign up for their service.
I will not recommend anybody to pay U$ 250 membership and later you received a bunch of unanswered phone calls, spams, o not win job but still you pay for every lead you receive.
It was waste of time, gasoline and money.
I signed up for angi leads and was told only three contractors would be calling the leads. This was false, I had multiple leads tell me they received over ten phone calls. I had to apologize to the customer multiple times because they felt harassed and wished they never filled out angi form. Not a good service and could potentially hurt your business reputation.
I'm a 5 star rated company on Google maps. This apparently doesn't matter to angi. You only get to the top of the page on their page by paying. This provider is not review based exposure, the only was you can to be a top contractor is by paying more. They also don't have a flat monthly rate, they ask how much you make on average per job and factor a percentage of your profits then charge you based on what they think you should pay! Honestly I recommend setting up a free account on Google maps, if you give quality service and work you will build up free clients just based of their honest reviews.
Do not use, the only way to get service is give them complete control of your bank account to start and once your started they scheme their way into charging you more money without you knows. If you are a pro and you do good work keep it up and don't use these leeches, your work will be recognized.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
