I ordered two pair of shoes over 6 weeks ago, no shipping conformation and no shoes for which I paid $65.00 for. I emailed them three or four times with no response except for an automatic reply saying someone would respond to me within 48 hours. Guess what, well over 168 hours and still no response. Total scam. Stay away. Wish it was some kind of way to get my money back. It's a real shame that people advertise, take your money knowingly cheating you out of your money.

After waiting over 60 days for the dress I ordered June 2,2020, to arrive it finally did. The company quickly issues a USPS shipping label so that you believe it is actually going to arrive soon. Point in fact, it entrusts the package to a forwarder who then sits on the goods you've ordered for over 60 days. What a rip off. Moreover, the dress I ordered was advertised as a cotton dress. It is 100% polyester -- the label says so and it feels like cheap polyester. What a scam. I'm going to donate the dress.
I ordered some shoes from this company and never received the shoes. I repeatedly contacted the company through online customer service and was told that shipping was taking longer than expected. After 4 months they finally told me the item was either delivered to the wrong place or lost. They will not replace with another pair nor will they refund my money. If I could give a zero rating I would.
Update: after many emails back and forth and getting my bank involved: 4 out of 5 shoes did come. The one brand on the shoe is actually called shoes, which I found funny. The next pair of shoes was not even the ones my daughter ordered. The third pair of shoes were 2 different sizes, the fourth pair looks like a kid made. Fifth pair never came. I did a dispute with my bank. I would not even give these shoes away they are so poorly made. This company is really bad.
I ordered 5 pair of shoes. After over 2 weeks, no update on confirmation of shipping status. So I emailed them and they then ask me for my email address, what? I just emailed you, you should have it! I told them. Then they say that I have no order with them. What? I spent over 100$ and sent them a screenshot. Then this NoraCora/ Christine Wu, emailed me and told me again I do not have an order with them. So, I contacted the Fraud Department of my military USAA banking and reported them. It is unacceptable their way of doing business. I now will be extra cautious and read reviews before buying again online.
If I could leave less stars, I would. Ordered from this company back in March. It shipped early April, and I still have yet to receive it. The tracking is a joke, it just keeps going back and forth in China and hasn't changed now in 3 weeks. I contacted their customer service several times and they just keep saying to wait because there is nothing anyone can do since it has shipped. This place is ridiculous! If I had realized it was a Chinese company, I wouldn't have ordered at all. Please stay away and do not patronize this company!
Its really not like me to not read reviews before ordering online... Boy did i miss the mark on this one. Been a month... Nothing... And after looking at this site... Im embarrassed i didnt do my homework. It literally been a month... And they sent me the letter below... Sooooo. Be patient... They are in san fransico? I live in MICHIGAN... its been a month. A few more DAYS YOU SAY LOL... They got me too. Nothings worse than gettin taken. Ughhhhhh yea ill be callin my bank tomorrow and cancelling this crap.
I ordered 5/29, finally received items 8/19 after involving PayPal. Everything was too small size wise, and the material that they used, well I've never ever seen anything like it. I think if I were anywhere near a flame I'd have gone up in a flash. This site is a joke. Please don't use it. You're asking for total frustration and disgust. What a wake up call! If it looks to good to be true...
Avoid this company. Terrible quality, sweater runs super short and had holes on arrival. Super regret ordering 3 items- they were all so awful I hesitate to even donate them to the Salvation Army. Took a month and a half for some items to come in, one is STILL not in. Customer service emailed back asking for the exact information I already supplied and I never heard back.
They may also go by NoraCora as I keep getting advertisements from NoraCora which amazingly have the same model and clothing on their site (things that make you go hmmmm). Please stay away! Not worth it! Please please please save your money. These items poorly made in China... and now more than ever we need to support and buy products from USA
Not only did the items take FOREVER, still waiting for 1 more item, can't hardly wait to see what arrives... items definitely not as advertised! Glad I spent $140 on garbage

Ordered over 2 months ago and nothing as of yet. Have asked to cancel order and only get the same run around automated email with no verification... it didn't take them long at all to take my money. WHAT A SCAM OF A COMMUNIST COMPANY...
Not true to size. Quality is horrible. Did not ship all items. Does not put in any documentation on how to return. Pay wil PayPal or credit card that can help you stop payment.
Their website was down during the Corona Virus. I couldn't even log into the website. When I finally reached someone they told me my 15 days to returned had past. I explained that during Covid 19 there was not contact with their company. They didn't care. Unbelievable! They're shoes are not Vegan like we manufacture her in the USA they are pure plastic and very cheap. Buyer Beware
Like so many other reviews I too never received the item I ordered and was charged $50. My numerous emails to check the status on my order, were either ignored or I received generic responses. Wish I'd found these reviews before I placed my order. I'm checking with my bank to see if I can file for fraudulent charges.
Andy n Zoe is a scam. It is run by the same shysters who run Hawalili (compare the two websites and you will see what I mean). I ordered clothes that took 10 weeks to arrive. When they did arrive, they were of substandard quality. What's more, the company refused to give a refund. If you read the reviews on the Andy & Zoe website, you can see from the broken English and bizarre phrasing that they were written internally, probably by an employee of this fraudulent site itself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
No acknowledgement and no response to emaIL. My PayPal account was charged, but no shoes. They operate under layers of names.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes 3 weeks ago, I e-mailed them asking about the status of my order and of course No answer! They deserve a plain 0! 0 star service! Stay away from Andy n Zoe!
5 months later, small pants will fit my 250 lb. sister, would return all items but $70.00 to return $116.00 worth. Know where your items are shipped from

End of May 2020 ordered 5 items.(2-4 weeks represented delivery) one was delivered just before 3 months after purchase the rest afterwards. Only one item"s size conformed to sizing guides. When requested to exchange, advised no exchanges allowed. When advised I would return items, advised that it would be expensive and offered to pay fifteen% of order to have seamstress fix. As most of the items had price reductions after the long wait, refused to provide.
They have partners in other sites. BE Careful.

Shoes 3 sizes too big. Took 2 months to arrive. (Ordered 3/31/20 and arrived 5/28/20.) Apparently no way to return as they arrived with no packing statement. AVOID!
I ordered several blouses $178.00 US, that was 75 days ago so far we haven't received anything.
They sent message that my order was sent 45 days ago, gave me a tracking number that was useless.

All clothes ordered were of substandard quality... the sizing was grossly incorrect as I ordered a size larger than usual and they were still too small... materials were not as stated, 2 items stated cotton when they were nylon... Return policy is a joke... offered 15% on $200 order... Buyer beware and shop elsewhere!
Takes forever to receive item (6 weeks) poor quality/ Not American sizes. When request return or exchange the process so involved (customs/ ship to China. Customer pays) its not worth the trouble/ they offer 15% refund and suggest you "alter it to your needs"/ truest me, it wouldn't take an alteration. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
