Overall, the jerseys are nice. I had an issue with one of them where even though it had large tags on it, it was clearly a small. I ordered multiple jerseys the same size and the one was substantially smaller. I exchanged literally 50 emails with their customer service and could not get them to do anything. They were incredibly confusing and continued to change the story. Their resolution was that I order another Jersey and they'd send me a replacement with it. Of course they would want me to pay ALL shipping fees and the 9% fee as well. I buy pretty much everything on line these days and I have NEVER felt so unimportant as a customer. Yes the prices are good, but please save yourself the weeks of back and forth and frustration.

I bought three jerseys, they added random additional costs on to bring the price up to 120$. I never even got my jerseys and at first they responded to my emails but it was clearly a robot or scammer that didn't speak English. I was a returning customer after having previously ordering and receiving some NFL jerseys on that occasion I couldn't fault the goods or service so was confident of making a second order.
Ordered $300+ of gear, I got no tracking information despite requesting it several times and when a parcel did arrive it only contained a third of the stuff it should.
Fed up of sending repeated requests for them to deal with situation or issue a refund to just be completely ignored.
Clearly you take a risk with this online supplier and mine has ended by being ripped off.
There are other suppliers of fake/replica stuff who are getting better reviews and seem more reliable.

The business model for this website is to promise any jersey you want. Any sport, any team, any style, any player, any size. And then after you pay them they say they don't have that style jersey, they don't have that player, they don't have that size. In the end you find out they don't have any jerseys at all, they won't send you anything, and they will not refund you.

Ordered 10 jerseys on a Friday, received my tracking number on Tuesday and received my jerseys on Thursday. For the price of these jerseys you cant beat it, a little flaws on a few but unless your a clothing inspector you can't really tell. I will order again from this website.
Jerseys have been nice. I reeived one with name backwards. They wanted me to order again in order to get replacement.
