Received the first of two orders yesterday with the expected other today. Very impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. Exceptionally well made and I anticipate a lifetime of use.

8 weeks. $200.10 emails. All to learn that their webshop and shipping folks can't figure out how to get orders to customers. Saw some interesting looking outdoor gear over Christmas in Scandinavia. Decided to order a couple hundred dollars worth upon return to the USA in January. Checked out of the webshop on Jan. 4. Get an order fulfilled email on Jan. 9. Wait. Wait. Wait. Email on Feb 21, asking if they have a tracking number since I haven't received a parcel yet. Office manager emails back apologetic, saying they marked it shipped but forgot to ship it. She refunds my shipping charge and promises the parcel will go out that day. Wait. Wait. Wait. Feb. 27 I get a one line email asking for an alternate shipping address. I reply back with my residential address instead of the work address I used initially. An hour later an order cancellation email pops up with no explanation. Three emails later, come to find out their shipping folks can't figure out how to input addresses from their web orders. Skip this disorganized company and spend your money somewhere that has figured out how to exchange goods for money.
