Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
Felt like the website didn't give me enough information about how I was going to be billed or even include check in/check out dates of the hotel I booked in my e-mails. With it being my first time using the site, I was iffy on confirming a booking because of the lack of details in my confirmed e-mails as well. Got to the hotel and checked in okay, so I guess the website wasn't too bad after all.
It was a longest checkin ever I did! It took approximately 40-50 minutes. Moreover there's a need to have sound insulation between the rooms!

We had requested a king room and did not get it after they said they could. The room was mostly clean. The bathroom had some undesirable looking spots and the shower head was broken. Parking is $32 a night which is ridiculous. And Trudi-Ann at the front desk is rude.
The hotel has very nice amenities and is in a great location and the beds are comfy. Overall just an ok stay.
AMOMA have since contacted me regarding the issues during my stay and the level of customer service is exceptional!

I travel al lot and wanted to try a new service provider and Amoma.com came up with the best price for my specific location. When I arrived at my destination, they didn't have a room available. So I finally got in touch with Customer Care and after a long while they contacted the hotel and I overheard the hotel say they responded to Amoma.com when the reservation was requested they didn't have room. Basically they didn't, but they did give me a room - Amoma.com said it was ok as they had 'guaranteed' a ROH room and that is what I received. After complaining, Amoma.com send a small stipend - 10% - so I am appreciative of their willingness to admit they - their supplier - might have messed-up.

The first hotel (four night stay) had no problems at all. The second hotel (3 night stay) did not have the hotel booking as this was not made by AMOMA.com, fortunately the hotel had one last room and AMOMA agreed to refund the difference in price as the hotel doubled the price for a walk in customer, sadly, the last room was very small and somewhat spoiled the 3 night stay.

Be extremely careful when booking with Amoma. As stated in terms and conditions they do not guarantee any extra services provided directly by the hotel. We were supposed to stay in a hotel with pool facilities and it was under renovation with significant noise levels.
The rate on Amoma only guarantees the room and meals if selected.
Their T&C basically state that Amoma is not responsible for any information provided on their website: a) The information, software, products and services that are published, displayed or used on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors and AMOMA.com and its suppliers will not, therefore, be liable for any inaccuracies displayed on the website relating to, amongst other things, the following:

This hotel is more on a par with a budget chain hotel in the U. K. Good location, poor selection on buffet breakfasts. Heat lamps for keeping food hot unfortunately didn't do that and need replaced and upgraded.
Mixed bag of staff some very pleasant others rude. Room service poor. Stayed 9 nights and on most occasions room wasn't serviced till close to 7pm. Just not acceptable. Three times we had to request the room to be cleaned as we had thought they had forgotten.
Pool has about 28 sun beds but only 6 sun umbrellas. Unbelievable.
In summary there has to be much better hotels available.

Unfortunately booking with Amoma was quick, easy and ok, but the hotel I booked did not state that is was unsuitable for people with disabilities. So hotel no good for me. It didn't have a lift, no coffee making facilities in the room I was eventually shown, was dark and dreary and had a leaking toilet cystern.

I had difficulty in accessing the hotel from Feltham Station, as major road works were in progress. After a mile and a half detour I managed to find the alarming ten-storey building with a most inconvenient entrance. The first thing I looked at was the list of fire instructions!
Although I had booked in on-line, there was still a hold-up at reception and I had to fill in my details on a form.
Good job the lifts were working, as I was allocated a room on the 10th floor! It was very small, but clean and adequate for an overnight stay, with comfortable desk chair and (amazing!) air conditioning which actually worked. Unfortunately it looked out on to the noisy railway line.
The Tv was the size of a postage stamp, but the bathroom was of a reasonable size, although it appeared impossible to control the temperature of the water in the shower!
The bed was not particularly comfortable & the breakfast was spoilt by coachloads of people feeding their faces with piled-up platefuls which they were unable to finish. The greed had to be seen to be believed!
The check-out was polite and efficient.
I would not wish to return to this particular hotel (ie the St Giles, Feltham)

The toilet in our room didn't flush properly, and I had to remove a build up of toilet paper from the toilet bowl by hand so that we could continue using it.

If you call customer service - good luck! I called 3 times and was on hold for over 40 minutes each time and then just hung up. The 4th time I decided to press option 1 to get someone to book a new trip they answered in 5 minutes! Hmmm if you have booked already and have questions no answer

We were not made aware when we booked that we would be in an Annex down the road rather than in the main hotel. It was the difference between a pleasant hotel and a B&B. Fortunately, the hotel management stepped in a moved us to a sea-view room and halved the usual supplement. Good hotel but uninformative booking system.

While I am pleased with the price I received on a hotel room for NYE in NYC, I was not aware that the hotel charged for parking per day and any rooms booked through Amoma or other travel sites do not receive complimentary breakfasts (which I was not made aware of until after I had already began eating breakfast and was charged $19 for a single bagel) so I under-budgeted for the trip. I had some major issues with the hotel itself but those are being taken up with the hotel and were not directly related to anything Amoma-related, other than that the venue was listed as offering free parking and also that breakfast was offered as well.

I spotted a room and went ahead and made a payment for the booking and the response that i got initially was that my application was declined, this after i had made a payment, needless to say i nearly had a heart attack, but then i got a phone call to inform me that the booking was going to be made against another room and i had to pop out some extra bucks for that.

Our room was ok and clean enough other than the phone by the bed was a bit mucky.
Whilst the Breakfast selection was good the quality of the cooked food was indifferent no poached or fried eggs but the scrambled eggs were very processed larking in taste and the black pudding was dry and the music in the restaurant was invasive

Traditional Scottish hotel. Rooms were comfortable but the double was small. Excellent shower in the double, good bath in the twin. Twin room excellent size. Hotel in excellent location, train station was not a problem as did not hear any trains. Bar prices were expensive even for a hotel and ridiculous £2 charge for a ice bucket- never experienced this any where else in this country or abroad. Good choice of breakfast and overall a good hotel if you want central location.
