Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.

What a nightmare. I tried to book a low rate hotel room. Once I filled in the payment info they stated that I needed to verify the charge with Visa, which I did. During that time the deal expired and I had to rebook. Once I rebooked, the deal was not offered and my booking was declined and I was instructed to search for another hotel. I called my credit card company and found out that I was charged twice for the room, but only received "Booking Declined" message, not a confirmation. I tried calling AMOMA customer support three different times but was on hold for about an hour each time. They provide no email or Chat to communicate. I now have to fight the charges through my credit card. What a scam! Stay away. Ironically I called Hilton Honors and booked the same roome for $3 more and earned points. Learned my lesson.

They are some scammers stole my money and they did not give me the service be careful ID ******* I reselve and cancel at 30 minutes and they had already taken my money from the talgeta and they told me that I did not have a refund and I did not have a hotel neither that for me is stealing I have 3 children I need my money please

Booked a hotel in California, USA yesterday, I called the hotel to confirm and they had no record of this reservation. I checked my bank account to ensure this booking was made and AMOMA.com CHARGED MY ACCOUNT TWICE FOR A BOOKING THAT THE HOTEL SAYS THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF. I have currently been on hold with the customer service line for the past 25 minutes with NO RESPONSE. I will be reporting this company for FRAUD. If AMOMA.com would like to fix this, my reference number is *******411.

To offer you the best rates on the market, we get hotel rooms from different sources. This is why a hotel's reservation system does not always save your booking under your name. But you can be sure that all confirmed bookings are guaranteed from the moment you receive your hotel voucher by email.

Within your confirmation email, on your hotel voucher and in your customer account you can find the Hotel booking reference. Depending on the reservation system, your hotel might register your booking under this number. Simply print your voucher and present it upon arrival.

I booked a hotel with amoma 21 days earlier the date of arrival. Some automatic system booked on 5 days earlier than my date by mistake. I cancelled 10 minutes after the purchase, they took more then 90% of the amount and only refunded the rest. I told them it was abusive... they ignored me. Avoid amoma.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful, they took advantage on your credit card no matter what.

Had to cancel my entire trip because Amoma's site booked the wrong dates (by 1 day). I called immediately after booking to see if they would help me given the site error and they refused to do anything at all. I would have had to change my flights incurring a $200 fee and take extra PTO to accommodate the site error. I tried calling several times, working with the hotel, and pleading for assistance and they could honestly care less. Now, I'm paying the full hotel price for a trip I can't even go on.

Hard and fast rules regardless of circumstance so book through a company that cares more about their customers and truly listens to their needs.

And they're about to comment on this with some canned bull$#*! about non-refundable reservation bookings and honestly, save it.

What a nightmare! Booked hotel near Disneyland for April 2 to 3rd, confirmation came dated April 9 to 10th! Charged $60.00 for their mistake, How did the dates get changed? After going online and seeing the complaints I saw how many people there were who's travel dates were changed by amoma.com for their travel. Amoma.com did say they would "refund all" however I had put a stop on my credit card so nothing could go through. Lesson learned Rebooked with booking.com no problems. Amoma.com has contacted me online, saying they "we are sorry for your trouble, please note we have refunded you your entire amount." I would be more impressed if they had ever answered their phone in the 45 minutes that I was on hold, or if any of the clicking buttons on their web site had actually worked. When I clicked need to change date button, it took me to a page that said, Oh, you need to change your password? Really? BTW Amoma, refunds go through right away, there is no need for a 3 to 5 day wait for a refund.

I booked an hotel via Amoma. I didn't booked the right dates, and immediately asked to change. You won't do it, even if the hotel asked you directly because i contacted them. You want me to pay the whole reservation in case of modification, even if the hotel has rooms available.
This is a terrible way to keep a new client...
I'm upset by the situation that could have gone well, and very disappointed by my first Amoma experience...

You are charged a $13 international transaction fee (if you're paying from the US), which they don't tell you about.

Also I'd avoid this service if you're booking something for work. They're receipts don't include your payment method, making reimbursement a pain.

I've also found their customer service as very antagonistic.

I got to the hotel that I had booked 3 weeks earlier just to find out that the reservation was never actually confirmed - I was never made aware of this until I reached the hotel that late evening. I then tried to contact their customer service 3 separate times. Wasting over 2.5 hours, over 3 separate days, and never being able to contact them.

Finally on the third day I got in contact with them. They opened up an investigation. Let's see how long it takes to get my money back. Not to mention the gas and time wasted during my vacation

Their reviews must be fake. Go to trip advisor and check out their reviews.
They never refund $436 that i paid after they acknowledged my cancellation.
Customer service never responded to my emails not do they pick up the phone, They have a new york number but supposedly are based in switzerland.

Bad hotel, unacceptable behavior due to the fact that the reservation was made by amoma.com, no reception by co-operation, I was not given a vain proof of payment, as I asked. Also avoid the site amoma.com and the Hotel an der Messe, Frankfurt

Rates for Indian hotels are very good but customer service for any booking related problem is worst in resolving any issue. For my refund of booking number ******* is still need to address by customer support team. I sent five mails followed by two calls but still at square zero.

Part payment for this booking was made through TT and balance by credit card. I cancelled this booking and balance refund requested to credit in my credit card but still to date reply received

My first and last time using amoma! Your reservation is booked through some supplier so it may or may not be accurate, their cancelation policy is not disclosed and when you call them you get the run around with the same person using different names, putting you on hold for 30 minutes just to tell you they'll call you in 48 hours to get you off the phone!
Call your bank because you're not going to get any resolution from amoma, they're a scam!

At the time booking it showed can be cancelled for 9 days. The next days cancellation request was denied stating that can not be cancelled sue to cancellation policy. I sent the screen shot of the booking and all the details and they still denied. They are there to scam you, beware. Please read trip advisor and others before falling to their trap.

The room at Clarion Hotels Lake Buena Vista Fl had black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, the assistant mgr. Lori Siino said to contact you so they could help comp our room. My daughter was up all night coughing, due to the two day exposure. I am a building contractor in Mn and this is NOT good.

Watch out this site is a true waste. Make your reservations at your own risk. The customer service is pathetic, unprofessional and disrespectful. Stay with the more reputable sites that have an actual customer service. They are worst than used car salespeople. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. Better off checking with the hotel directly. JUST LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS THAT'S EXACTLY YOU ARE ABOUT TO EXPECT.

Cancelled my weeks booking on the Sunday night at 9.00pm before my Monday start on an it contract. They basically allowed the Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre to cancel on a Sunday because they could get more money having realised that the conservative party conference was on in Birmingham UK

Stavo cercando un hotel a Londra con vari motori di ricerca. Ho fatto una ricerca anche con amoma.com poi mentre stavo utilizzando un altro sito mi chiamano dal centralino di amoma per dirmi che se volevo l'hotel che avevo visto 10 minuti prima adesso era disponibile con uno sconto. A questo punto ho prenotato e ho pagato con la carta di credito. Nel pomeriggio mi arriva una comunicazione che la prenotazione è stata cancellata da amoma e che in 4 / 5 giorni ricevo il rimborso. Io adesso ho perso tempo e dovrò di nuovo fare una ricerca. Oltretutto il mio denaro resta nelle mani di amoma e chissà quando me lo restituiscono. COMPLIMENTI PER LA PROFESIONALITA'. I booked a hotel thru Amoma for Palm Springs over the memorial day weekend. When we arrived at the hotel. I was told it was overbooked and had been for since May 12th. There were no rooms available. Amoma took my money and booked my reservation anyway. I was forced to stay at another hotel and pay twice as much.
I asked them for my money back and to cover the cost of the other hotel.
Their response has been wait for 30days its been more than that and I still havent gotten my money back.

You should never book anything with Amoma. I booked a room in an hotel in Mauritius (For reference Reservation #: *******) more than 3 months prior my departure in September. They confirmed to me my booking and I printed out my voucher everything was ready. Then less than 1 month before my departure they send me an email saying the hotel has cancelled my booking without providing any reason. They gave me 2 choice: being reimbursed or taking another hotel that was 1h away from my original location. After around 30min of waiting, I got that lady very rude in the phone (Elise Rosenberg) that told me either you take alternative hotel or get reimbursed, you have no other choice, you agreed to our terms & conditions. This is a shame because they are really aware that less than one month prior departure almost all hotels are booked and the remaining ones are so expensive (to get something similar I have to pay around 500 more). Then since my original hotel was a Marriott, and there was another Marriott hotel in my original area, I asked to get this one as an alternative hotel. They replied to me that they will check. Now after waiting for 2 more days, I asked for a status they told me that they are working on it and it can take up to 20 working days before I have a reply. I replied by that time I will be already in the plane with no insurance of having an hotel where to stay on arrival... They kept me waiting more than 10 days, to tell me that it is not possible. Each time you call you have to wait more than 30min, and it happens that they hang up on you. This is such a shame. So either you accept an hotel far from the original location either you get refund with no chance of finding a similar hotel with half board at same price.
As mentioned by other customers, if you do not want to be in trouble you should book with a more serious travel agency. NEVER BOOK WITH AMOMA.
