They only sent 2 of the 4 items I ordered. 0 response from them when reaching out to their support email.

Purchased an item online for my wife although their website showed item was "delivered" we never received anything. All our packages are delivered to our front door, someone is always home, ring camera, surveillance cameras, guarantee package was not delivered. Inclusive, there was no tracking number nor would anyone answer the business phone or return phone call. Anyway, if you look on yelp or better business bureau website you'll see several similar complaints of charge, no item received despite company's claim, amongst others. This company appears to committing theft/fraud. Do not purchase from them.

Wish I had read the reviews for this company before purchasing. I wanted to cancel immediately after purchase, but could not get a timely response (took 6 days). When they did respond, by email, they had already shipped my order. Now I'm stuck with these poorly constructed bikinis. Yes, they were cheap... but it's the PRINCIPLE. If they are made this poorly, they shouldn't be sold at all! I'm so disappointed.

I purchased 3 items. 2 dresses and a lace teddy. 2 dresses are ok nothing special, very see through and one is cut weird. Lace teddy looks nothing like the picture and when I put it on I'm scared the lace will tear that's how cheap it is and it's COMPLETELY different to the picture. Spent $100 and waited over a month for items I won't wear. They don't even have company name tag or Washing instructions that's how cheap they are. Not cool AMIClubwear. Will post pic of lace teddy. What I ordered to what I got. Much better companies out there. Never again

I should have read the reviews! This company is a complete SCAM! I have called left several voices! Sent several emails! I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE BACK FROM THIS COMPANY! I PAID $50 for 2 day shipping! For an order total of $176 of swimsuits for my honeymoon! I am needing these by the end of next week and this company has not shipped my order and has not responded back to any of my calls or emails! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! COMPLETE SCAM! FAKE COMPANY! I am REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND TO EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM THERE IS TO WARN AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN ABOUT THE SCAM THAT IS THIS COMPANY! ALSO REPORTING TO GOOGLE TO GET THEM OFF THE INTERNET SO THAT THEY CAN NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYMORE PEOPLE!

Never got my package delivered on the day and time it stamped that it was delivered I called customer service several times I've emailed several times haven't gotten and straight out answer and have not been able to get my money back this was the worst birthday ever because it was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself where I bought from them so yes they took my money and they never sent me my merchandise I will not even give them a rating but the site asked me to rate but they don't even deserve that star

I placed my order on October 8 for a Halloween costume that I will be needing for an upcoming event I have received no update for my order besides in staying in processing status! I contacted customer service via email phone and Instagram which they post daily on and still have not received any type of response. This is my first time ordering and I will never buy from here again! Order number ******* NEED UPDATE

I ordered a costume off the site about 2 weeks ago. They emailed me it was shipped but when I tracked it, it said it was going back to the sender. I emailed them asking why, no response. Then I got another email saying it was delivered to my home but instead it was delivered back to them. Sent another email if they were going to send it out again and still no response. I've been trying to contact customer service for the past week and no one answers the phone. I tried to reach out through Instagram and TikTok and no one answers. I just want my package.

I'm so sad because I'm a business owner so I definitely ordered in bulk and the items are nothing like they were displayed online. Please reconsider before ordering from this site. I have to now take a lost and be potentially embarrassed by my clientele and try to somehow tremendously discount this cheap looking mess. I tried on an item to see if it was as bad as it look. I wear a small and the item fit like a large. The large look like it fit small. Never again

Until one year ago amiclubwear was one of the top in quality, price and service.
Yet all now you can get is scam.
Very bad customer service. Phone never answer, emails never been replied to. No body to answer your questions or reply.
All orders comes missing items,
No tracking or shipping.
Last order All my shoes comes without boxes?!.
Order of 23 items. Came only 11 items, with no where to find someoone to talk to.
So bad. Better be away from it. Unless you want waste your money, Time, and no where or anyone to answer to you..

I ordered two items and only received one, I have been trying to contact them with no success or correspondence. They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls.

I am so unhappy with my purchase. I have to warn other customers of how awful these swimsuits are. The quality is terrible, fabric so thin you can see through and the size "large" bottoms are so small they barely cover more than a thong. Complete false advertising! Worst quality bikinis I have ever seen.

This company is so trash! I ordered 3 pairs of heels for different events I was attending OUT OF STATE! Went to my event, stepped out of my Uber AND MY HEEL BROKE! Yes that's right, BROKE COMPLETELY! I emailed them and of course they emailed back two weeks later saying "your heel is not that broken, so no refund will be processed, sorry this happened " Like seriously! WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered a Halloween costume a week ago they never shipped it to me they never sent me any updates every time I call they say that they are closed this is not a real business it is not a legit business they just steal your money my bank is in the process of getting my money back now do not purchase from here run!………

They have not shipped my wifes product. It was Ordered on October 27,2021, we recieved confirmation of the order only after calling just to get hung up on. So then we tried emailing, that is when we got our 1 and only response. Since then all of our emails have been ignored and im pretty sure they just took 142$ from us.

Placed an order with this company which was well over 500.00. Not only did they change my order, they jacked the prices up on sale items! Called them the 2nd day I realized they made changes to my order to cancel and they refused to cancel my order. The $#*!( I do mean $#*! items) I received was not what I ordered. They have lost me as a customer and I wish they go out of business!

Do not purchase from AmiClubwear. They steal your money and they make it so there is no way to get your order or your money back. Don't waste your time on this garbage $#*! scam of a store. Bought several items totaling near 350 on March 22nd, its now April 3rd and there is no date for delivery for my package.

I already called my bank to dispute the charge since AmiClubwear has zero customer support. I have sent countless emails. Spent more of my days than I should be calling and calling the phone number listed as customer service yet nothing. Order # *******033

On 03/25 I ordered 2 swimsuits for a trip I have coming up and they shipped my order with FedEx and they claim to have delivered it on 04/05! I have 2 cameras in my windows and there's no footage of a FedEx driver at all! I contacted FedEx and they can care less about the issue and I also contacted amiclubwear and they can care less too! I left a review on their INSTAGRAM account and they deleted both comments and decided to message me then blocked me! All this could have been resolved by sending my items or giving me my money back! This was my first time ordering from them and will definitely be my last!

I'm getting pretty worried about my order. It's been about a week and I have still not received shipping confirmation or tracking info. I ordered a costume for Halloween and I have a feeling it will not arrive on time. I've tried emailing and calling but no one will get back to me. The site says that it only takes 2 days for shipping confirmation but I still have nothing.

Looking to identify when I can expect to receive my item. Can someone from AMIClub or PinkBasis please send me an update on order #*******? I emailed the same evening I ordered the item that was over $100 based on the poor reviews I am now seeing and over the fear it won't arrive in time after having ZERO response back (2 emails to Support) or an update on when I can expect my item. Please note, if I don't receive an update in the next 24-48 hours from AMIClub or PinkBasis, I will be disputing the entire purchase with my bank. Thank you.

I ordered 15 pairs of shoes from them and they took my money and never shipped my shoes! They ignored all of my messages asking about my order! They sent me a fake tracking number that never updated and only said that a label was created! I finally contacted their phone number and after waiting on hold nearly 20 minutes, some lady came on the line and lied and said that my tracking would update to shipped to the next day and that I would receive it on July 27th! My tracking never updated and I never received my shoes! July 27th came and and still nothing! Mind you, I placed this order on July 17th and it said it was shipped on July 19th. I was sent a text stating that it would arrive on July 21st! It never came and the tracking number never updated to shipped, it only shows that a label was created! I called them on July 22nd. I also sent them numerous messages on IG shop which they ignored! I had to contact my CC company to file a claim! Instagram opened a claim as well because they never responded to my messages and the tracking number is fake! Don't shop with these scammers!

I ordered some clothes for my wife in November 2021 for Christmas using my credit card. I received a confirmation email for my purchase stating that I would receive another email when it shipped. In late December as I wrapped presents, I realized my gifts from AMIClubwear never came. I checked my emails, nothing stating it had been shipped. I tried calling the 800 number listed on my emails and on the website. The number was invalid. It just goes to dead line with no voicemail or message. I then researched my bank statement and found that my $160+ purchase had been charged to my bank for $260 and billed as "VENMO" which was really strange since I paid via credit card. I immediately called the bank and filed a complain which was ruled in my favor and the charges dropped, but this business seems very fishy. Beware!
