Very poor service, they lost my package, my waybill number usps: **************** 68912 tracking inquiry has been sent, they have received it, but they do not admit that I received Arrived my package, it cost me 165 dollars, please look at their service, I contacted them many times to solve the problem, but Amforward said that I used their address for fraudulent transactions and terminated my account. I am very angry. I provided them with sufficient evidence, but they still insisted on the wrong decision. They just don't want to solve my lack of packages.
