Amerimark has made the horrible decision to use Pitney Bowes as their carrier to deliver orders to USPS for final delivery. PB received my order on 2/2/22, it's 2/12/22 (the day of delivery according to PB's tracking) and it still has not been turned over to USPS for final delivery. It sat at the first PB facility for 3 days, the second one for 5 days, and it's been at the third one for 3 days - btw, the order has only traveled from OH to IN in 10 days, that's ONE state over from where the order originated. When I spoke with an Amerimark customer rep, she told me that I can't get a refund until I actually RECEIVE the order and then return it! I explained to her that if I had the order, I wouldn't need a refund. I also asked if my order hasn't been delivered after 30 days if I could then get a refund. She said no, that I had to wait until I received the order, returned it to Amerimark, and they had received the order before I'd get a refund ~ MINUS A $9.99 RETURN FEE, OF COURSE. Evidently, Amerimark does NOT refund customers' money when an order is lost. THIS IS AN IDIOTIC REFUND POLICY! My advice is NOT to order anything from Amerimark because of the 1-star rated Pitney Bowes carrier that will take WEEKS to deliver your order, if you ever get it, and evidently you won't get your money refunded from Amerimark if PB loses the order.
UPDATE: Pitney Bowes has had my package for 15 DAYS now and still has NOT been delivered it to USPS for final delivery. I have called Amerimark's customer service dept. 6 times and emailed them 3 times. All I get from the customer reps over the phone is they can't do anything about it because PB still has it listed as "in transit." As for the 3 emails, according to Amerimark's website, their "top priority" is their customers, but I have NOT received one answer to any of my emails. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY, TIME, AND STRESS BY NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM AMERIMARK.COM.
