They charge for fixing things, but they do not fix them. They will not refund your money. They do not honor the supposed "warranty" they claim to offer. Cell phone was not working. They said they could fix it for $60 and warranted all labor and parts. They stated they fix it and I paid them. Upon leaving store tried phone and it still was not working. They said, it now needed another part. Cost $20. Again, they said it was now fixed. I paid them again. Tried phone while leaving store. Still not fixed. I requested my money back. They refused to refund my money. I asked them to take back the new parts and give me back my old pats and refund my money. They refused to refund my money.
