I am so happy with the glasses purchased at my store. The lines on my original pair of trifocals were not exactly where they needed to be. The manager did not hesitate to send them back and they were remade correctly, AND returned in one week! He did not seem to mind going to the trouble and was friendly and supportive! He made a great impression on me. I just recommended this store to my friends.
The first time I went to America's Best I picked out frames. They were never fitted to my face and even after taking them back twice they still don't fit. I went back a year later, because I believe in second chances, and had the same experience. The doctor was great but the retail center is filled with a bunch of untrained people that are simply there for the purpose of selling goods. In addition, on my second visit, I was quoted a price with my insurance for my doctor's visit and frames. I paid in full at that time. 7-MONTHS LATER I received another bill for an additional $160! I will never use this company again!
