America's Best

So i went to Americas Best today to re-order a pair of glasses that I lost fully expecting to spend $$ for them. Well, after the gentleman and I had a good laugh that I had those glasses for only 2 weeks, he generously offered to replace them for FREE! Seriously was so shocked because this was my fault by being irresponsible! I have gone to this place twice now and every single time I am met with kindness and great help! I highly recommend them! 5 stars!

America's Best truly is the best period I've been going There for several years now. Special shout out to the staff at America's Best in Colonie New york. Today they found me a wonderful deal. This review is in regards to the office on SE Military Dr. I would like to let you know I returned to store after receiving my glasses and had an issue. I was rather upset about it and one of the managers, Angel Talamantez, came to my rescue. She was truly an Angel to me and helped me out so much. I just want people to know, there are some great employees, still out there. She was understanding and I left feeling very happy. I've been a customer there for a few years now, and will continue going every year. Thank you. America's Best for hiring some great people.

I recently had the oppertunity to finally get glasses from Americas best. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. All the staff, the front desk desk, technician and the Doctor. Had a few laughs as well. Great deal and great service. And guess what...I can see now! I will go back here, i recommend them if you are looking for a great place to get an exam and low cost for exam and glasses.

Good service! Fast and professional. I am on Medicare and there was only a $20.00 Dollars out of pocket, not a big cost. My glasses are beautiful and fit like a glove! Thanks to Dr. Salazar of the Ocala Branch and everyone on his team. Great experience. 👍

Went in for a quick adjustment on my glasses, and the lady that created me at the front desk was polite and did the adjustment and I was in and out and under two minutes. Customer service

America's Best in 6141 N. Lincoln Avenue Chicago, Rosa H. Was a great help in finding and choosing a very good deal of eye glass frame which really fits my wants and needs, not to mention yet her aiding me getting the details of my own vision insurance. She's worthy of such appraisal. That includes the whole service of this America's Best particular location as well. Thank you and I plan of coming back for my next vision service as needed also with recommended friends.

I used to go to LensCrafters in the past, but after my sister introduce the better half and me to Americas best every year for our Routine eye exam and glasses we have been using americas best with out issue.
And we do have vision insurance but would be willing to go self pay.

Fast turn around for glasses they will give you an estimate time of 7 to 10 days and the last 4 years
We had never waited more than 5 days to get our glasses back.

You will find nice frames that are inexpensive and in style. They buy in bulks and over stock and by in very large quantities therefor they can past the saving to us.

Went to the Sanford store. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Patrick was a wonderful delight to work with. I have never been more happier with the choice of my sunglasses and regular glasses. Thank you sooo much Patrick!'

Went to LensCrafters but left after our exams due to the fact that we were being pressured into purchasing high dollar frames and lenses. Drove over to America's Best and immediately spoken too and offers of help with information on what type of frames that would be suitable for our faces. Received a call a week after we picked up our glasses to let us know that they are always available if we need repairs or adjustments. We will not go anywhere else for our eye care.

Jasmine was so helpful and attentive to my needs today and helped me with all my many questions patiently. For that I am tremendously grateful! I love America's Best contacts & eyeglasses and will continue to come here for all my vision needs!

First time patient today, totally impressed. Optometrist took amazing great care of me, addressed my keratoconus, gave me a referral to a specialist and took the time to talk to my about my dads upcoming cataract procedure and he's not even a patient of theirs. Connie took great care of me while picking out frames and getting them ordered. Columbus, IN you guys are wonderful. I will make the hour drive again for my kiddos when it's time for them to get their next exams.

Courtney had my wife and I feel like family also eye dr was clear new exactly what we needed for our night time driving we were in and out in 30min. THANKS AMERICAS BEST

The folks at the Powell location was very professional and friendly. The glasses was repaired and fitted. We'll be returning in the near future for an eye exam. I give them a 5 star review.

I was having double vision and i needed to update my prescription and this is the 3rd time i have gotten the two pairs for 79.99. It comes with an eye exam by two drs.dr han was great and she found a stigmatism.also let me not forget The kindest from the first person i spoke with Mattie.she was very caring and got me an appt of convenience.then Natalie who explained throughly what i was paying for and made a printout for me.and Jobe who showed me a large variety of frames to choose from.Everyone there made me feel so comfortable.Customer service was excellent from all.They made me feel so special.And followed through updating me when my glasses would be ready.Extremely happy with my glasses and Very impressed with the staff.5 staes to all.Highly recommend the Edgewater Nj location.Americas Best lived up to their name.! When someone goes above and beyond for you It should be recognized. That's why I am writing about Katlynn Tyler.
I am from out of town and don't have an eye dr here. I started having vision problems and pain. I made several calls and couldn't get an appointment for a month. Until I spoke to Kaitlynn, she spoke with a nurse where she works and determined that I shouldn't wait to be seen. Katlynn then spent a lot of time calling many places until she found me an appointment for the next day. I can't thank her enough for what she did. Katlynn is a true asset to her field.

I went in to get lenses for my frames yesterday and the ladies working were fun and amazing, shout out to Bridges, Jackie and Carley thank you ladies.

Popped in to America's Best (AB) on University Pkwy to see if they could repair glasses that I could not repair. The staff was courteous and helpful, my glasses were repaired and within minutes I was on my way. Another reason why I've been a purchasing eyeglasses from AB for years.

I brought my son to the Katy location and one of the ladies helped us find the perfect pair of glasses. It was the first time in my life I received truly professional advice about glasses. The young lady spent quite a bit of time with us and explained how the proper pair has to fit to maximize the prescription effect and not cause headaches and other unpleasant side effects.
