Our company focus is healthcare organization providing jobs with over 10k people doing normal high intensity communications around the world. There are alot of rules that must be followed for anything to change our computer systems. All that to be said, ATSD is the company we referred to by some colleagues. We had not heard of them until my colleague mentioned how they corrected the problem they had with email. He just couldn't believe how fast the problems were resolved for his company. He said they had so many problems with email, that his employee's just would just find other way to communicate, which meant regulations were not being followed. This messaging company came to there location where the servers were and began observing the performance of the servers first, saying they would be stabilizing the email servers first. It was truly crazy how good the servers started working after a week or so of analyzing them. No more slowness or down time for our email system. This was all part of the proposal they had submitted prior to working on our systems. The plan was 1. Stabilize 2. Analyze software versioning and configurations 3. Give a thorough recommendation of what was needed to keep our servers in long term health. I sure was glad when they handed me the recommendations list for long term care. It basically showed us how to keep software up to date, how to use Anti-virus, Network changes to existing equipment that were needed, so we could accomplish our business goals. The most exciting thing to me was they never mentioned the need to upgrade, which meant less equipment costs while staying in a supportable existence and regulated efficiency. I am very happy with my choice of messaging services provider. ATSD is different than anyone else i have used, truly what a Messaging service provider should be. Thanks ATSD
