Transmission Parts Distributors

May cost me a few bucks but this site/company/business sucks as far as customer service. Their 'Contact Us" doesn't work and all you get calling the telephone number is "Leave a Detailed Message". 5 calls over two days and no response. Glad I didn't buy a lot of things from them. A part-time online scam outfit.
Did get a full refund from Paypal.

Lori the other staff are the most helpful customer service representative team I have ever encountered Timely responses and helpful and clear wording is what stood out to me. I had an issue with my order and Lori was able to answer my questions and assist me with my order in a fast and orderly fashion. Positive reviews are not my thing, but this is a fantastic company.

I had no problems at all. Received a shift solenoid within a week. There was no tracking on the package but that's about it. Most reasonable price out there. Will order again from them. Keeping me up and running exactly what they should do

I made a purchase on may 3rd it is now may 16 they took my payment and sent nothing I can't reach anyone at their phone number or the e-mail address

Ordered a simple transmission gasket and seal kit from this 'company' some time back. Long story short is that the kit never arrived (i doubt it was even sent) and when I tried to contact their customer service regarding this i got no reply. Multiple enquiries we made but never heard anything back... These people are nothing but thieving wasters and I would encouage anybody never to order anything from them...

Very happy with the transmission kit I purchased. Prior to my order I did contact them for some info and they responded within the day, quite professional I thought. I knew about the poor reviews raving that they are scammers (They aren't scammers) but they were $200 cheaper than anywhere else so I thought I'd give them a go. So I ordered, waited. Sent them a couple of emails, no response, not sure why. But about a month after the order out of nowhere my order was updated, telling me it has been shipped. It arrived about 4 days later and when I got the package I checked all the contents and it all looks good, it had all the correct parts that were advertised on the site. All good bearings (KOYO, FAG, NSK) the box arrived safely and am extremely happy I took the chance.

Not sure what the customer communications is all about but I'd recommend this company for the competitive prices and quality products.

Order placed 3 months ago. Contained wrong part. Cannot contact them by any means. Now I have a kit that I will need to buy parts to complete. If you want a headache feel free to buy from them.

They are living up to their bad customer service reputation
They have bad reviews everywhere including the BBB. I wish I had looked at those before I ordered. It has been over two weeks and no response or action on my orders. My orders are still listed as "Awaiting Fulfillment". Their site said the parts I ordered would be shipped in 24 hours. I sent them a dozen messages and tried to call with no response. Online customers expect their order to be fulfilled as they state - "Shipped within 24 hours" or some sort of communication is necessary. No communications means they are more than happy to take my money with no intention of providing me my product or at least no concern for my patronage.
I do not know how they can stay in business if they never respond to their customers. If you cannot manage an online store then close it down. If not, your bad reviews will do it for you. I suggested they hire an expert to evaluate how much business they are losing due to their poor customer service. The lower prices they charge are not worth the loss of time or disrespect they show their customers. I guess if you had a month or so to wait on your parts, they will finally ship them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Don't buy from this company, its a scam took my payment and no parts delivered, they don't return calls or messages as stated on website

Ordered trans kit for acura shipping was ok started rebuild disassembled 1st and 2nd gear clutch pulled new clutches from kit they were labeled 123mm 44t which is correct except the actual clutches in the bag were 115mm 44t tried calling them and left a message no return call emailed them no response log on to website and left message no response never buying from them again

Rip off company and I am reporting to as many places as I can consumer bureaus and better bisuness bureau and filing legal action immediately. Liars and totally worthless as any kind of company. Need class action suit and prosecute to the fullest of the law. I want my money back now.

I ordered $340 worth of transmission parts. They have a nice web site and had exactly what I needed at a competitive price. I had some questions on the order and tried to call and email them for 4 days. They did not answer or return any of my messages or emails. I started to read other complaints and thought maybe I was scammed. I was thinking about stopping payment but I saw the parts had been shipped and I received the parts in 1 week since the order. I was happy with the parts and packing was good.

Items that isn't in stock, a month and a half since the order was placed, a lot of emails and messages in web page without oportune replies. Finally they make the refund almost two months later from the date of order. Waste of time.

Straight up this company never sent the product know refer turn phone calls nothing they sent an email saying that I ordered the part and that was it I've called their phone number I've taxed them I email them no return whatsoever I just got robbed

Ordered a transfer case rebuild kit, it was received in less than a week. All the parts listed in the kit are hear in the nice taped secure USPS box, they even put the gasket in a cardboard USPS envelope and marked it as open carefully, gaskets inside! So I will be ordering from this company again! Transmission parts distributors you got my order correct and arrived in a timely manner! Big TY, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Placed an order for 500 bucks worth of parts. Heard nothing for two weeks. 3 emails and 3 phones calls to a bogus number and nothing. Please do not buy from them

Returned an order. Left multiple messages and emails. Not 1 time did we a reply. Also, never got a refund.

Ordered T10 1-2 syncro hub 4/12/21. Arrived in NC 4/15. Great part and price! Extremely Pleased! AA+

I believe that 1 star is to high for this company. Recently ordered two parts from this company. After the order was placed I never received a tracking number after about a week I tried reaching out to them regarding this. They responded fairly fast stating that the order had shipped and promptly gave me the tracking number which to my surprise had already been delivered. When I finally got the parts I opened the box and only one of the parts were there. I have tried contacting them via email and phone calls with no response. After reading multiple other reviews I'm getting the hint that I along with others have been taken for my money. I'm out about $90 and it looks like I'm going to have to go elsewhere for my parts. Do not buy from these people unless you like having your money taken from you.

They offered a competitive price for the product I needed, but NEVER responded to any of my attempts to contact them. They never answered any of my emailed questions and never responded to my inquiries using the messaging system within their website. They showed that my product shipped so I scheduled the car repair work, but I found out later that it had NOT shipped and in fact was actually shipped four days later. But I will say again, they offered a competitive price.

Unfortunately I am reading these complaints very late I bought a transmission valve body for my truck and unfortunately it did not work correctly from the first day of driving after programming it the truck felt completely different and from lori the supposed woman in charge and rather I think it is a automated message system with the name of lori the brand of the valve body is sonnax I called sonnax and they told me that it is an intermediary company I mean they have sonnax products on the page and when you buy there with your own money they buy it from the sonnax company with your name and it comes to your name you are not even buying directly from the company sonnax had no idea that this company was selling their products remember very well that when I told him about the problem with the code that check engine said by email because you will never be able to talk or have a conversation on the phone with this person "lori" that that was not a transmission code when I had the list of AISN transmission codes I had to talk to sonnax they gave me a serial number for this replacement process I sent it to "Lori"and it has been four days and this or this "lori" has not answered at all, be careful, it is an automated message system, it is not a company BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS AN INTERMEDIARY BUYER
