I had an issue with my 1st order called and the young lady was very nice and took care of me but I ordered some tray liners from her and I was missing 1 from my order so I will have to call her again and let her know about this issue. I would suggest your warehouse packers recheck the orders and pack them more carefully because my 1st order had damaged items my 2nd order was missing (1) piece.
