I placed one order on two small items, yet got it shipped separately. So my forwarder from the US charged double. Would've been more convenient if both shipped in one box.

The part was easy to install and fit perfectly. There were no alignment or fitment issues. I would suggest having install videos, specific for your products, on your website with easy access. I obtained all my information regarding removal and install, for your products, on youtube. I just ordered a chin spoiler and again all installation info was only available on youtube with 3rd party downloads. I could find on your site how to install the parts for a Mustang or a Challenger. However, I own a 2022 Charger.

Great sounding exhaust if you want a more noise to your 2.0. Won't blow you away but definitely enhances the sound and makes it deeper. No droning but cabin noise is louder while accelerating. Only issue was that the clamps that came were not the correct size and I had to get new ones. Install was easy enough besides the wrong clamp size.

Web site very user friendly and easy to navigate all the way to checkout. But i ordered blue color arms and got red instead. Other than that great product

While it's frustrating to receive an incomplete product, AM offered a generous amount of store credit to compensate for the state of the exhaust. Installation marks were expected, but the welds from the exhaust tips weren't ground down and several clamps were missing.
I'm still happy with the product overall, but it's annoying to receive a product labeled "open box" when it should be labeled "damaged, will require hardware or minor repair before use"

Have used American muscle for a while, only real complaint is the website bugs out sometimes and at-least for me whenever i click on an item it automatically adds it to the cart sometimes in quantities of 1-5, which could cause unwanted purchases and its just a bit annoying. Also this is my second time ordering brake pads from here, and the packaging has come a little damaged both times with the grease bag exploded all over the box. Its not a big deal, pads and hardware look to be in good condition but just something to note.

Why do I have to pay for shipping on items under $75? Summit Racing doesn't make you pay for shipping on parts that cost $50 or more. If they had this part I would have purchased it from them because the shipping would have been free. The item I purchased from American Muscle cost me $62 and then I had to pay for the shipping. However, I am pleased with the product and how it looks on my Mustang. Just a friendly thought AM.

Never have an issue so far knock on wood. Still, i'd like to see only quality products. They do sell some pretty cheap knock off that I don't think have any place. Or even in the same Sentence as AM. Always improving keep up the good work.

Products arrived on time and in good shape. I will continue to order from American Muscle, although I wish their prices on things like metal coolant tanks were a little lower.

Good selection. Parts came 2 days later than expected. Some of the spark plugs where out of their boxes and rolling around in the package. Haven't been able to install yet so hoping they are alright.

It doesn't take long to receive the merchandise, however, why doesn't UPS deliver the items? My item was transferred from UPS to USPS midway. It takes me longer to get the items because I have to make time to go pick up the item at the post office. Sometimes I'm in line for up to 2 hours. I am willing to pay UPS to deliver to my home, how can I go about ordering and have UPS deliver? I am willing to pay for shipping.

I was sent the wrong item, it took 2 customer service personnel to figure this out, the first offered a discount to make it work and said I would have to contact tech support. The second person asked for more information and found that I was send the wrong part. I gave it a 4 do to the wrong part and the first person I talked with to resolve the issue. The second person did an excellent job with the issue at hand.

The website is nice and well organized. They have a lot of decent stuff for my new edge mustang. And are pretty good with shipping and customer service so far. The prices are a little high, but bolshevism is showing it's ugly face again, so I'm not surprised. If history teaches anything, we will be so hungry, we will try to eat our mustangs eventually.

I got a room and tote package. They came mounted and balanced with tpms sensors installed. Shopping was fast and they arrived when scheduled. The reason for only four stars is one of the rims has a nick in it. The packaging showed no signs of damage so I am assuming it was shipped that way. Not worth the hassle and cost of returning or exchanging just hoping quality control is better in the future. I will do business with American Muscle again.

I ordered my convertible top with 3 day delivery. It took 6. My installer was on a time restraint and had to reschedule. So now I wait for vehicle…

I previously bought a no name power steering tank from American Muscle for my '04 Cobra and it didn't fit. The hose nipples were reverse to where they should've been. American Muscle was good on the return so I'm hoping this Canton tank works- we'll see.

It was a great purchase hard to get in touch with a person who could provide enough details about the parts though.

When I ordered BMR products from the AM website,,, one part of it said that the items were sold as pairs however, another section showing the same part as being sold as "each". AM needs to hire a professional team of experts to redesign their website to make things more understandable. There any many issues with the site. I still however, like to spend my money there!

It was a great experience. I've ordered from AM for my other cars before. This time I was doing an order for the exterior appearance. I got bumpers, fenders, a hood and a spoiler. Only reason not 5 stars is not getting questions answered. I was having trouble deciding between two different items so I asked to make sure they would fit my car because it was unclear. After over a month of no answer I just went with the safe option I knew would fit. Hoping a 4,000 plus order will give me some stickers and some discounts on future orders.

Went on well and looks good overall. Wish I had know I would need a tool to put the sides down.

The service was great. Everything was easy to track. And came quickly. Most products that I have used so far have been good except the rear black vinyl for the truck lid. It was not quite the right size Just short about 1/8" on one side. Would have been better with a little extra on all sides that you could either fold over or trim off

Enjoyable experience. Site was easy to navigate although your search engine doesn't filter well. I specify that I have a 2012 Challenger and it pulls up '15-'22 items.

I really do like this company. I had ordered a set of Rotors and Brakes for my Mustang 1 month prior. I didn't know until I called that the order was not going to be filled for at least 4 Weeks. Someone should have emailed with that information.I did cancel that order, but got no call back from Sales as requested. I decided to buy on line anyways. Wish I could have used coupon.
