I have multiple mods on my vehicle & 98% of them have come from American Muscle. Outstanding choices in product(s) with competitive pricing, hassle-free shipping, and great customer service. Just wish they would update their app with regards to allowing us (customers) to upload pictures more efficiently. I have yet to upload any modifications because I always get an error.
I have ordered atleast 5,000$ worth of parts this past year. I have had problems with quite a few of them. This last one aggravated me though and I am not happy with American muscle. I ordered the MP concepts rear led diffuser lights about 9 months ago. 3 of the l.e.d. Lights just burnt out! I called American muscle and they said there is nothing they can do because they aren't warrantied. Lol so you sell a product that breaks after 9 months and don't even offer to discount new ones?! Smh
So I ordered a remanufactured instrument cluster for my 08 Mustang. The site said it was in stock and would ship in 3 days. I knew they needed my vin and mileage. But no one tried to contact me about this. I waited a day and got back in contact with them and gave them the needed info. So far so good right.
Ya, it's been like 10+ days and not even a tracking number, I ended up canceling the order.

American muscle did an absolutely wonderful job. The ups is very bad about it's website being updates or up to date on package tracking things like that. The overnight flight or whatever paid for that and it didn't come in that time so not sure if it was worth even trying to get it faster by paying extra. So overall with the actual making of the label and transportation of the package and time frame were all delayed and not very well maintained.
Was recommended by someone else but might switch to a diff website next time.

Product box came beat up and product slightly damaged. I was able to fix it for the most part and it doesn't seem like the damage affected the product. Damage was caused before shipping as shipping box was not damaged so someone saw it and shipped it anyway. Again not a huge deal but it doesn't instill confidence.

I was trying to use a $20 off coupon code. It wasn't working so I used chat. Garrett said he'd fix it and asked for the cart number. I gave it to him. He told me to place the order so he could make sure the discount was given. Well, he adjusted the price so it'd look like a discount. And, he even changed my order. So, be careful or else you'll get screwed out of money, too.

I did one of their promos where if you spent 200.00 or more you would get a 50.00 coupon on your next purchase of 300.00 which I planned on using, instead I got an email stating Use below code at checkout starting on 5/3/20:
And while at the bottom saying, "No Coupons left" which meant I got absolutely nothing for it or no options on my purchase which is fraud and false advertising. Id think twice before you fall for that.
Quick update, after I filed a complaint with BBB and the FTC I did get my 50.00 back, so it pays off to take action, be safe.
I made 2 purchases the umbra smoked taillights, which are amazing looking and well fit. But I also purchased the centa v2 diffuser in matte black, they are absolute junk, hundreds of dollars for pieces of plastic, with junk hardware. Needed to assemble and with the cheap matte coating, even the finger prints won't come. It did not fit well, and does not mount well to my vehicle but since I've assembled and drilled. I am stuck with plastic that will eventually break my stock diffuser or dissolve down the road...avoid.

I have ordered multiple multiple things from American muscle and they have all been good for the most part. I ordered blacked out 5.0 badges for my 2020 gt mustang. The first time they gave them to me they gave me 2 lefts instead of a left and a right. I waiting a WEEK and a half for them to mail me new ones just for them to do the same thing. I don't understand how hard it it to put a left and a right badge in a bag and call it a day completely dissatisfied.

When I received my box it was already opened. Seemed very unprofessional given that it's coming from a reputable seller. I don't know if anyone tampered with my order.
I paid $158 for some splash guards that are absolute crap! I could have cut up a milk jug and spray painted it and it would look just as good. Sending them back.
I thought they had good stuff.

I purchased a set of 4 AM rims for my mustang GT. With tires. Received the order late in March, didn't open or put on the GT until a few weeks ago. I noticed that the front rims and rear rims were slightly different colors. Very little help from American muscle. After taking pics and complaining they offered me a 150. Credit. Paid 2200 they send me different color rims and offer no refund just a 150. Credit. Terrible. Won't buy or recommend anyone buying anything from American Muscle.

The item I ordered was sold as a PAIR. But upon receipt, I only received ONE item that appeared to be in the manufacturer's original box. Had to go thru an exchange process with AmMuscle to get a partial credit for the missing items.
I would guess dealing with AmMuscle is easy if there are NO PROBLEMS but if you have an issue, it becomes somewhat difficult to deal with AmMuscle.
Bought from this company before with mixed results.

I was excited about using the "JAN23" coupon of $15 off a $349+ purchase that was expiring yesterday (1/11), but when I made my purchase last night at 10 pm PST, it was no longer valid. Also, I couldn't find how to apply a $5.00 store credit that was shown as available to use. One more thing, I would have bought an open box set of headlight covers, especially because there was a 10% off deal on open box items but when that discount wasn't shown at checkout, I decided not to risk buying it without getting the discount.
I never received an order confirmation email. In my account the order wouldn't show my order as it stated it needed to authorize the account. I clicked the link to resend authorization email. I didn't get that email either. I spoke with customer service on chat and phone and confirmed the order. They could not resolve the issue. I get promotional emails still from American Muscle but still no email order confirmation or for account authorization.

The bracket I ordered failed to come with instructions or even proper fitment to clear the bumper. I feel that the overall quality is lacking in the part. The main license plate holder uses nuts in instead of a plastic keeper and has to be bent away from the car so that the nuts don't rub the bumper. I think for 120 bucks it should be much better.

When I ordered my route exhaust system, I only ordered two exhaust hangers instead of four. With my installation date coming up, I realized my mistake and ordered another set to be shipped in two days for $7.99! Well I got them in three days and that really screwed up the whole works. The hangers were just fine. I was just upset about the delivery ….
As of this purchase, this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with AmericanMuscle in the last five years…. They are still my go to company. Even after this, you still couldn’t pay me to deal with CJ Pony.

Everything about the product was top notch! No issues with installation. My problem was the product went on sale 3 days after I ordered it. Now, I thought an honorable company that wants your loyalty would credit you for the price difference, especially with it being a fairly high price item. I was wrong! Shortsighted in my eyes!

The website will send you the wrong part then offer no refund or to send the correct part. They $#*!ed me out of 1500.00 in Mustangs 2016 parts driveshaft. Now won't respond!
Tip for consumers:
Get new management for parts a returns ! They will run you around tell times up and your screwed!

Differential and driveshaft the differential was the wrong part so it ruined the driveshaft. I send emails to the company to exchange for the correct differential after weeks of emails they then told me my 30days was up and no refunds im passed I have the time for the order. They $#*!ed me out of over 1400.00+ don't spend a dollar with AmericanMuscle your wasting your money and time!
I ordered new wheels and tires for my 2009 mustang and once I had them installed we realized that there is paint chipped out of the wheel well in a very noticeable spot, that's not the part I'm disappointed about. I'm disappointed in the fact that it looks like someone took a paint pen and tried to fill it in and said ok looks good enough and sent them out. If I'm gonna spend almost $1500 dollars on something I expect it to not be damaged when I receive it.

They had the best price around on a complete brake package, which showed as an "in stock" item.
Order was sent via Fed Ex, tracking information had it being delivered a day earlier. Upon delivery of the first
box,which contained front pads and rotors,was destroyed and spring broken off brake pad. Rotors were not damaged. Multiple pictures, an hour of my time, and the whole box had to be shipped back, not just the pads. Told them to get the new box coming ASAP and understand charging my CC until damaged parts inspected by them for credit. No such luck, only shipped new parts after confirmation of damaged parts dropped off at Fed Ex. See if the new box is packaged better?
Ordered in the past and didn't have any issues.
The purchase workflow was buggy. When I input my Postal Code (I live in Canada, if that matters) the City field was cleared out.
Also the shipping was estimated at $40 for $50 worth of goods, which is a lot. When I finally got to the final purchase screen, the shipping was set to $18, which is much more reasonable. But after I submitted the purchase, the following screen showed $40 shopping again. I'm not 100% sure I would have made the purchase if it was actually $40.
Also the receipt I received in my email made no mention of shipping costs.
I love AM, but now you'll get 5 emails for every order asking for reviews and pictures to get stupid $10 off coupons or free surprise gifts. No matter how many times you unsubscribe from the AM junk mail list, you get more with every order placed. I absolutely hate this bull$#*!.

I order a strut and shock assembly and it got lost in transit in FedEx. So I didn't have to wait weeks I bought one strut/ shock. Now I have to wait on some investigation to even get my money back or store credit. When obviously it never arrived to me it shows lost in transit. And my car has been sitting at a shop for a week with 3 shocks on. I have to pay daily for it sitting there. Hopefully this one shock arrives soon.
Every time I'm ready to buy, they never have items in stock... never! Inventory head can't forecast accurately.
