I have multiple mods on my vehicle & 98% of them have come from American Muscle. Outstanding choices in product(s) with competitive pricing, hassle-free shipping, and great customer service. Just wish they would update their app with regards to allowing us (customers) to upload pictures more efficiently. I have yet to upload any modifications because I always get an error.

I have ordered atleast 5,000$ worth of parts this past year. I have had problems with quite a few of them. This last one aggravated me though and I am not happy with American muscle. I ordered the MP concepts rear led diffuser lights about 9 months ago. 3 of the l.e.d. Lights just burnt out! I called American muscle and they said there is nothing they can do because they aren't warrantied. Lol so you sell a product that breaks after 9 months and don't even offer to discount new ones?! Smh

Purchased a Strut Tower Brace, Paid for 2-3 day shipping, received it in 10 days. Blamed it on COVID 19. Received it damaged. Right side was bent upward at a 45 degree angle. Initially did not want to provide refund/replacement. After going "Karen" on their customer service representative. Agreed to replace. Sent back, awaiting a replacement. Last time dealing with this company. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the aggravation, shop elsewhere.

The sales people after three times and 10 uploaded photos and door tag could not get the correct rotors and breaks. Mind you this is for a 2018 Mopar, this is not a 30 yo car.

Support unfortunately was much worse, we spoke with a Jennifer who seemed offended that we would call with any expectation. For more than a week we called multiple times per day after having an escalation ticket. It would seem that having a vehicle on jack stands for more than 40 days should not be American Muscle's concern. We have 3 different refunds we are waiting on and the car has been useless since before Christmas.

As of yet another day and another phone call we still cannot reach a manager. I would assume that is the company policy. Look for my upcoming YouTube video on my interaction with this company and their support.

Yes that I have reached out to the AG of Minnesota and the BB with formal complaints.

We have not used anything yet nor have we got our money back going on 40+ days later.

Bought a RTR decklid panel for $230 and it majorly scratched upon first cleaning. Customer service refused to be helpful. This product requires cutting into trunk and now I have a damaged trunk that looks horrible. They offered a refund of $56 or store credit of $115. Not sure but I would expect a full refund from something completely defective especially when it involves something that required modification to the vehicle. Will NEVER take my business here again.

Bought suspension parts that failed in less than 2 years. Emailed to get replacements which I finally did after pictures and shop documentation saying they were bad. I've had replacement parts less than 2 months with 3 holidays and bad weather in that time so haven't got shop to get them put on but have been told by customer service that my account will be blocked and I needed to call and pay for the replacement parts. Rina Lising and Tyler Lehr need to take some classes in customer service with communication, professionalism, and conflict resolution. Harassment over broken parts that you sell is a great way to run a business in the ground.

Very poor quality gaps very hard to adjust, plastic vents for the fenders are warped, and they wont sell them separately, only with the fender..., make sure to check every little part, because if your project will take longer then 30 days they won't help, even if you willing to pay for the defective part, the only option is to buy the entire package... in my case it's $829.98, but the only thing I need is little plastic vent...

I made a purchase from American Muscle to replace a power window master switch for 99 Mustang GT. With that I received a catalog. As I looked through the catalog I found other items I wanted to purchase for my Mustang but noticed the prices in the catalog were different (less) from the website. I called customer service and they said catalog was old and prices had increased but they would price match the catalog. So, I order more parts. With the new order I received another catalog with prices lower than first catalog and website. None of their catalogs or website have the same price. This is a ridiculous shady business practice, playing pricing games. Why can't American Muscle be transparent and honest about their prices. Who has time to look through 2 catalogs and a website to find the lowest price then call customer service for a price match? I don't have that kind of time.
Also, I ordered something incorrectly and had to do a return. American Muscle return procedure is a nightmare. I will look elsewhere for parts for my 99 mustang. American Muscle has lost this customer and I encourage to seriously do their homework if they purchase something from American Muscle if they want to get the best accurate price. Personally I woukd shop elsewhere. Good luck.

Every thing I order never comes when the site says even overnight delivery. I have had orders canceled. I bought a set of wheels they site said they fit paid money to install and balance tires and then didn't fit my car. TPMs sensors had to be cut off wasted lots of money never refunded. Still have the lug nuts they sold me they didn't even fit the wheel. I wasted over 500 and then tried a few more orders still didn't come or wrong parts.

The worst return policy ever cost me $50 dollers on a $140 dollers order that I tried to cancel 15 minutes after ordering. But they had to ship because they told me they can't. Cancel as soon as order is taken. Would not recommend this company to anyone. If you do use make sure the snow 100 percent as explained in thier details and make sure you have money to throw away if it's not exactly what you wanted. Thier is many other companies that sell these parts and have way better return policies. GOOD BUY AMERICAN MUSCLE

Ordered a thermostat on February 12 after ordering we noticed because of the other upgrades on engine the thermostat wouldn't work. It was around 20 minutes after ordering parts so I called customer service to cancel part so they do not ship out and refund my money to my visa. They told me they can not stop the process as soon as you order it it has to be shipped and then I have to ship it back and I will be charged for return shipping. When you explain it was only ordered 20 minutes ago they turn into robots and keep repeating them selfs saying they have to to and you have to return. What a stupid system they have and customer service is very unhelpful. Will never deal with this company again have spent tens of thousands with this company and they have lots of good parts but when something goes wrong its hard to fix. Had problems on my last order for tires and mags same thing showed up with damage and what a hassle to get order fixed. Makes no sense what so ever to ship all the to Vancouver Canada when I call 20 minutes later to cancel order and save everyone money and don't ship part. Lots of other part companies out thier and I will definitely be checking them out. What happened to helping your customers

Places a order for 20 tires and wheels did this by phoning a customer service rep so I got everything I needed TPS plus syncing tool. The rep rang up my hole order plus gave me shipping information to ship to my house in Canada and charged my visa this amount. The next day I see on my order hasn't been sent to shipping department like normal orders I have place through this company. When I called I was told they no longer ship to Canada. This was very confusing since I only ordered them yesterday and you gave me cost of shipping and charged my visa.told them to credit my visa back the hole amount you charged. When it's checked my visa they credited me back but the price was $150.00 Canadian dollers less than I paid.I called customer service back and they said they credited the hole amount so I asked for the receipt for purchase and return receipt. They could not supply me with these They said since they returned the order the paperwork is cancelled and they can not view anymore. I would think twice before using this company try using local Canadian companies instead I f you live in Canada.

So instead of getting grill for mustang in box was side running boards for a jeep- after 2.5 hours still cant get supervisor o address issue - now car apart - un-drivable and they cant get anyone on phone to fix the issue they caused- no repsone other than supervisor will call - now i have to pay for removeal and repalcemnt of bumper just to get car driving again with out a grill- this company is horrible

Very disappointed and I have not been in the past. Ordered lowering springs for a 2014 Mustang which one sticker indicates but received strut brace for 2015-2021. Didn't open the box during Covid and called to discuss but they would not help. Not good service for a very obvious error. Will not shop there again.

Ordered some parts and it said if I paid for expedited shipping, they would arrive Thursday. Well now my tracking shows Saturday and it will be too late for my appointment. Purchased a bbk clutch quadrant and clutch cable a year ago. Installed it in vehicle clutch cable ended up stretching and bird caging on the firewall. American Muscle has sent me 4 replacements. All 4 stretched and bird caged. It has been absolutely ridiculous on how they have handled it. Also spoke to bbk today and they said they haven't heard of one clutch cable breaking. So both bbk and American Muscle is both telling me it's my problem.

Run go-to CJ pony parts anywhere other than bbk or amarican muscle

Do not purchase from this company. They refuse to return parts that have never been used. So if you dont get to the car you are working on for 30 days and then decide to work on it and find out you got the wrong part. They will not give you a refund. Customer service is also terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Customer service is a joke. No refund can be given on a brand new part. Do not use this company. Will spread the word via social media.

So I ordered brake pads and rotors for my hellcat. Spent 510 which I thought was a steal. The first time I got a partial order. Called customer service they sent me our a new set. Once I received the new box it's also a partial order. Ironically it's the missing parts from the first order. I called again to let them know. I was hoping since I now have a complete order I can keep them with out any issue. But now I have to return box boxes and wait an additional week to hopefully get a complete order.

This company will make returns, exchanges and getting your money hell. They make you not even want to build a car. I'm so disgusted by the constant lies I was given about when my refund would arrive and all I wanted was to buy more items from the sight. They sent me an open boxed item that was missing half the equipment and then try to make me keep it. After complaining enough they agreed to give me my money not to mention I paid for one day shipping and it came 5 days later. Two weeks later I've still not received 1 dime from them back.

Would love to give a full review but my order never got to the shipping process. Got a call from customer service stating it was on a security lock and to verify all my information. Tried telling me I had to call my bank to confirm what my billing address was. Then told me that their system wouldnt let them ship because the billing and delivery addresses were too far away from each other. Whatever system they run their sales on needs to go because this is the only time Ive EVER had this issue buying online, even when living overseas. Very disappointed.

I paid for them with PayPal and I was double charged reverse one order american muscle canceled my second order and froze my account now i can't purchase my tail lights American muscle say I need to reverse this payment charge off PayPal said no charge off was done just refunded the money American muscle needs to fix this issue. Blame it on PayPal and its American muscle who cancel the second one

American muscle sent me a faulty 2 step from their failure to test their products before sending it out. Gave me a misfire and made my car run really bad. Contacted them and they could care less finally I get a call from the manager she she says she will pay the shop fee and refund the 2 step. (Only this one time) well they have the two step back and the shop invoice she requested and still not a refund for either. About to be done with this company for good. Spend way too much money to be lied to and treated that way.
