I have A MAJOR ISSUE WITH THE CARD,due to FACT that you have to LIE,and make the selection on your PHONE,that You've LOST, or had a STOLEN card,JUST TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE HUMAN BEING,and NOT THEIR UNHELPFUL,AND VERY LIMITED CHOICES(which there are ONLY 3!)And ZERO way to GET ANYTHING IMPORTANT ACCOMPLISHED!THEIS STAFF HAS EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND MOST OF THE TIME THEIR ENGLISH,or BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF THINGS IS MINIMAL AT BEST,and I NEVER SPEND LESS THAN 20 MINS. just trying to get a simple ANSWER FROM ANYONE!
And on ANOTHER NOTE, Thbey DO NOT KEEP UP ON CERTAIN PAYMENTS OR REFUNDS U HAVE COMING IN from other PURCHASES,and MOST of MY TRANSACTIONS WITH MY other Cards,NEVER HAVE ANY OF THESE ISSUES. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THEM.
