I had a problem with my previous order. The sewing machine arrived and was broken. The bobbin case was marred and the needle timing was off. I wrote to Best Choice Products and they sent out a full replacement and told me to just keep the other one, so thankfully the new one arrived and is in good working order. Although they said it was user error (which it was not) they still made good and sent out a replacement immediately.

Easy to locate nearly any item. Prices are competitive. Most items displayed accurately and clearly. Because wife is somewhat limited in mobility, shipping is a very nice benefit.

The customer service is the best I've seen so far whether its helping locate a package or I ordered something by mistake they are always so nice and helpful and I see the results right away like when something got lost in the mail not only did they credit the item amount back to me so that I could re-order it they also gave me small discount on it with overnight shipping free of charge! Amazon prime has been great to have they ship things free of charge. This has been so helpful when doing Christmas shopping as well as things that stores are not selling. It is a little upsetting when they do not have something but that is only because we think they will always have it. Sometimes its a little hard to return things but otherwise they are awesome
