Many times my orders are never delivered by the date I see when I originally placed the order. Once you place the order that date just seems to disappear so you really need to save that page for future reference. Going to Amazon.com to write a review about them, not a vendor, as this was fulfilled by them is another process of trying to get to the correct area. My last order I did do a vendor review and they (Amazon) edited my review and said they take full responsibility of the item as it was sold by them. Ok then take full responsibility. Lets start by contacting me and giving me options for your screw-up. I know this isn't going to happen so that's why I'm putting this review out. I'm just getting tired of Amazon missing delivery dates more than hitting them and there really isn't anything you can do about it. I'm thinking of not renewing my membership and looking for someone else.

I cancelled my subscription months ago and will not ever be renewing! You can still get "free" shipping for orders over $35 so if I really need something and can't find it on eBay or Walmart.com, etc. I just put it in the shopping cart and then checkout once I hit $35. This does not happen very often as eBay is a good place to look and almost always I get "free" shipping.

Do not support amazon

Have you tired to contact customer support on Amazon and find you go in circles with links until you finally get to chat with agent?

I recently submitted a review for an item that was a scam. I bought a couch in canada from a seller who used an existing shipping track number to a product that was delivered in the USA.

My review was to worn other shoppers on Amazon so they did not fall for ads similar to this and Amazon blocked me from making reviews.

I GUESS Amazon promotes scammers to join there website and ripe off real people. Otherwise my review which was not wrong would have been posted.

AMAZON PRIME DOES NOT DELIVER!

The following is MY Review of Amazon Prime!:

Wire Shelf Clips, Wire Shelving Shelf Lock Clips 25 Pairs 50 Pieces for 3/4" Post, Shelving Sleeves

I needed this item to fix a Shelving Unit for my Grandchildren. I ordered the item on Saturday. Item was to be delivered the NEXT DAY (Sunday) per Amazon Prime. Item was not delivered on the NEXT DAY as per Amazon Prime advertised. Per Amazon Tracking: Product left the Amazon Facility in Oakley, CA., August 27th at 5:39AM and then the Product arrived at the Amazon Facility in Oakley, CA, at 2:51PM. Called Amazon and asked what was going on...Was informed that the product may not arrive until Wednesday or Thursday. I rechecked the Amazon Tracking System and found it saying I HAD AGREED TO RESCHEDULE the Delivery... While I was on the Phone! I informed them that was a LIE. After 3 times being put on hold by Amazon I decided to cancel the order and buy a new shelving unit locally. I also cancelled my Amazon Prime...This is my 3rd time trying out Amazon Prime...All 3 times, Amazon Prime did NOT Deliver as Advertised. As for the movies and games Amazon Prime has, well if you want to watch a New Movie or play the New Game Releases you have to still pay for them on Amazon Prime. Not worth it.

Cut prime all together

This company needs to just cut the shizz. 1st thing they need to do is top hiring these 3rd party companies that hire people that wont do their job. Just this week alone I have placed over 10 orders and over 50% of them didnt show when they supposed to or either didnt shw at all. When you call customer services they have no clue what happened. They first of all need to revamp there communication between the drivers, the company, and the customer serv reps to give a better understanding of what happens to people packages instead of training these reps to give some watered down excuse that u keep hearing over and over and over again. I had a package i order 8-20-23 that was supposed to be received the morning of 8-21-23 i later checked and it said couldnt get access to door, now what that means i have no idea because u can just ring the door bell at my house. It was out for delivery again the next day and came bck the same thing. Well I called and was givin the same info I already seen. Gave it another day and call back mid day that day to be told the item was damaged in transit. Well why does it say the driver can not get access. I have items now that were supposed to have been here yesterday and they still arent showing any movement. Again they need to cut the prime until they can figure out a way to maximize on it instead of giving people excuses after excuses..

Amazon Prime Never Delivers On Time
August 19, 2023

I have order several items the past 2 weeks and they never arrive on time. The fulfillment center is 90 miles from my house and all customer service can tell you that it's delayed in transit. Amazon tracking says the items left the fulfillment center and is delayed in transit. Why does it take them 2 to 3 days to travel 90 miles.

Amazon prime has drastically changed since I joined several year ago. The orders are late or do not arrive at all. Customer service does not understand simple requests and return refunds can take up to two weeks to credit. I am unsubscribing.

I have been a prime member for years and years now and I realize Amazon has a lot of shoppers and prime members but their customer service is not up to the task. And quite frankly they need to bring back the email contact, the chat is ridiculous. My concern is, I pay for my prime, so why do I have to wait 15 days for my purchase to ship, 15 days this is happened again and again to me it's not a one off. I ordered something from eBay that I could've gotten from Amazon and I live in Alaska. I got it in three days…Can you imagine three days and free shipping and I don't even have to pay a membership fee. Wow Amazon wake up hire some more people, I could be doing more shopping on eBay now!

I pay for prime for fast delivery which is nonexistent at this point then they are selling third party and when it all falls apart amazon says deal with the third party(jegs) who also suck. Here's a 10 dollar credit, I have 10 hours over a two week span trying to solve just this one of many issues and still don't have what I ordered but I do have a 10 dollar credit

I spent over $400 on a product that is a pos. The seller refunded me $36 and Amazon would not do anything about it. I have been a prime member since it became available and with my whole family shopping spent a lot of money on Amazon and they would not even give me a credit.

My main complaint -when ordering the page will say "Delivery tomorrow if ordered in x amount of time" or on the payment page it will say delivery tomorrow but 9 time out of 10 when you get the confirmation it is 2 or 3 days.

I've been buying stuff from Amazon prime never gets here when they say and you pay for prime it's supposed to be quick. I bought some sandals for the Bahamas, so I went to the Bahamas for two weeks come back. The sandals are not still here and we can a half longer they say I have to wait, so it will be a month waiting for the sandals, so I'm canceling Amazon prime. It is totally not worth it every since Covid you do not get what they promise you it is not a quick delivery ever, so disappointed in unsatisfied with Amazon I would give them a zero rating if I could

I received an email from Amazon stating that I could take advantage of a 30-day free trial and not be charged until 30 days unless I canceled. However they charged my account the same day my trial started. I called customer service to fix the situation. They just refunded my money and take two to five business days. But I didn't get to take advantage of the 30-day free trial as advertised. So be very careful of the emails you get from Amazon letting you know about a 30-day trial membership. I think it's fraudulent for them to do that.

Thanks for the gift card because I'm a senior and live on low fixed income and every little bit helps. I was able to take advantage of a 30 day free delivery trial on Amazon Prime which saved me the shipping cost of the products I ordered.

For years I had a charge on my checking account for Amazon prime but never received the benefits of free or reduced shipping and, in fact, it never showed up as an Amazon Prime purchase at all until I finally by chance, had the card I was using on Amazon replaced with a newer card and they no longer had authorization to charge it and contacted me. It was coming up as a 3rd party charge with no phone #. Once I found out, I canceled Prime and they returned my last month payment. I still receive e-mails saying, " they tried to charge my account but the card I used was no longer active". I know, I cancelled it and will never get it again. It wasn't until I cancelled it that the charges showed up as Amazon Prime. I even asked my bank to look into it and they said" With only a 3rd party charge and no phone # there was nothing they could do.

This is not the first time this has happened, I am a faithful Prime customer but it seems that too often the website will tell me one delivery date when I order then immediately change it after I pay to one that's three or four days away. It's not that I need it immediately but if I am paying for a service then I expect it. Prime account cancelled.

It use to be you got your packages in 1 to two days. Now its 5 days or more - with many 'delivery exceptions'. Walmart is quicker. I am no longer sure its worth its price and looking at it.
