Amazon-s customer service and security are a nightmare. I placed an order online and was asked TWICE to verify with an email and also an SMS message. I complied. I was also told to change my password, which I did. Nevertheless, Amazon CANCELED my order and blocked my account. When I called them and asked them to reinstate my order and previous password they refused. I lost an hour of time dealing with this nonsense and customer service couldn-t care less. In short, they suck.
