I have bought hundreds of products on amazon, it is where I find the cheapest prices. One of its characteristics is that you have it at home within 24 hours (the prime shipment does not have shipping costs, it is a fee of € 36 per year).
I received damaged vacuum cleaners. So I wanted to return it. They said that "you can send it back to us, we will refund the return cost when you send the invoice." So after I send the vacuum cleaners I ask for the refund and now they say you did not choose the correct reason for return in your Amazon account, yes because I don't speak Spanish! Awful service! They are the biggest liars! They are so hard about 32 euros in return costs. What would they do if it were about an expensive product? Do not trust them!

They have taken over 91 from my bank account without me purchasing a single item, it is also impossible for me to purchase anything because last year they took over 40 without my consent so my bank reported it as fraud and retrieved my money... Amazon are corrupt and you can't get through to any customer service department it's incredible that they can continue to do this...
I have used Amazon for 10 years- they were great. In the last 2 years- they have out-sourced their customer service to third world countries- though polite-read a script-and can't help you at all. The products change prices daily up-down -up-down. When you get someone in USA for every 10 you speak to 1 knows what their doing-and actually helps-the rest can't deviate from the script and do nothing.
Go to Best Buy- they shall match the price- and you get immediately or free shipping.

The truth is that one of my main trusted stores for purchases, I fully recommend it. It is 100% safe and reliable.
Those liars send to me a wrong year model of laptop I complain and they promised to give me a 80 euros discount three days later but they didn't and I complain alot about this by emails until they don't respond to my emails anymore MF.

Amazon agreed to refund my order of one thousand euros into a gift card, instead of refunding my order to a bank account, because I no longer have acces to it. Instead of doing what they said they did the opposie. When i told amazon that they had to fix it or at least give me compensation they said nothing could be done, they told me not to use capital leters or else they would ban me and they sent a smiley face, knowing that i lost thousand euros because of their lies. They are horrible people, theives and liers and need to all go to jail!
Just stay away from amazon es. Delivery very bad, very hard to contact. Only thing to do is contact the delivery company's. Without solution.

Amazon.es is the worst on-line ordering application I have encountered. I wanted to order a lot of items for a lot of money. The answer from Amazon.es is "Amazon: sign-in attempt from 08, PT. Tap link to respond. " There was no link in the messages I received after trying 10 times to order - Henry Defalque

Do not use Amazon.es as they have not a reliable ordering software. Use other ordering outlet with reliable software.

We have a Prime account and spend quite a lot of money on amazon.es every year (around €2000). The service used to be really friendly and reliable. However, over the last year or so, it has become so bad that I will not be renewing my Prime member when it expires this year. Here's why:
1. A significant amount of the items we order have clearly been opened and used by someone else before being sent to us (returns). When I pay for a new item, I expect a new item.
2. The "guaranteed delivery date" is now a complete joke. Not only do items not arrive the next day, they sometimes don't even arrive until the next week.
3. Returns: this is one of the main reasons why we have always trusted amazon. If a defective item was received, they used to issue credit to my account as soon as I packaged it up and dropped it at the Post Office. Now you have to wait as much as 2 weeks for a refund on items that are DOA. In other words, amazon is shifting all responsibility for defective items to you, the buyer. This is absolutely outrageous! We recently bought a vaccum cleaner, which broke the first day. The replacement was then also DOA. This whole process left us without our €200 and a vacuum cleaner for almost a month. Totally unacceptable.
This is such a shame, as amazon used to be great. Now it is worse than the high street shops and you have to wait even longer for refunds. My advice is to steer well clear and try to shop locally rather than putting more money in Bezos' pocket.
This review is my experience and my opinion.
Like everyone I love a good deal so looked forward to Black Friday sale in order to purchase some new Merrell hiking shoes. They had some I liked and these were priced at a reasonable price. The shoes were on Amazon.es and showed a discounted price. I clicked on the item to find the price had gone up by nearly 40 euro.
I contacted customer service and was told the price was due to sales tax and included the shipping. I explained tax was not required here and that as a Prime member this item which was also Prime would not need a charge for shipping. The customer service person basically told me any lie he could think of to explain the price hike. He ultimately told me that although he could see the Black Friday price and the price change upon clicking to purchase I needed to send screen shots to the customer service email. He provided me with an incorrect email address. If Amazon is looking at this review I have kept a transcript of the customer services conversation including his blatant lies.
I did however obtain the correct email address and did as asked and sent two images clearly showing the Black Friday price and the price immediately after clicking on the item- this was prior to choosing size I needed.
No reply from their customer service after email was sent.
I resorted to contacting Amazon.es via Facebook, I was asked to provide more information so I posted the photos on their page too- no reply, nothing.
As a result I have to conclude that Amazon.es has been running a Black Friday Scam!
Having been a customer of Amazon in the UK, US and now in Spain I have to say the customer service here in Spain is the worst ever. For customer service agents to blatantly lie to customers is not acceptable. I would love to hear from Amazon if they can be bothered to contact me. They can do so by looking at comments on their facebook page.

I found a local sports store where I chose to spend my money. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with Amazon.es and Prime in Spain,
No cumplen las fechas de entrega, no vale la pena que pagues el envio mas rápido porque el servicio de envio es el mismo, transportistas baratos muy malos como (CTT es el peor) atención al cliente de lo peor que he visto; resumiendo DE EVITAR A TODA COSTA.
I use Amazon in England and find it brilliant. Ive recently ordered in spain from Amazon.es and the experience had not been good. The parcel arrived with the contents in pieces with the sun tan lotions smeared all over the box. Ive tried to get help and support but of course its all in Spanish and I cannot understand what they want me to do. It appears as if they want me to send the product back which is difficult as its a big wet heap of cardboard covered in sun tan lotion. Id never order from Amazon.es again.

They sent me a faulty item, and then the replacement was also faulty. They expect me to pay up front to return both items to Spain which will cost me around £30. Bryan, who is apparently an executive service agent in Spain, is terrible. He just keeps threatening me that I will be charged twice if the item does not reach them on time!
I use amazon uk a lot with no problems. Amazon es are just dreadful. Items dont arrive or arrive late or broken. Trying to contact them impossible never again!
One month ago, amazon suspended my account and canceled several of my orders because I logged in in a different country.
One of the products was not delivered but they still charged me 340 for it. I have contacted the customer services 7 times, they always tell me the investigation department will contact in 24h, until now no one seems to care about my situation.
The only solution is to lodge a claim against amazon in my country authorities.
If you can buy the same product in a different shop, stay away from amazon.
I'm sorry, but we did order and pay a month a go some stuff and until know they did not deliver every thing.
They say that the can not find our place. But you can find us easy on Google maps, GPS,...
And if they really can not deliver, they have to pay us back.
Legally speaking, it seems that there business is not working at all.

I have bought a shoe and it was very nice and I wore it and after 2-3 days then the shoe started rubbing out and and wearing out more and more and after 2 weeks I was barely left with a seal I was so disappointed about the quality and wouldn't advise anyone to buy it again
I have been dealing with their staff for the past week for non-delivery of items by their buddy carrier MRW. They keep making promises of resolving the issues with the carrier but bluntly lie about everything they promise to do and do the exact opposite of what they say they would do. Frustrating, incompetent and embarrassing customer service incapable of resolving any issues. When I call to be answered in English, the call gets re-directed to Spanish staff in Dublin that are not fully competent in English. The issue of bad customer service in Spain is not new as in normal street stores the service is as pathetic and, in most cases, racially-motivated. Ultimately, the paying customer is the one getting inconvenienced, aggravated and ripped off. With a country's overall unemployment rate of 25%, certain Spaniards (at least these ones "working" for Amazon) don't seem to care much about their jobs.
I will never be ordering from this site and will certainly not be recommending it to my friends and family. Orders that were promised to be returned to their warehouse were delivered instead. Excessive charges were made to my credit card as a result and will be disputed with my bank. As a customer, I don't trust a word of what they say and feel that a 3-year toddler in another country would do a much better job. Bye bye Amazon.es!
