Update - 9/27/23. - Another Amazon "LAZY" delivery package launch on to my porch. Now I have 2 broken LED Floodlights. (The sign is right in front of the drivers that they are being recorded).
Update - 7/12/23 - Amazon POOR Delivery.
Amazon Driver launches a package on to my porch that is clearly marked as "Extremely Fragile" on ALL SIDES.
Now my electronic device does not work right out of the package. See below for more details. (see video's & picture.)
The sign directly in front of the driver on the porch says that he is being recorded.
Amazon told me that I have a high return rate and asked me "is there is anything that they can do"?
My response……"Stop launching packages on my porch".
This is what you will get for being a Amazon Prime Member.
Amazon needs to get their act together.
This company makes obtaining warranty requests from Amazon Seller's extremely difficult after 30 days.
If you send a Seller a request for a warranty claim or product issue, Amazon insists that you do not send personal information to the Seller such as email addresses, physical addresses & phone numbers.
Amazon fulfills over 90% of orders, so Seller's don't have your contact information. Only your money.
Here is the message you will receive if you want to contact a Amazon Seller.
Please limit your text to less than 4000 characters. For your security, do not include any personal information including email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers or credit card numbers in your message.
So here is my question?
If I can't give the Seller any of my personal information….how am I supposed to get warranty coverage for an item purchased on Amazon?
(Don't bother contacting Amazon after 30 days for help either. They will simply tell you that the return window has closed and that there is nothing else that they can do.) - (see pic)
You have to play a game with Amazon and send messages to Seller's in a way that Amazon won't intercept the message and it is undeliverable.
I usually type everything out on paper and take a picture of it and use that to send a message to the Seller via Amazon messaging.
Lastly, if you leave a Seller a honest and fair review and Amazon doesn't like your honesty….you will get a nasty red message and they also do NOT reply for a explanation either. (see pic)
A product that has a (1) year warranty that I bought 6 months ago which broke….I can't get help with because of Amazon nonsense policies. (see pic)
If you are in the mood for a extremely hard time, difficulties & terrible, bad customer service after 30 days of purchase….contact Amazon via chat or a phone call. You will get EXACTLY what you are looking for. A heart attack. I promise.
What a waste of time!
Amazon has stole money from me - Everyone I talk to say I need to take the loss because a package delivered to me was stolen in the mailing of it - The representatives that I have spoken to on the phone have broken English, act like they are all that when they are probably crammed up in a cubicle in Philippines or something so Amazon does not have to hire many English speaking reps.
I have no problem but sometimes I would like to address my concerns with English Reps. I know many companies that hire outsource and in the long run have to pay overtime for mistakes they have made because of training and fully understanding situations.
I received a box with some teddy bears for Christmas and spoke to a representive and explained I got one of the boxes out of what I ordered they were not there and the seal was broken she sent me a return label to send the one back that I did receive and they would refund them all -
I am extremely upset how this is handled they only refunded the (1) pack I received which I sent back so owing me more almost $100... so they are stealing money ----- They have got so big probably stealing and scheming that they don't care about customers and what we spend our hard earned money on.
I know my review is going to be a peon to what you may purchase on Amazon but beware they do steal money from customers, make you pay for items lost, -- It says in the policy which we signed up for to get screwed by Amazon and the customer service dept.
The supervisors are probably not even caring as long as the check clears --- They need to really do better, bring the jobs back to the USA. We all need work here too, and when did this company get so big that they treat us like $#*! to make a buck...

I love me some Amazon I can always find exactly what I am looking for and more and for the right price and fast shipping.
Congrats amazon for the 2017 Customer Choice Award. No wonder if you guys receive the same for 2018 because Amazon is the No 1 Marketplace.
Anything I can find at the store I can find on Amazon cheaper! Anything from old school to new and hip, they've got it ALL!
I just love this place I can't wait to go back and even more I am even been thinking about it as I am doing this
I have to share my recent experience with Amazon.com. I am still in shock and amazed how wonderful their Customer Service is!
A month ago, I placed an order with Amazon. There were three boxes all shipped by UPS. One of the boxes, UPS delivered to the USPS for final delivery. This was the box that never arrived. I received a text from Amazon when it was delivered. But, it hadn't. It is a very long story of how bad USPS was to deal with about this "lost" shipment.
A few days later, quite upset with USPS, I emailed Amazon. This was NOT their fault, nor was it the fault of UPS. I told them that. I was just upset I was out quite a bit of money and there was no delivery signature and I had no where else to turn for help. Within one hour (literally!), I received the nicest email from Amazon Customer Service. They credited back the money (it was "in pending" an hour later on my credit card account!), wanted me to re-order the items and included the links to those items in their email to me! And, if that wasn't wonderful enough, they offered me free one-day shipping for "my inconvenience"! They also informed me that their shipping department would help locate that package with the USPS.
Today, three weeks later, I received another email from Amazon Customer Service. Their shipping group received that "delivered" package and it was marked "Undeliverable" by USPS!
A negative ten points to USPS, and, to Amazon, I am your customer for life! You didn't have to reimburse me for my loss, but you did! You were also able to take on the USPS when I was ignored by them. I just had to share my story about how incredibly wonderful Amazon has treated me.
I am not an Amazon Prime member. I am not one of their "regular" customers. I may purchase from them a few times a year. Yet, they treated me as if I was their most prized customer. THANK YOU, AMAZON!
If I do have a problem with a product I know all I have to do is call and my problem will be solved.
I went to a website claiming to be an affiliate of Amazon stating the only accept Amazon Gift Cards as payment, called Amazon with the website's name, and Amazon assured me it was an affiliate company of theirs, $390.00 lost later b/c it was a scam, Amazon assured me it was an affiliate, no definitely wasn't, was promised by 2 CS reps for Amazon I'd receive a full refund for $390.00 to find out again I was misinformed, they were responsible for me losing $390.00 b/c they misinformed me it was an affiliate of theirs, claimed they'd refund it b/c Amazon was the seller for the gift card that was scammed. I'd never in my life buy anything off Amazon, their shipping prices are ridiculous, go to EBay, better sellers, better shipping cost, and a well trained staff that knows their affiliated companies, and don't give hollow false promises of a refund they never planned to give, poorly trained staff, a dirty American corporation Amazon is, want to get ripped off and scammed buy an Amazon gift card and talk to their poorly trained customer service reps but forgot Amazon knew it was a scam but that's Amazon new money making concept rip off their customers with their gift cards, I'm going on every site like this and letting it be known what a dirty rip off corporation that Amazon is, they were responsible for me being scammed, admitted they were responsible, admitted they'd refund the money, all misinformation. BAD COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ALLOW EM TO BE SCAMMED DUE TO THEIR POORLY, UNITELLIGENT, UNEDUCATED STAFF.
I do about 80% of my shopping on Amazon, and do ALL of my Christmas shopping there. I couldn't ask for better quality or service anywhere!
Most products I buy from Amazon have great discounts and always quick shipping even without being a Prime member.
I've purchased many items from Amazon, and I can't complain about most of them> However, you do get the odd item which is cheaper elsewhere.
Since there is a hub here in AZ most of the things that I order do be at my door step within 2 days.
I have the poor UPS guy walking up my long driveway every night. In his hands are always a Amazon box. How can you go wrong with PRIME!

Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
