I am so disappointed. I ordered a wheelbarrow. When it arrived it did not look like the picture at all and it was missing parts. We ordered a second wheelbarrow with the intent of sending back the first one. The second one came damaged and missing more parts. We returned the second one after going to 5 UPS depot to find one that would accept a large box. Customer Service agree to partial credit the one we agreed to keep because of the missing parts. However what we received was a refund for a combination of another product being returned and the wheelbarrow. The agreed upon credit amount was suppose to be a credit for the wheelbarrow only not a combination. Customer Service would not amend the error. Not to mention how hard it was to get a live person, and a recall after the call mysteriously dropped. I am polite and don't usually do reviews, but really, this is what shopping has come down to!

Two of my recent orders (an antibiotic cream and fabric bandages) arrived pretty much without their proper packaging. They were ripped across the corners and glued seams. I don't mean the Amazon packaging but the boxes that those item are being sold in. The Amazon folks put my items in plastic mailers that are easily getting squished under heavier items. By the time I got my order I received the bandages without a box and same applies to my antibiotic cream.
I wrote a review again and AGAIN Amazon refused to post it. This time they claim I cannot comment on " sellers, delivery, packaging, pricing and availability ".
Ok you're not suppose to say anything about " packaging" (?) but that's a HUGE part of the Amazon business, isn't it? Its "Amazon" logo is written on mailers and cardboard boxes. It's written on all their vans and trucks.
How would you like to go to a store and find Elastoplast bandaids sitting on a shelf without any box… or 500 Q- tips without its box to hold them? Salt without a box?….what kind of nonsense is it?!

Why is Amazon claiming that somehow this is not IMPORTANT to EVERY buyer? What sort of logic are they using?
I pay for Prime membership and I am entitled to having my orders secured in proper boxes.

You cannot reason with bird brains that don't see the basic principles of proper and secure delivery after a purchase has been made. In fact, I believe they truly don't care.

How many more of these dumb responses am I still going to get?

I used Amazon for almost all of my Christmas shopping and it was fast and so convenient as I have a problem shopping with all of the crowds. And as I am a member, I get Amazon Prime as well. There is t a better deal out there!

I always try to find items which qualify for free shipping (for orders over $35). I find that I don't really need to pay for 2-day shipping or anything faster, because my items were nearly always shipped within 2 days (most of them on the day after ordering), and they always arrive on the day following being shipped out. The fast shipping speed may be the result of me living in the Greater Toronto Area, near major distribution nodes or depots. Maybe they have the items I want in stock in the local depot by chance and don't need to ship them in from far away. I live in a condo therefore the chance of losing the parcel is small (I see most negative reviews here are from lost deliveries leading to slow refund or lack of acknowledgement of refund request).

Amazon, you never fail to come through. Thank you for being my go to place always for my shopping needs.

If you have a Prime membership and order Prime eligible products, you shouldn't have any problems at all! Easy and free returns and if something goes wrong, customer service is great! Have been a loyal customer since 2005.

Most items are shipped within few days - I haven't been disappointed with anything and will continue to shop weekly.

I used to deal with eBay and when I had a problem with an item it was a night mare to get my money back. Now I only shop through amazon. This company stand beside their customer have an issue want to return no problem with amazon. This company is so great now I have family and friends shopping here. AS a happy regular Amazon customer for many orders I elected to try the Promotional "Prime" upgrade. I was happily surprised at the elevated customer service and delivery options and associated cost and speed of delivery. These lamps have been great. Stores do not sell the cool white 4000K or better only the warm (yellow) ones. So I tried on line. Other ones flickered and died in the first week. These have been great with the dimmer switch.

I shop on Amazon.ca almost daily. I have purchased things like clothing, electronics, wall art, shoes, computer gadgets, quality sheets and comforters, mens work books, books, and all kinds of gadgets that I see people use but cant find in stores. Shipping is so dependable and since I am a prime member I get most products within a day or 2. I have returned a few things without any hassles. They have refunded me my money almost immediately. I cant say the same about a lot of other shop on line companies that I have used. Their costumer service is top notch, they stand behind their customers. So happy to be a frequent Amazon shopper, saves me the trouble of rushing out and fighting traffic and searching for things... saves me time and money. Love this company!

I the years I have used Amazon.ca I have been totally satisfied with my experiences.
They have a great shipping centre and my orders have arrived mostly ahead of posted delivery time. I'm over 180 kms from the nearest Amazon centre and I still get my Prime delivery ahead of schedule. Any issues I have had with sellers associated with Amazon.ca have been quickly attended to.

I love Amazon.ca I always check Amazon prices prior to making a purchase and they usually have the best prices! Shipping is often included in the price [this is sooo Great!] I've never had a product or shipping problem that hasn't been solved to my complete satisfaction by Amazon.ca Customer Service...
