Ordered headlights for 07 Tahoe on Sunday they arrived Wednesday, perfect fit well packed and the price was great. They even came with all the bulbs included!
Email communication is non existent but Live chat worked fine! I would use A.M. again.
I ordered rotors for my Infiniti G35. Got them and OK for the first month. Stared making all kinds of noises. I called and they have a 10 year warranty so they sent me new ones. They were worse than the first set. I called in. The woman named Emily got into the fact finding. She said maybe I was driving the car hard and too many miles. I said I drove the car about 500 miles a month. She said that was a "lot of miles". I asked if she was on crack. Too many miles at 500 miles a month. That is 16 miles a day. I asked if I could upgrade and pay the difference. She said no. Warranty was up. 10 years went by in 90 days. Steer clear of these crooks. They sell crap quality products and they lie.
I purchased above mentioned item June 11,2017 from AM Auto parts through e-bay and installed in my BMW X3. On June 23,2017. Just after an year on June 22,2018 fan motor burnt out, while this item is backed by a 10 year warranty.

I was going to orderparts from this company. They were so cheap and looked so good, it seemed too good to be true. Then I looked the company up and noticed that their ad had and yelp great reviews but Google and other services did not. This company scams people and shouldn't get away with it.
I bought new brake pads and rotors all round, pretty cheap, made me wonder at first but i went ahead and bought them. My brakes are not even a year old after i bought them, PS. I rarely drive the car. I need another brake change and rotors 6 months after i changed them. Indeed cheap is expensive. Kindly stay away!
I ordered 2 oxygen sensors based on information entered on the website for my vehicle. Neither one fit and they would not provide me with an address to return the parts that are worthless to me. They would only communicate via email which for me is extremely inconvenient. I see that I am not the only customer that has had this complaint. I would never order parts from them again. If they needed the VIN to get the correct part initially it should have been requested before the order was placed, not after the order was shipped.
Purchased Brake Rotors for a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4. They needed to be returned, however they would NOT SEND ME A RETURN LABEL. They would except the return and give me a refund, however they said I MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO THEM. The Original cost for the brake rotors and brakes was $124.00. The cost for ME TO RETURN THEM WOULD HAVE BEEN $152.00. Brake rotors AND PADS are HEAVY. So now I am stuck with these items I cannot use... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUN THE OTHER WAY. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I bought front pads and rotors that were supposed to fit according to the part numbers. They sent the wrong pads. They wont issue a partial refund
Ordered an antenna for my 89 celica. Didn't fit. Even tho i asked them twice if it would fit. Then wouldn't ship it back because they said it was a universal part and therefore no returnable. Pretty slick deceivers.
Their items don't function correctly or don't fit. If you want to return you have to pay for return shipping from your own pocket even if they sent you a wrong item. I don't think they have a right function. I called my bank to dispute the transaction
I ordered a new fuel pump for a 2007 Dodge ram for like 80 bucks from AM. They sent it, seemed in good condition. Fuel sending unit not working. Replaced it with an RMA and got a new pump. Put in the second one. Get a P0463 code and sending unit not working. This is a chinese pos pump and isn't properly manufactured. So then I finally sucked it up and went OEM. OEM pump worked perfectly and not AM won't take my other pumps back for refund. Screw that. They sell junk but there isn't anything I can do about it. I agreed to the terms when I purchased. Buyer beware. They will screw you with crappy parts. Worst company ever.
Order a fan clutch, installed it, defective, got another, defective, got another, worked for 6 weeks, went bad. Nothing but China junk! My vehicle was down for three weeks
No contact phone number only by email. Then wanted me to ship the defective ones back at $33.00. Half the cost of the first fan clutch. Cut my loses and time ordered one made here in the US and a lot more. Company SUCKS! Buy American!

Worse company ever ordered a part sent the wrong part."their error" ship it back expecting to get my skipping cost back... wrong i get a email back cause they have no customer service number. Great business practice might I add. Email says your responsible for the shipping cause u ordered the wrong part... lol bull$#*!. These supposed parts experts are as dumb as a skinny blonde that drank a bottle of jack... don't waste your time, patients or money.
Under no circumstances should you order anything from this place. I have purchased many items online in my life and this is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had. I attempted to purchase a Rear Left Window Regulator for my 2008 Audi A3, they shipped me one for the right side of the car. It clearly stated on the part I purchased a left rear driver side window regulator, buy after disassembling the entire door to install it, I find they shipped the wrong side. I go to ask for a replacement and they write back saying they don't accept exchanges and don't carry the 2003 Audi WIndow Regulator. What?!?! I'm not exchanging anything, I am just trying to get the proper part send to me. Also, I didn't order a 2003, I ordered a 2008. Incompetent! BAD! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a part that was listed on Ebay as new. It came full of old dust and oil stains. I paid a mechanic and an auto electrician to install it and it didn't work. They refuse to send me a paid return sticker and have offered me a replacement. I don't have ay more time to waste with the back and forth, so I purchased a part from a reputable company that I could speck to over the phone.
I ordered a part over a month ago and still have not got it. No wonder they make money, they rip you off. Take your money and no part. Thank goodness it did not cost much. Will not reccomend this company.
Bought pair brand new control arms for my 2006 volvo xc90, in two months it ruined two sets of brand new front tires(back tires are still like new). The arm is good but the bushing is so bad, it moves too much so the cars pulls to one or two sides while braking. After contacted with them, they shipped me replacement parts but STILL WENT bad in couple months. Now they said they dont take care any more because i did not ship the old parts back. They advertised the control arm as "Highest Quality, Best Value, Guaranteed and 10 years warranty" on ebay so I bought from them... I think they and their ads are fraud! Cheating my money
The price on my new Mazda struts was so low it made me nervous. Then while I'm on the lookout for a shipping number, the parts show up! Five days for free shipping! And the struts appear to be just dandy. Only time will tell if they hold up, but right now I'm delighted I didn't pay more than twice as much somewhere else.
Answer: I never could find one i looked an looked the reason they dont have one is they know they are a bunch of rip off bozzos an dont want to do the honest thing an fix their mess ups just want your money an then too bad so sad for you
