This company is a scam! Rip off artist, lying thieves! They charges me 74.22 for over night shipping but it took 3 days to get. They ignored all correspondence and still haven't refunded the shipping cost. I will be seeking legal ramifications. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. They are nothing but a go-between from suppliers. They don't know parts and you can only communicate with the "e-mail robot." Pointed out one of the parts received was not the right part and they wanted to know who said it was wrong. Sent them picture of manufacturers having the right part and they said they needed more information. Sent them photo of old part removed and they said they couldn't get it. I'm sorry there isn't a -5 rating on the scale. Bob

Do not buy parts from AM Autoparts! Ordered a blower a blower motor for my car and the first one they sent me the Is cracked all over the place. So they send me a second one and i install it and it does not work. I plugged in the first one to see if it runs and it doesn't run either. So i tell them I want to return part for my money back. They said once you plug it in they DON'T REFUND. So i had to put my old one that squeals back in because its winter. On another rating site they have a total rating of 2.32. Tons of terrible reviews! Wish i would have checked reviews before ordering! Save your money and go elsewhere!
I have now sent customer service two emails regarding charging $25 for two day service which takes six days and their regular service would have taken the same time! Still no response and only way to contact them!
I ordered a headlight for a 06 Chevy Impala, which arrived on time and was a perfect match with all bulbs although the description said no bulbs included. My experience is positive thus far!
Company not able to read part number correctly ( way off), sending wrong part which has already been used and had a broken bracket.
Also no phone contact.
Unhappy. Broken parts upon opening the box. Wont be ordering again from them. Will see how the return process goes
Bought a disty awhile back from am-autoparts... way outlasting competitors... had a problem, was informed still under warranty ( 10yrs!-- find that somewhere else!), was shipped new disty really fast... and I did not have to return the old one first--Amazing! Thank you, Greg
I was concern ordering parts from a new website but I took the chance since the part was half the price compared to the store. Part came in within four days since I choose free shipping and was identical to the original part. Part fits and is currently working perfectly.
I ordered a part over 10 days ago on a Friday and was promised 2 day shipping, checked on Monday the next week and saw that it would be an entire week before I would receive it. After an email complaint to the company I check a week later and was given the excuse of a holiday for an additional delay. Absolutely pathetic, I am trying to get a vehicle ready to sell and this $ 33 dollar part is very important. Never again will I use this company, I will pay double the price before I even consider them again.
Am Autoparts warranties their parts for 10 years. I purchased a Timken wheel bearing and it failed on me at about 30k miles a year later. They honored their warranty and mailed me a check for the full price that I paid. I also purchased a coolant expansion tank for the same car almost a year ago and it is still working. Would definitely recommend them.
I received my part quickly and as described. The sensor I ordered was a perfect fit for my truck and I will be ordering again from them soon!

I ordered from here from a recommendation from a person I trust.
They populate your shipping address from your PayPal account and some how it got confused and shipped to a very old address that is not long attached to my PayPal.
I immediately notice my error, and emailed them. I tried to call and got the automated voicemail saying you have to contact by email. I panicked... I ordered late on Friday and the part was shipped Saturday morning. Normally I would love that, but not with the wrong address.
Well to my surprise, today I got an email from UPS saying I am expecting a shipment delivered Wednesday from AM Autoparts. Woo hoo!
While I would have preferred to have some reassuring words from them saying they will redirect my parts, I will take them doing it behind the scenes..
I have purchased three different parts for my BMW in one week all of them were paid for for 2-day delivery never received the 2-day delivery they cancelled my first order without telling me why had to reorder again and they tried to charge me the shipping cost again we ordered the part over pay 2 day shipping and still didn't get it in 2 days my other two parts still have not come and it's been 4 days this company lies to people why have paid for 2-day delivery if you're not going to have it here you f****** suck Better Business Bureau needs to investigate yous and eBay and Amazon needs to stop messing with you...
"Thirty minutes later, you get up from your computer, without auto parts and dejected. That won't happen here." They are correct! This will never happen here, because your part will just not arrive. I bought a car to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday, and I needed a couple starter coils. I told them how imperative it was that I get them on time, and with a promised delivery of 2-5 days, I thought I was golden with 2 weeks. When the part did not arrive, after two weeks, they told me it was "lost." However, when I contacted UPS, they told me that all they did was print a label, and had never actually shipped my part. The second thing is that they don't tell you that they are not really shipping UPS, but have a hand-off to USPS for some type of hybrid delivery. Her birthday is three days away, and they do not even respond.

Purchased break set for my car, entered the make, model and year. Selected the recommend parts and they arrived within a couple of days. The rotor diameter is so big that they rub on the break bracket. After a half a dozen emails with what they call customer service telling me that the parts fit the car because there system says so I final received an email telling me that I purchased the wrong parts. I'm being told that my model comes in two engine sizes and I purchased the wrong one. Keep in mind that there ISN'T AN OPTION TO SELECT MOTOR SIZE on the site!
Customer service for this company is horrible, you can only email, no number to call. Then they blame the wrong part on the customer. Absurd! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
I'm trying to get my money back but they are telling me that I have to pay for shipping because it's the customers mistake.

We purchased a kit from them and not all of the parts were in the kit we received. When we emailed asking where the rest of the parts were, they issued us a refund for the missing parts at 50% of the retail cost. When we said we either wanted the parts that were missing or a full refund, they told us that: "Your refund is appropriate for the parts that were returned and no further refunds will be provided." Even though the parts on their own site cost twice what they refunded us.
They said if we wanted the part we ordered we would have to purchase them again and pay full price.
Answer: I never could find one i looked an looked the reason they dont have one is they know they are a bunch of rip off bozzos an dont want to do the honest thing an fix their mess ups just want your money an then too bad so sad for you
