I've still had no problem with getting my parts from AM. Had a minor mis communication, other than that, half the price of the local parts stores, as good, if not better warrenty, and my parts have been delivered ahead of schedule, and so far, no wrong parts. So far, AM is number one for me. I will continue to order all my parts from them.

I received the wrong item and it feels like i was scammed. I ordered a tail lamp for my 2016 dodge grand caravan. It says 2016 tail lamp on the online receipt. What i recieved was a 2011-2012 dodge grand caravan tail lamp. They look identical but the connector is different. It says that it is for a 2011-2012 model on the paper receipt that came with the product. I am trying to get the correct item that i ordered or a full refund but the company is trying every way possible by not making this right. They are asking for pictures of the item i recieved and the item that is being replaced. They look identical except the one on my van is cracked.

Bought 2 knock sensors from them through Amazon. They were super cheap. Installed both and got a new and different check engine light in 24 hours. This error said knock sensor voltage low on both sensors. Knew it had to be the sensors them self because only 1 of the old ones were bad. Bought new one from autozone. Garage knock sensor check is to measure output ac voltage while hitting engine block. New autozone sensors read a voltage. Neither of the am autoparts sensors output any signal. Total garbage. Still working on getting my money back. Hopefully Amazon will resolve it if they don't. Buyer beware.

I ordered an engine for my 99 Chevy Tahoe. I didn't get any info on shipping. I called was given wrong information about what company had my engine. It finally got to the shop, mechanic installed it and it ran real good, for 45 freaking miles! I had it towed back to the shop, mechanic said the engine was locked up, WTH? I called and spoke to Joe, told him what was going on, had to send a video showing that it wouldn't start and that it was their engine by numbers on it. Was sent another engine 2 weeks later. They didn't warranty the parts I bought or the mechanics fee! I'm on a fixed income & had to come up with all that again. Very upset and UNSATISFIED customer. Poor customer service and ripping customers off and costing them money. Will not do business with them again.

Am is Awesome!

Ordered window regulator and motor for my 2001 Pontiac grand prix gt. Got it a day early, fits and works perfect. Will be ordering two more for my other doors. Cheap, fast, able to track my part all the way. Also got a better warrenty then the other places I checked. All of which was most appreciated. Thanks to the guys and gals at am auto. I'LL BE BACK!

I had my light go off on my engine computer telling me front knock sensor was bad. I thought I would save money and bought 2 sensors from am-autoparts. After installing them both sensors (buried in motor under water manifold), they both registered on the computers as bad... sensing a knock in the motor. Thinking the new sensors had to be good I spent over $3,500 on my truck thinking there was a knock somewhere in the motor causing the sensors to go off. After 8 months, crazy money, and four mechanics later, I replaced the two "new" knock sensors that I bought from am-autoparts with factory AC Delco sensors and the engine light went off. Upon trying to get my money back just for the bad electrical parts, not the additional ($3,500) I was out for doing extra work on the truck that was not needed, am-autoparts said that they would only replace "defective" electrical parts with more of their "junk parts". I said no way. The killer is that my Bank of America visa company said that am-autoparts return policy was ok with them (giving more bad electrical parts), and they would do nothing. Save yourself the nightmare, these Chinese parts are bad right out of the box and there is no recourse in getting your money back, just more junk Chinese parts. I sure wish I had read a review like this before I encountered this nightmare with am-autoparts. This company is making money on selling bad Chinese parts, and the Credit card companies are backing them up since they too are making money on the sale of junk parts. Buyer beware... this is my experience that I am walking away with. I gave am-autoparts a chance to make good and they said f-you. Live and learn. Thank God I figured it out on my own.

I was a little concerned at first, didn't get a email confirming order and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Then I came home from work three days after placing the order and all the parts where sitting on my porch all correct. Highly recommend!

Water pump

Im order a water pump couple days and the water pump dont fix my truck but they gave mehard time to send me the returned form I speak with to lady and both ignorate me and asking me the same question dont buy anything from them they have bad costumer service

Ignore the positive reviews, probably family, and friends of this Scamming company. I put my correct information into the site, found the fuel pump assembly, and ordered. The company, nor site never asked me for a HARNESS CODE, or anything else! I got the pump, installed correctly, per the instructions they included. NOW, MY ENGINE SPUTTERS, AND THE FUEL GAUGE DOES NOT WORK! These disgusting people refuse to return the part! Awful people! UPDATE: NOW MY SUBURBAN DOES NOT START AT ALL! I bought a fuel pressure gauge, the fuel pump does not hold it! My car has sat for 2 weeks now! AM-AUTOPARTS IS A SCAM COMPANY! LIARS, FRAUDS, AND SCAMS.

Planned Ahead
April 20, 2019

Ordered parts on Tuesday due in next Wednesday. They came in on Thursday about 51 hours after the order was placed. Box was beat up a bit but 2 day service for free was fine. I ordered a suspension combo - 2 ball joints, 2 control arms, 2 front sway bars and 2 back sway bars.
Seems to me the vast majority of the complaints are about shipping, 2 day service in particular. Today its April 2019 so maybe they have the shipping issues fixed by now. My parts are quality parts and my 5-7 day order made it to Columbus Ga in 2 days. Saved lots of money, $36 less than next price. $114 vs $150. Which was still considerably lower than most.
I will try them again, like right now. Need more parts... ugh!
This 55 yr old female does most of the work on my own car, can't align it without a machine but I put those parts on. Oh, and there's a pic of the answer to most of life's problems... a bigger hammer!

I ordered some products and paid for 2-Day air shipping but didn't receive items in 2 Days. When talking to support they indicated that 2-Day air doesn't include weekends. When I asked why this wasn't made clear at the time of order the support indicated it was in the FAQ. I argued that really it's suspiciously deceptive to not give a clear warning at the time of ordering.

I ordered the part off of AM Auto Parts out of Olathe KS and they sent me the wrong part. They have no phone number only email or chat. They never responded to my two emails. I then sent in a form to cancel the order. I let them know I didn't live close to a UPS pickup and they sent me a UPS label so it could be picked up at my home. Come to find out they wouldn't cover the $16.00 p/u charge. After 4 contacts via chat the experience was horrible with them and their customer service reps. I would not recommend ordering from AM Auto Parts EVER! There are other companies if you need an aftermarket part to keep the cost down. Now wish me luck on getting my refund from this company. Worst experience ever.

A.M. auto was recommended to me by a friend. I was hooked after my first order! The pics of the parts are clear and easy to match with the old/broken parts. I tell anyone who asks about a good place to get parts to try A.M. if they don't have it you don't need it. The selection is unbelievable and there is a wide price range. This is the only site i use.

I payed for this part on the 27 of February. I payed for 2 day shipping and today is this 4 and I still haven't received my package. It told me out for delivery but I still have not received my package. Waste of time and money

I ordered rear wheel bearings for my wife's car paid for 2 day shipping we are on day 5 no part. The only tracking info say label has been printed. Do not buy from this company. No customer service # to call. Just stay safe and dont buy from them.

About 2 transmissions from Am I auto parts Back January 2018 They send me the The 2 transmissions One For 1990 Chevy 2500 This transmission work for 2 months The next one was for a 2006 Pontiac G6 That transmission never worked I paid $700 to install it But Doesn't have 1st gear A goes only on 2nd and 3rd year I called am auto parts It talk to a guy named Brian He told me that he was going to send me another one back And I haven't seen anything but lying they say they were gonna send me one and has been already a year People don't buy anything from this guys Talk to him Friday he said he was gonna return my money I've been calling since yesterday and he not answer my calls So I guess I'm gonna have to go get my lawyer Involve on this deal
