Bought set of towing mirrors passenger side 1 plug was not correct took pictures of correct plug and wrong plug they didn't want to do anything to resolve, just want me return for refund. No customer service to talk to had to email. Had problem resolved a auto repair shop work fine now. Then they had the nerve to tell me the warranty was no longer good. There prices may be a little better but u better hope u don't have any problems. As it goes YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR they could of at least given me a partial refund for not having to return

I ordered a fuel tank for a Ford f450 on late in the evening of wed, October 15,19. I woke up and asked to cancel the order within 5 hrs because I had misdiagnosed the problem so At 8 a.m. I haven't heard from AM Parts. I'm hoping they do the right thing and cancel the order and refund my money. Yep, my credit card was drafted against within minutes of ordering.
My husband and I purchased shocks for our Chevy Tahoe. My husband is a mechanic so when he orders parts for our vehicles he checks multiple times on the company's site to ensure that the correct part is being ordered for our vehicles to 1. Ensure the safety of our vehicles, and 2. To avoid having to deal with returning items to vendors. We purchased these shocks in February of 2019, now it is October 2019 and the shocks are needing to be replaced again. We contacted AM Autoparts expecting them to honor the 10 year warranty in order to replace the shocks, however, they are refusing to help in any way shape or form. The customer service representatives that he has "spoken" (they only utilize email) to keep insisting he ordered shocks that were not correct for the Tahoe. We have gone back and reviewed the order and brought the part back up to ensure that the correct ones were ordered and ON THEIR WEBSITE it clearly sates that the shocks are the correct shocks for a 2001 Chevy Tahoe. When we contacted them again to solve this problem again they insisted that the wrong shocks were ordered and there was nothing they were willing to do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Borderline scamming company who refuses to honor their written warranty. If they are the incorrect shocks for our vehicle why are they listed as the correct shocks for our vehicle our your website? Why, if they are the incorrect shocks, are the same exact shocks listed as the correct shocks at local parts stores? Why, if they are the incorrect shocks, are they listed as the correct shocks at the local Chevy dealership? Obviously this is what happens when you try to save a few bucks and order over the internet rather than spending more at local parts stores or dealerships! DO NOT utilize this company. If you have an problems they will not act responsibly and will screw you in the end.

I ordered a 2006 Ford Explorer Radiator form AM Autoparts on a Friday before 4pm and received the part on Wednesday the following week (Oh and FREE SHIPPING). I was worried about the part arriving when I checked the shipping status and I did not get a tracking link the following day. I emailed their customer service and they replied quickly with a response and told me that they would check into the tracking issue. I checked to see if they had a tracking number for me on the following Monday and it still said "check back soon". I again contacted their customer service and received a quick response with a tracking number and the part actually showed up on my front porch a day earlier than what the tracking notification said it would arrived. I am very pleased with the quality of the part I received and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family of mechanics that I work with. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews but they took great care of me.
I've made several orders from Am Auto Parts. My orders are shipped quickly, and package carefully to prevent damage. I've always received the right order and parts are some of the same parts that's carried at my local auto parts stores just at a lower price. If i email them they email me back quickly. The post office delayed my delivery for several days for some reason and Am Auto Parts refunded my money and told me to keep the parts! I definitely will keep ordering auto parts from this company and i definitely recommend them!
I ordered wheel bearing assembly from AM Parts. I got two of them but none of the parts fit into my car. So I asked for a refund a couple of times but they never answered back to me.

Sent wrong part to me then they emailed me on how to return it I had to pay for the wrong item to be sent back to them still have not received the part 3 weeks later or refund. No way to contact them at all, they need reported.
Bought an engine for $850.00 from them (MIKE) I wish to God that I had not done so. Engine was leaking oil and looked like it came out of a car that was parked for 10 years in a junk yard. Mechanic told me that he would not have paid not even $1.00 for this engine. Engine was delivered 13 days after it was paid for, even though they kept telling me for 8 days that the engine was on it's way. Wish I had read these reviews before I did business with them.

You think you are getting a bargain when you buy from them. No question the price is right. I bought 4 complete shock / spring assemblies from them for a 2002 Subaru Forester. All 4 shocks failed in 2 weeks. That's right 2 weeks. Found out the hard way A-M has no telephone #. No phone assistance period. Then I found out that even though the shocks failed in 2 weeks the only thing A-M would do is replace. What about the cost of install and replace? 650.00 dollars is the cost. To add insult to injury they want me to pay for the return of the defective shocks. Complete fraud who ever heard of a company with no telephone service?
I received my order on time. The parts were well packaged and everything was exactly to order. I will be placing more orders in the near future. I was a little skeptical after reading reviews but Im 100% satisfied.
I rebuilt the front suspension on my 2009 Impala LTZ with parts from AM Auto parts on-line. I got a mixed bag of good and bad, first the strut assembly's GREAT. I received Monroe quick-struts at half the cost, like two for the cost of one. The lower control arms and sway bar bushings not a brand name but good quality and a very low price. The brake parts OK, low cost drilled an slotted rotors that are zinc coated and ceramic pads. The brakes did squeak for 20 miles until they broke-in. The BAD... hub assembly's they squeaked from the start (took them off, put them in the trash) and the tie-rod ends were to short however my bad did not order sport suspension tie-rod ends. I had to go get parts from the local parts store $$$ because wife needed the car next day. The tech at the alignment shop told me it all looked good and should last a long time. Total cost start to finish with alignment $900. The photos are what I got from AM before starting the repairs and making two trips to the local parts store.
Although delivery of the part did take much longer than expected am autoparts did eventually rectify the situation and even let me have it free due to the excessive delay. Since it was my driver side mirror and it was a safety issue i wouldn't have used them had i known it wouldve taken that long but i appreciate the fact they did address an issue that occurred to the customers satisfaction so i thought it only to be right of me to post a update to my original comment since am autoparts did take sufficient corrective action for a customer.
Ordered driver side mirror which i need to operate my truck on 4/19/19. Supposed to arrive 4/25/19. It is now 5/1/19. They said UPS lost my package but am cust service was able to locate it somehow, which means not UPS's incompetence, on the other side of the country and now they tell me should arrive by 5/10/19. This is my driver side mirror and i can't drive my truck safely. Buy from cheap company expect to get crappy results. I won't ever use them again.
I purchased a gas tank fuel pump hanger assembly and distrubor from them. Fuel pump went out in less than a month. Primary turbine fused to bottom pump. Got a $100 fine because I rode my motorcycle. Purchased a distrubor from them and truck runs like crap. Don't purchase from them. They sell junk!
