These dirt bags list products on Amazon then only fulfill half the order then change the listing and say that the consumer made the mistake. Lucky for me I took a screen shot of the ad. After 3 weeks of messaging and listening to these dirtbags make every excuse not to fulfill my order as advertised I had to involve Amazon. Amazon saw what they were doing and had to threaten to ban them from selling on their platform and I filed a complaint with the BBB. My order was finally fulfilled by these dirtbag scammers. Pay more with a different company you'l be happy you didn't give these dirtbags your money.
I bought powered mirrors for my truck from AM auto parts on eBay. It asked me to imput in my vehicle to see if they would fit it. I Did. They said it would work. So I ordered them I use these mirrors for 2 years Of a ten year warranty before they stopped working. I contacted them. They said no to replacing them. No customer service phone number. Only email. They respond only 1 time a day. No manager will get involved. DONT BUY FROM THEM. IF YOU DO YOU DESERVE THE PROBLEMS!
First Am Auto Parts guarantees the part to fit, but the part that was sent. Did not fit and I was okay with that.Until I try and return the wrong part. I still haven't been able to return the part they sent.
Shady business. We diligently followed all of their required steps during installation and then return of a subaru imprezza engine we purchased from them that failed several weeks after installation. After numerous telephone calls over several weeks, we were told we would be issued a full refund. We didn't receive a refund check after several more weeks, I called again. I was told there was nothing wrong with the motor and they would be taking a restocking fee and shipping fee off the top of my refund. I had my mechanic join the call to confirm with them the engine is locked and they said they would look into it. I didn't hear from them again until I received a check in the mail with only partial refund and note stating the engine was returned with no issues and the warranty was voided. Please take your business somewhere else, this is not an honest business. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Ordered a parts from AM Auto Parts and paid additional shipping for next day air with UPS. 5 days later, still don't have the part. I will not use them again.
I ordered a fuel pump for my car on Sunday, 10/09/22 at around 4 pm with 2nd-day expedited shipping ($15 fee). There was no mention of an ETA at checkout or anywhere for that matter, but I needed the part by Tuesday 10/11/22 to beat a rainstorm coming on Wednesday 10/12/22 that would last until the next week and drop the temp into the 40s. The universal definition of 2nd-day shipping from my understanding is that it will be delivered within two business days. However, after I purchased my parts, my order's ETA was on Wednesday 10/12/22 by 7pm (the 3rd business day in the evening). Had I known this, I wouldn't have spent $15 on 2nd-day shipping. When trying to get in contact with customer support, their email service link returned a 403 Gateway code and their phone number just played a message telling me to email or chat with them. The first chat ended prematurely while I was typing, and the second customer service member basically told me to F-off and deal with it, refusing a shipping refund, and ended the chat prematurely out of anger. I'm never ordering from this website again, and neither should you. I hope my $15 was worth it.
I've ordered a lot of parts from AM Autoparts in the in the past and have always been satisfied. This time when I had a complaint about one of the parts not being up to standard they immediately sent me a replacement part, no charge and the shipping was also free, no questions asked.
I will definitely be dealing with them again for car parts thanks to their authenticity to the superb customer service.
Let's makes it short and sweet! First my part got lost and then it finally arrives but not my door at neighbors. Ask for refund after poor service and charge me to return it! Overall i understand why look at there review ratings!
The order page said, "Need It Fast? Choose Next Day Air at Checkout." I ordered on Friday morning needing it by Saturday. I paid $106.21 for "Next Day Air" shipping. It arrived the following Monday. The only place they say Next BUSINESS Day Air is on the FAQ page of their website. Nowhere on the checkout page does it say anything about Next BUSINESS day. I could have ordered it from another supplier and received it by Monday with free shipping. If it had said Next Business day on the Checkout page, I certainly would not have paid the $106.21 when I could have gotten it with Free shipping elsewhere. They where unyielding when I contested the shipping.
WARNING... AM Auto Parts is cyber customer service only if theres an issue of any kind big or small with your order Amazon will not help they'll fwd you the ONLY options for customer service at Am Auto parts being chat and email links... no customer service # in the end it will be another 6 - 8 days to correct. If a time sensitive repair or service I highly suggest looking else where...
In the end from order date to correction / parts delivered total will be nearly 2 weeks
This company calls salvage yards from across the country and order parts and marks them up. They pose themselves as a auto parts store in the USA. They are not even based in the USA, and they do not store or stock parts. They use your credit card info to make purchases and scam you out of your money. Just call a local salvage yard and skip these frauds.
I ordered new front and rear shocks for my car, several months ago. The rear shocks were correct but the front were not the size.
I have sent several emails and have not received any response. I searched for a phone number but can't find any... no phone numbers are listed on their website.

Seller sent the wrong parts, they don't have a phone number to contact anyone. I had to contact Amazon to contact them which further delays the communication link. I requested a refund and still waiting on my refund. The seller agreed to refund the base cost minus the taxes that they charged to my credit card. I also had to pay $13.87 to UPS the parts back that they sent in error. VERY POOR SELLER - DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Ordered a motor with 30k on it. Was told it was a good one. Took delivery and pulled the pan prior to instalation. This motor in no way had 30k on it. More like 130k. Called them back and had them come and get it. I wanted my money back as to they sold me a high milage motor and was a violation of there contract.
They said no problem that they would return the money as soon as it was Received and inspected.
2 weeks went by and I received a check with 400.00 less as they charged me a restocking fee.
No joke. I called and they said that it was in the contract and they did not plan to refund me the total amount.
So with that I promise every chance I get to go on the web I will blast them for the frauds that they are.
Don't buy anything unless you want junk from this location.
Scammers is all they are.
