French owner of holiday rental home on Côte d'Azur. Got proposal from Mr Ricky Johnson to advertise my property. Although sounded like scam, decided to try. I confirm this company does not respond & their web site not finished yet, still in Latin! Guess they are located in Dehli. No news since I paid moderate fees for 2 years. Stay away!

Dominic Rose contacted me last year and promised me at least 7 prenotations of one week each by his guests. I signed up to your website and payd the money requested but I have not received prenotations. Now I want to have my money in return but Dominic doesn't answer me because he told me that he has changed his work and no one answered me.

I was already made fool by someone but once again I trusted with Mr. John Carter and he assured me bookings but it was not so easy in initials I was really afraid and received that again I committed mistake but, gradually I started to get some responses and started to receive my clients and got my bookings!

Ricky bothered to me last august and insisted a lot about put advertising to his web site and he promised to me 3 -4 family a month for his customers. NOTHING IS TRUE HE USE THIS EXCUSE FOR SOLEN MY MONEY. After put advertising he disappeared i sent email to him and he said please waiting and arrive customers NOTHING IS TRUE already passed almost 3 months no one time i rent my house
Stay far away from them

Also if I wrote 10 times about the guarantee, never answered and no money received. Do not pay them. It is really a crime activity

I have never seen any one in working such a low fee but they work!
In initials I thought I was committing mistake but after 8 months I had got a lot of bookings and still I have 8 months remaining because I have been provided 24 months subscription!

They work quite well but take little bit time which is reasonable!

I own a holiday home that I rent out in Greece. Got a call from a "Gael Brown" offering me to be on this site for 299/year with 10 rentals a year guaranteed. The guy had an Indian accent and called using a private number; the second time he called, Estonian number; Claimed to be based in Los Angeles... Did some research on the site; less than 6months old (told me 6 years on phone), the guy used *******@gmail.com account; no social media accounts, using a Wordpress theme (Travelo) that is extremely common in vacation rental businesses. Not to mention that the site seemed unfinished to me (some of the text was still the original from the theme)... Further research shows it is an indian company "HOLIDAY PROPERTIES ADVERTISEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED" based in Delhi created 4months ago. So in my opinion, this is a scam. They will probably get a bunch of people to send them 299$ and when they have enough or when enough people start asking questions, the site will vanish. I am not trusting it and hope this message warns others in time.
