I have heard Al Shop is cheating peoples by warehouse sales. Once they received payment against orders they will cancel the order and keep the money with them for long time. Is it true?. I have noticed they are deleting customer comments on facebook. I was about to buy a product and step back now. Can anyone advise its reliability. Please share your experience.

NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM. I bought LG G4 and paid extra charge for warranty. After around 6 months an issue appeared in the phone so it didn't work anymore. I contacted them then they took it in June 2016. Till now they didn't give me any solution and everyone say he is not responsible even the manager "that he is calling himself" Pretending that he is looking for a solution and then he will call me back but never did. Now the warranty expired while the phone with them and I don't have anything

Not sure why I see so many bad reviews for this website so thought I'll add my two cents as well. I have been buying from Alshop.com for several years from 2009. Like all websites out there, the experience is never perfect. Sometimes they don't have products that are listed as in stock - but what I like is the customer service has gone out of their way to find these products and ship them to me. Whenever they did not, I have promptly received refunds. This site used to be my go-to site for all genuine cosmetics, watches, electronics etc. (have had terrible experience of fake products from other websites).

I don't know if they shut down, but their site has been down for few months now. I really hope it is back up soon.

Just as another customer faced, I got the same way of cheating to get my money, just after completing the order they get the money and at the same minute they initiated a refund task I called asking about the reason, they said their bank has refused the payment!, then why they deducted the amount from my account?. Stupidly I was waiting for months to have the refund evertime they come with excuse until now they do not answer emails, whatsup, and phone calls... I am looking now to follow this situation legally, any ideas to help?

I have asked a refund since october. Theykeep saying that it has been done. I keep asking for proof of the transfer but i didnt get anything. It has been 6 weeks since i made the request! What is happening! I want my money back!

I have also very bad experience with them. I placed an order online on December. And the order was cancelled from their site telling that the item is not available in stock, and they will refund my money. Since December I keep calling them everyday, not a single time they called me and they didn't even apologized for what they have done. The last time I talked to them was on February, and at that time they told they will refund in 2 days, since that day I wasn't in touch with them. Just today I remembered my refund and wanted to check with them but the phones are off and website is not working either, the last update on their website was on February 29, so I think they stole everyone's money and closed. I hope Allah will punish them one day. I don't have anything more to say.

The problem is that they don't describe items e.g. what socket it has. Their suggestion is that you should also buy an adapter from them and thus ending up paying more from this site even if the price is lower.

They do not have any product, they will take your money and do not refund your money back! Trust me it's been 4 months without any refund.
They should be fined heavily and refund money with interest!

Third time I made this mistake by ordering the item from Alshop, which i dint find anywhere. Lemme list down what they will do.
1. They will post the items which is not in stocks
2. After paying money, u may be in a impression that ur item will be delivered in 2 or 3 days, but after 3 or 4 days, if u call them, they will say that, their supplier does not have those item
3. They will give options to buy different item with the same amount u paid or else they will commit that, they will repay ur money with in 15 days, but never happens for 3 months also [good to take the other option delivered instead of loosing money]
4. If u chat or ask or shout at them, why it was not informed to u before only thing u hear is damn f****** silent or no response
5. I have been to their office once at Business bay once, what i have seen there is one small office, once u make the payment, the driver will go and buy the item from the cheap supplier from Diera
6. Once they receives the item from the driver, they will pack it and send it to us.
7. They dont have any separate customer care cell and all.
8. They have 3 guys and 2 or 3 girls working, who will take order, take our calls, pack and deliver to the customers [poor multi talented pals]
9. And finally, very important, they will suddenly send u an email saying that, for verification purpose, kindly send the photo copy of the credit card and ID proof. [Never ever send]

I Paid via PayPal during promotion last Thursday. They are fraud they authorised my payment and excusing the stock is NOT AVAILABLE. If the stock is not available WTH they showed IN STOCK. What Mr. Mathew saying is absolutely true. Dont buy anything from this site.

I order un phone i pay for it whit my international card and after that when they recive the money, cancel my order and say to wait fosr a refund. It past 1 month and i still dont recive the mony. So DON'T BUY FROM THIS ONLINE MAGASINE

I placed ‎an order on AlShop.com for an item (mobile phone). The merchant delivered a different model of the mobile phone. The technical specs of the item delivered are different from the technical specs on AlShop.com site at the time of placing the order. I shipped item back to AlShop to replace it and AlShop received the item on 26th of July. I waited for more than one month and AlShop didn't replace it. I requested refund on the 28th of August and I have been told the the refund has been initiated on the 14th of September. I used my credit card to purchase this item and I didn't receive the refund until now. The bank is charging me interest on the transaction amount. I raised a complaint by sending an email to consumer rights team in Dubai and they told me raise it to Dubai Police because AlShop website don't have approved licence for E-commerce. I reported that to the police and they told me to raise it with consumer rights team again and until this day, my complaint is in infinite loop between Dubai Police and Dubai Consumer Rights Team. I advise you not place any order on AlShop.com because you would not get what you place the order for and you will not get your refund and the government will not help you to get your money back. I have the prove that (Alshop.com don't have approved licence for e-commerce). It's an e-mail from Dubai Consumer Rights Team.
