Very easy to use and it offers many filters for hotel reservation. Way easier than other booking sites. I tried booking our family holiday on other sites but they either did not give the option for calculating children fees; others did not offer filter for apartment booking or 5 people in one room alpharooms automatic finds the option and offers it. Way way better than any other! This is our second holiday booked with alpharooms will definetly use again
Site is easy enough to use and book a room. However, if something goes wrong with your booking, don't expect this company to get it sorted. My hotel closed due to coronavirus. The hotel stated they would be willing to give me accommodation at another of their hotel, all they required was Alpharooms to contact them so they could modify the booking. I have contacted Alpharooms customer service numerous times, after being kept on hold for 30-40 mins each time. My issue still isn't resolved. They weren't even aware that the hotel had closed. They just take your money, book the room then forget about you. Will never use again!

The telephonist i have spoken with at AlphaRooms was Benjamin. My score for his service is 10 out of 10. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and provided all information required. He also repeated back to me my details and booking information, just to make sure it was all correct.
I have been looking for accommodation in the Lloret de Mar area using a few different websites/search engines, including Trivago but AlphaRooms offered the best deal out of all of them. Definitely going to check their website next time i'm going on holiday!

Being fairly new to booking holidays independently online, Tylor made the process very easy for me. He was very patient with me and gave me all the information I needed about the hotel I wanted. He also catered towards my budget by giving better suggestions that were good quality and in my price range. They were so good that I ended up changing my mind and choosing his recommendation. He gave amazing customer service and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before proceeding with the payment. Amazing!

Alpharooms is really the only company i have used over the past 10 years and always recommend to my friends and family. Many people i recomended to have also been impressed with how easy it is to sort holiday as you can also book all your extras too like transfers and car hire

Easy to book. Unfortunately we are not going to Majorca until September 2019. But we have got the hotel we wanted.
Alpha rooms agent was excellent in his manners, his patience with me and very clear and precise from start to finish in booking our upcoming break. At the end he clearly laud out what we had chosen what we were getting going and how we would be taken to our apartment.
I left feeling no relorse only confidence in what I had just booked. We now are counting the days to our lovely get away.

I had been shopping around for a good few weeks for best prices and I managed to secure a great deal and a great saving booking with alpha rooms! Fast efficient and even though I have booked through them many times I am still surprised on the bargains to be had on site. Highly recommended.

Found the perfect hotel that we wanted to stay in but was very pricey everywhere we looked due to it being the kids holidays but Alpha Rooms not only got us the exact dates we needed but at a cheaper price. From start to finish they are very professional and will search until they get the best result for your needs
Have just booked an Easter break with AlphaRooms. Very good website, easy steps. The price displayed is the price you pay - not always the case! Can book everything - flight, hotel, transfer in one transaction. Ideas to improve further: offer more than one airport at a time and design a filter for adults only holidays - would be a market leader and a strong selling point for the more mature(!) holiday searchers.
Have just booked 1 night 'hotel only' through Alpharooms. They offer an upgraded room at the cheapest price. Checked all the other websites and the hotel direct, could not get for the price Alpharooms offer. This is the third time I have booked with Alpharooms and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them, easy to use website for booking and shows any booking charge prior to booking. NO hidden extras. Have not used them for flights or hotel and flights so can not comment on that.
