Simple website that you can filter to exactly what you want. It was very quick and easy and the prices were very compettitive

The website was very easy to use to book my holiday, and I was content to follow through to the end with my booking without changing my mind or looking elsewhere.

Not much to say. Booking process quick & easy. Got exactly what I was looking for. No more than I'd expect.

I have used AlphaRooms for years and will continue their site is good and their prices are keen. Just two negatives their support whilst in the booking process is poor I spoke to two different people online one gave totally wrong info and the other spelt the company name wrong, secondly the £4.95 charge every time you make a part payment is annoying. BUT other than that very well recommended

Very easy to use. Only thing wrong on site is its charges which should be when you select your hotel showing nil to direct debt then credit card charges as some sites do not charge fees

I have used AlphaRooms before with no problems and expect this booking to be the same. I have used many other booking agents before due to cost and this was the lowest price I could find for this AlphaRooms booking. I have been to this hotel before so have no worries about this booking.

Good web site easy to navigate and prices of hotel rooms excellent. I would use again but am concerned about the charge levied to pay by installments. I am not happy about this as it was not disclosed at point of sale. It sours the booking experience.

So glad i stumbled across this site as it saved me £200 on my hotel booking :).
I was advised that someone would phone me back in 5 minutes. After 10 minures i got a call apologising that they were late calling me back and would call within 5 minutes and they did. Great customer service:)
They also didn't try and sell me anything else which is cool.

This is the first time using Alpha Rooms and I found the web site easy to navigate and the prices cheaper than other sites.
The payment options were a little confusing though.

I've used alpha rooms on many occasions and my requests have always been forfiled.
I did not even have to give my voucher to reception as booking was all in place on hotels system.

Very easy to use, with all the information you need. It does the hard work for you. Beware of admin charges though.

Found it very good and efficient never used this site before,,, will definitely use it again. Would recommend it to others!

I have always had poor views on trivago. I had looked on it many years ago and found it expensive in comparison to other sites. I kept seeing the advert on the TV and as I have recently been looking to go away I thought what the hell, let's give it another try. I was not disappointed. I love a bargain & I have searched the web far & wide trying to find the cheapest hotel possible for my trip to Orlando Florida. I couldn't find any site with cheaper prices for the hotel we booked. There were other hotels at cheaper prices but we wanted to book a mid range hotel. The site is easy to use & navigate. There is also the option to pay a £1 deposit which was really helpful for me. I chose to pay the amount in installments. I don't know whether my computer didn't load the page properly or whether it just didn't say. But it sounded like I could pay installments when I wanted, which I can but there is also a direct debit set up which will be debited from my account each month. Again this is fine but I thought it wasn't going to be fixed amounts, this was a little unclear. Like I said I can log in & pay amounts off when I want which will reduce my monthly payments, so it doesn't really matter to me all that much but it may do to others. This is the only reason I am not giving a five star review. Great site, best out there in my opinion.

Due to Monarch folding, i had took a different flight which was a extra longer, the staff of Alpharooms advised me on how to extend my booking effertlessly

Alpharooms = it was easy to navigate their site, quick to book my hotel in costa del sol and an excellent price. What more do you want?

Found the website easy to get through with explanations on the way! All the information I required was available and easy to understand.

Everything was easy to follow, from flights to choosing the accomadation. All the extras to choose from if required at the end if booking. Ie insurance, car hire, transfers. Great value.

Is good to deal with AlphaRooms because they give you a good rate and service with lowest price
I recommend dealing with them.

We have used AlphaRooms many times and have never been disappointed so let's hope that's the case again next summer for our most recent booking!

Hotel booked is not until next year but happy with the online booking so far. Alpha rooms was a good price compared with other sites.

I was told by a friend to use this site its Quick, easy to navigate and hassle free. Good price range worth looking into alpha rooms and compare with others.
