I can find almost everything I need here, and it's quick and comfortable. The site is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The prices are very reasonable, and I didn't have any troubles with the quality of items and shipping. Gift cards are also one of the reasons I like Alphabet Deal; choosing gifts has become much easier.
Still haven't sent my order No one answers the phone. They don't even spell inquiry correctly on their page. No response. Good thing I paid through paypal. Don't order from here!
The worst customer service ever! I never recieved my order. When I contacted Alphabet Deal they said they were not responsible. I wanted the item but instead I had to report to my credit card company that the item was never recieved for a refund. I will purchase my item from a different company.

Customer Service did not follow up after I asked where my order was, not very responsive. I had to email again. I received one item, it is damaged. They tried to tell me there were 3 items in that shipment. There were not. There were several other items that had not even shipped out yet, per their records. Ultimately their customer service told me to dispute the charge on my card rather than them refunding my money.

There are only a few legitimate reviews of this site. They will sell you merch that is out of stock - so they don't have when they list. Mostly it is imported junk. My advice is to stay away. I used PayPal for the transaction I did and won the dispute to get a refund. Check BBB!
I found the UI of the website quite simple to navigate, which made me scroll out multiple products in a short period of time. I even got an amazing deal from Alphabet Deal.
The bra's were thickly padded. It said nothing about padding in the details. There were strings everywhere & 2 even had little holes in them. I consider them to be poor quality. Wrote in to return them & get a refund. I just hope they'll let me without giving me a problem. You get what you pay for I guess.

I needed bra’s & they look nice. Just hope they’re as nice as they look & fit so I don’t need to return them.
I order the bras back in Nov. - I contacted them right away and they said they would refund. I waited and contacted them again and they said refund is on the way. Refund did not come, I contacted them again and they no longer return emails. Their phone is not set up to take calls. This outfit is terrible. I would not buy again and I'm not sure how they got a 4 plus rating

Horrible expierence! I will never buy from them again. I do not reccommend this shopping online website. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months now, for a no open box return. Back and forth emails with an excuse everytime. They are scammers trying to get your money.

Reason I took off a star was shipping information. Ordered 2 items. One showed being shipped but was never updated but the item did arrive in about 2 weeks. The other item never had shipping information but arrived quickly.

Very easy to navigate and can find the things fast. As compare to other sites rates are less. I can say this is all in one website from clothing, toys to jewellery of both men and women.
Ordered on September 23rd and still haven't got, I've sent emails and they don't answer the phone, I've heard nothing but they still have my money. First and last order.

When I received usps tracing numbers, I assumed the articles could be tracked. Unfortunately, the items were not taken to usps for a few weeks after I received the tracking numbers.
After explaining the problem with tracking numbers to items not received by usps, thereby making it impossible to track, I was directed to track my items, which was insulting by way of making it clear my complaint had not been read.
