Roller General

Roller General is a fake business. Your oder will go through, you'll get an email stating that it is being processed but you will never receive your item. When you try to follow up to inquire about your item, you will receive no response no matter how many times you try. Then Roller General will shut down their shop and reopen under another url. They were selling under onshop.com and now they're on another. Com They are a sham!

Two months after ordering, I hadn't received my package and so reached out to customer service. The "company representative" gave me a fake tracking number. When I called USPS, they said the package was not in my name nor sent to my state. I returned to the seller and he gave me ANOTHER fake tracking number - USPS gave same explanation. I filed a dispute through PayPal, throughout which the seller provided 3 more bogus tracking numbers. All had been sent directly to an address in Moreno Valley, CA, rather than TX where I live. What a waste of time and money. Do NOT order from this company.

Takes you money and never ships product. Does not respond to further inquiries about order or refund.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered a guinea pig cage and never received it. They were sure quick to take the $30.99. For the payment.

It's all a scam, I asked for an underwater case for my phone, and they gave me a plastic box, market value $ 1.
I met them on Facebook, I would like to report them and now they are gone.

This site is a scam. Ordered a product on 10/04/2020. Credit card was charged by some company named cosidine.com immediately. Received confirmation from Charis. Tried to contact Charis at *******@gmail.com on 10/15 for status with no answer. Tried to contact again on 10/26. Tried to go to cosidine.com website but not available. Called credit card company and they gave me credit for purchase.

I cannot believe I ordered something from this site! I I received an order confirmation email, and that was it. No response to the emails I've sent asking for updates. I can't even get to the website via the View Your Order or Visit Our Store links, Google Chrome doesn't feel it's a safe site. Am I really just out $200?

I was very lucky before ordering the part, I have notice there is something wrong here. This site is most likely is a spam.
I was almost to make a purchase and after adding to the shopping cart and trying to make the payment with pay-pal, then I noticed that option is no longer available. I always use Pay-pal which normally protect you from this kind of spam page then unable to find the option of payment from the option. On the the main page shows that pay-pal is one of the payment method however when after entering my personal information and shipping address, trying to make the payment that option is no longer available. That's where I knew something is up and I left the link. Immediately I exit out that site and few minutes later I have got an email from So called Chris (*******@gmail.com) probably fake name and email address
"You left these items in your cart, so we saved them for you. Click the button below to complete your order before your items disappear! Complete your purchase or Visit our store "

Please avoid purchasing anything from this site before becoming a victim

I was on this site for 20 minutes trying to check out with goods in my cart; even though I didn't see the PayPal option (which I always use).
But after entering my card info, for some reason, the site kept informing me that my card was invalid SMH
Now I know that my card is good. So I kept re-entering my info and the same thing. Finally I gave up and decided to check reviews and I ended up here and read about the horror stories!
I'm so glad that my order didn't process because I was about to spend a grip lol.
I feel so bad for the people that were victimized by this fraudulent company!
I just don't know what to say about this! So I had to leave my input here.

I ordered a freezer and paid $140 about 3 weeks ago I have not received a tracking number yet send several emails requesting tracking number or a refund but no response this website is a fraud!

Glad I read all the the other reviews before I ordered. BUYER BEWARE! They almost got me, thanks for the post.

They are not a real business - The place is a scam, they will take your money, and they will not deliver your product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

Dont bother ordering anything from this company unless you are into throwing your money away. I am on week 8 of waiting for my order to show up. I have sent over 40 emails to their customer service and got 3 replies, all the same just acknowledging they received the email. Ive asked for a refund in every email, but like I said no one has responded. Very frustrated and angry they STOLE my money

Just got a blue light pen delivered which is supposed to remove sling spot
Is a little blue flash light, the cheapest plastic ever seen, no instructions and it clearly says to help with pimples. My skin spots? Very good thanks for asking

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Do not buy. I ordered the teeth whitening kit back in July 2018. They SAID it was mailed. Never received it. Then I complained and they said another shipment was on its way. FOUR months later, in DECEMBER 2018 I received a package from them that contained fresh breath tablets. It was not what I ordered. What a complete rip-off. I'm reporting them to every authority possible and posting to every review site I can find. I spent $20 for NOTHING! Yes, I'm mad!

Complete scam, they just take you money and never ship anything. I asked for tracking info and they would send me a number that would not work. I gave them plenty of chances to make it right. I filed with PayPal to try and get a refund.

Buyer Beware... purchased on May 12,2018 4-tip Tattoo Pen paid thru Pay Pal... have NOT rc'vd item to date. Known Alpha Buying and Storm Media. Took several email requesting item to be CANCELED. Transaction No. Showed NO ACTIVITY since order. Finally sent me a generic email offering 20 % on NEXT Purchase. Item still being made... will let me know 6/20/2018 IF it would be ready to ship. Again ask to just CANCEL my order... send me an email stating all orders must be canceled with 24 hours of order placed. REALLY BAD BAD BUSINESS with many names. Other Review show pen dries up very quickly... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THEM... Paypal not very helpful... they want you to deal with the Company or Companies in this case... and wait til 6/28... why would anyone order something and wait 8 plus weeks. Caution even counting on Pay Pal to help with these bad companies..

It is simple I never receive the products, they never reply properly when I was saying the track number does not work. And one month after they said they will send again the products, I refuse but they did it anyway in order to not reimburse me and again i NEVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS!

Purchased Drain Weasel Anti-Clog from this site but I am not sure I got the actual Drain Weasel. What I got was in plain wrap, no instructions, and very wimpy plastic. Drain Weasel has gotten good reviews and I threw mine away because it was cheaply made.

BUYERS... think twice about purchasing this product.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW:
The color of the tattoo pen I ordered (brown) was not like the color shown on the website... it had a lot of red in it and did not meet my needs. I emailed alpha-buying and they responded by saying they could not offer me a refund. I pushed for some sort of resolution and they emailed me back saying they would re-evaluate my claim but I had to email them a photo of the packing slip and a photo of the product within 10 days. I no longer had the packing slip, but provided them with the photo. Because I was 3 days passed the deadline to submit this, alpha-buying support refused ANY resolution. I can't believe all the HOOPS they make customers jump through for a $11.97 item which I waited for months to arrive (from China). There are too many similar products from other sites that offer great customer service then to mess around with this one!

PRODUCT REVIEW:
The pen is cheaply made and is NOT water proof (came right off with a damp washcloth) and probably not sweat/smudge proof either. Don't waste your money. There are similar products you can buy locally that are better and will save you many dollars in shipping.

I WOULD REFRAIN FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM BASED ON THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
