“Stay Away”

Working with all western mortgage was the worst experience in my life. They made the whole process stressful and insulting. They NEVER discussed my options and NEVER reviewed my loan disclosure with me. Less than twenty days left to close on my loan, and after many emails and attempts to find out about my final loan disclosure, they sent an electronic loan disclosure for me to signno one called to discuss the numbers and terms. When I was finally able to reach Dennis, he said that he did not have my file in front of him and would call me the next day. He NEVER called back. They also promised to give me lender credit at the beginning of the process if I stayed with them. I repeatedly requested to send me an email to confirm this promise. Adam was annoyed by my request and said that " his word should be enough." finally, after being persistent on my request, they send me an email confirming the lender credit and also included a very SPECIFIC amount in the final disclosure on lender credit section. When I went to sign the title, there was no lender credit. When I contacted them, they pretended that they had no idea what I was talking about. I didn't sign the paperwork, and because I had the email and the loan disclosure, they gave me some of the credit but NOT ALL. They never called me back or responded to my emails, but if they requested a document and didn't receive a response from me within a few hours, I would receive a nasty email or call to let me know how urgent it is to get back to them. Every single person that I encountered in AWM was bully and disrespectful. They contacted my employer three days before closing to receive documents. They were not clear or specific as what they needed; as a result, my employer had to revise the documents at least six times. That by itself put me in a lot of stress and pressure. When I told them that I was not happy and wanted to change my lender, I was told I could risk losing my down payment!
