They did not send the goods and no response from CUSTOMER service in over 1 month! AVOID

I reached out many times and nothing back

Absolute rubbish!

Paid nearly the DOUBLE the amount of the product for faster delivery which was listed on their website as 3/4 days. After 11 days of awaiting I requested an update through "live chat" and "email". Received NO reply, days after days I keep writing. So I asked for cancellation. Received an email only the amount of the product refunded which I have NOT received my money back!
Order has NEVER been shipped but they were totally OK to keep my money for fast delivery!
What a JOKE!
This company would never be further away from professional work ethic. Absolute frustration and feels like a FRAUD!

Paid for a service that I never received!

Allureaid sent me cracked, possibly fake, sunglasses and then refused to exchange or refund my purchase.

Ok so when I first ordered sunglasses from here I was a bit nervous because it was a really good deal. Then a month went by and nothing. At 6 weeks I called and asked what's up and they said it would take a few more days because they were coming from Italy. I felt like maybe I was scammed.

But alas, two months later they arrived in box and with all authentic accessories and coding! I'm giving five stars because you know what, if it saves me money, I'll wait!

Please do yourself a favor by choosing another eyeglass company especially if you're getting Rx.
9 calls and 10 emails. And a month later with them using the same old line (lie) that my glasses will be ready and shipped at the end of the day I finally took my business elsewhere especially when they used covid as an excuse as to why they haven't shipped. Three management I'd ran by a girl or guy that is to sensitive to be in his or her position and need to be fired. This company should be banned from the world wide web in my opinion. So please do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere also I might add, they aren't BBB accredited.

The site is very easy to navigate and the overall experience is very pleasant. The glasses were delivered as described. Quality is excellent!

Ordered goggle lenses on nov4 they said they were delivered with no response. Then said they would look into where they are after two weeks said they would deliver new set and send an email to verify. Never got email as of dec. 23 no response to emails and now don't answer phone. Out 70$ good lesson to ads on Facebook

Allureaid has all the top brands with great prices. I've ordered 4 times, only had one issue with the glasses being too big, they exchanged them no problem, but it did take awhile to get the new pair. Otherwise I'm completely satisfied with the quality, price and crusty service.

This place is a joke if not a total scam. Do not buy anything from them. They sent me a damaged snow helmet three weeks after I placed the order.

I purchased prescription goggles for my daughter from them and the pain began there. They did not add prescription to the order, it then took over a month to get a person named "Janet" to speak with. I sent numerous emails and left countless voicemail and nothing. When I finally spoke with "Janet" a second time she said they would issue an RMA which they did and that they would apply the prescription once it was received. Well that took over 2 months to get an answer again after many more emails and voice mails. I finally spoke to "Janet" again third time, and she acted as if nothing was wrong and assured me it would be solved "TODAY". Which also never happened it is now two months later and not a single reply email or phone call from them as where is my order. I requested a cancellation but too has gone to the wind. I am at a lost literally ($80) for time and frustration and my child still does not have her goggles. This business needs to forced out and repay their customers for the stress they caused.
