I do not advise you to buy from this site. I was cheated, I ordered a different watch than they sent after 2 months! In addition, not women's but men's and still too small! They no longer respond to any form of contact, neither e-mails nor Whatsapp. Waste of time and money!

There are 2 websites for the company Keisha Gomes answers emails for, - one is elite replica and the other is allswiss. Each website has a different US address for it's location. One in NJ and one is PA. When I tried to pay for my purchase it was (fortunately?) denied and then I was sent to a new website in the Thai language - I don't read Thai. I'd rather dream about my exotic watch than try to buy it from one of these companies regardless of whether or not they are legit.

The 2 watches I bought stop working after few months. Wrote to Keisha Gomes several emails pointing out that the watches were under guarantee to be repaired. No reply. Never!
My advice to potential buyers from Allswisswatch: don't buy from them they are expensive with no reason. I have watches from other sites that I bought much much cheaper, looking as good and still working after 2 years. Don't trust Allswisswatch, don't waste your money.

This watch was supposed to be as close to the original as there is. The watch looked like the real thing, but never kept proper time. After about two months of ownership I looked down at the watch and noticed the bezel and crystal had fallen off! I work in an office and take great care of the watch knowing that it is not as durable and sturdy as the original, but this was ridicules. I have reached out to the company many times with no response. A total waste of money. I have reported them to the FTC in hopes that it will trigger a response. Don't waste your money. Save up and buy the real thing or get something else. You will be sorry, I promise. I am a retired firefighter and Marine Corp veteran. I currently work as a public insurance adjuster. I do not or have ever worn the watch except for work or going out. Not Happy!

You should always pay by credit card then if you are not happy you can use charge back to get a refund.

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a watch which took 3 months to come, when I finally received it, the clasp was broken. I asked for the address to return watch for a refund but ‘Keisha' emailed me to say they would send me a replacement clasp. I am still waiting 4 months later. I have politely emailed asking for an address to return, but my emails are now being ignored. I am now seeking legal advice as this is fraud.

The company is a total FAKE & SCAM. I think these positive reviews are written by themselves to make them think they are a serious firm. I ordered an hour 7 days ago and paid with bitcoins, I never got any response again. CAUTION or you will lose money like many others. I honestly don't believe anyone has ever received any watch from this firm

Ordered 3 watches, one no stock and the others proposed change by them, refused that, cancelled the order, email accepting and saying refund will take place, that from 12th July 2018, no money, no answer to my phone calls requests, and emails. I keep the proof in my files... frankly worried... with this story. Are they reliable people? Do they pay some for some opinions? All the emails are signed by a certain Keisha Gomes...

! Buyers beware!
I bought three watches from this site and they both looked so fake when comparing them to the real ones. I tried to reach out to the customer services department but they started cursing and calling me names! They also threatened me of listing my name under a child molesters' website! This is just a horrible experience and I wasted my time and money on those crappy watches.

Cheap Chinese non-functional garbage that you'd not pay $20 for.

NOT the High-End Swiss watches that they advertise which is BS in itself as the Swiss don't make copy watches,

The real people on these reviews are likely the scammed customers. The other 5 STAR reviews are likely ones these muppets have put on themselves.

Do your research on these idiots and buy elsewhere from a reputable reseller.

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY - BEWARE!

I recently ordered three watches from this Company which clearly stated, on their website, which were in stock and which were not.

For replica watches this site is overpriced but wanted to get it a try. Keisha Gomes contacted me under the email of Allen Smith and notified me that 2 of the 3 watches I ordered were not in stock. I mentioned I have never ordered form their Company and was extremely upset as to why they did not note that in their website and was nervous of such a big transaction. The product is cheap looks fake and was falling apart just opening it up from shrink wrapped in plastic I asked the company to do a return they said no I told him I'd have to pass it to my credit card company they threaten me used foul language. They didn't stop there they looked me up under Facebook sent me a picture of myself I was actually blown And did everything they could do to try to hurt my reputation at this point I had to get a lawyer and involve the FBI fraud division did anybody experienced threats like that

I got 2 watched for 1250$ they were broken and terrible quality. I complained and they never responded so I disputed the charge. So they sent me an email cursing at me, posted my name as a child molester, and sent me viruses.

There is a plethora of complaints from your customers on several international denunciation sites and almost all of them are due to not receiving the purchased watch or not receiving refund or return for the poor quality of the watch and not receiving the amount paid. I bought 2 watchs on 10/11/2018, through Order #*******, and I did not receive the product or the refund until today, 5/2/2019, almost 6 months after the purchase, despite dozens of emails and complaints on the site. I am retired, I am 72 years old, I live alone and due to the very difficult situation I am working on reselling watches to buy medicine, food and to pay rent. I'm just making these complaints because I've never been through so much cheating, hypocrisy, lies and dissimulation as this gang got me through.
We, the buyers and consumers of global e-commerce, beg for any government entity or consumer protection agency to severely stop and punish Allswisswatch fraud and crime practices for serious and honest citizens.
These occurrences are no longer a case of Complaint, but a case of Police.

The Submariner I ordered was not available. Keisha offered me a similar alternative. I accepted and sent the payment to them.
Prior to shipping she sent me a picture of a third watch which was what they intended on sending me. I pointed out the error and Keisha apologized and offered me a discount on a future purchase. At this point I was concerned with the lack of professionalism with allswisseu, but I had already paid, and it was a Christmas gift so I agreed to the third choice.

The watch that arrived was not what I ordered. I cannot stress this enough, the quality was horrendous. The bezel didn't spin nicely and would stick. The crown was not the correct size and didn't thread correctly. Worst was the band, Keisha assured me it would be marked and sent me a photograph of a hall marked band. What I received was a watch band of the poorest quality I have ever seen. Not a band one would attach to any watch in the greater than $100 price range.

I emailed Keisha a list of why it was not an acceptable watch for the price and a request for a full refund. Her response sums up the soul of this company.

No apology, no acknowledgement of my unhappiness with the transaction. Just an email stating send the watch to the below address, when we receive it will will reimburse you.

I responded I will ship it to the address but allswiss must pay the $38 shipping fee. I'm still waiting to hear back from her.

I'm 90% certain I will never get my money back.

I will update my review with the end result.

Be aware, this is fraud, you will never get you watch, good reviews are FAKE, they will keep telling you that your order is on the way, for months

After he they missled me I told that I will newer buy anything from them ever.
