I ordered some banners for my elementary gym and they are beautiful! I am so pleased with the entire process from ordering, art approval, and speedy delivery. I will definitely use again!
your website is extremely frustrating. It timed out on me and lost the three banners I'd designed while I was correcting a graphic for the fourth and I had to start from scratch. Then it kept "losing" my design while I was trying to save it.

The interface on your design program stinks. I was never able to upload my saved design, so I had to recreate it again, wasting my time. I may or may not be back.

It took far to long to receive product. Orders placed after your order came in mail. Yours was so late that it came after I needed it.
your website is a mess. it does not properly save items making doubling and tripling of work on items that were thought to have been saved.
New website design has big holes. No FUTURA fonts, No ability to add SHAPES, Difficult to specify exact colors by 3 numbers, difficult to change an order without starting all over, etc.
Your billing / shipping field are very frustrating to use. The phone number was included, but for some reason it says it is not. When you get a message screen, you need to return and fill out all the information again. It should save so you just need to edit the 1 field.

The site would not allow me to log in - it kept telling me there was an error. I was continually booted out of the design section. I was unable to drop down and choose my state at checkout. I had to bail out and reload several times before it would allow me to finalize my order.
I received an email with a coupon, when I enter the coupon code it says it is expired. This has happened the last 2 of the 3 orders I've placed with you. I addressed it the other time and never got a response. Don't send out coupon codes if they don't work. The "Friday6off" email was supposed to be good until midnight, April 2.... Very frustrating.
I tried unsuccessfully to use the 15% off code and it did not work; your website indicated no coupon was needed. I would like to be reimbursed for my 15%.
A former loyal customer will not make future purchases. A definite drop in customer service, quality of product and delivery quality of product is forcing me to find other vendors.
The website was very hard to use for designs, and I had a hard time getting a response from anyone from the company for assistance.
Unfortunately you were not able to access our old design so we designed our own artwork but that is ok...
The final color was a little off from what we expected (the way it looked on the proof) but we can live with it.
The bad part was it was pretty beat up by UPS when delivered....we will keep it and won't make any shipping claim but unfortunately it has areas where the color is rubbed off where crushed.
I'm "not" trying to give your company a bad name, but take this as constructive criticism, to improve your quality of work.
You need to use heavier packaging to keep it from getting crushed by UPS.

Your web site has issues. The create a banner page doesn't upload images nor backgrounds. The page just keep spinning. So I had to place an order with an uncompleted design so a rep can access it to complete it. When I checked out of the cart, the page keep spinning.
site was difficult to use. Site kept jumping screens and would have to start over. very time consuming
The larger the banner the the larger the distortion of images. Wish they would have shared this information. Hoping it will look ok from a distance.
I reordered a previous order. The last one was bright and bold. This recent COPY of the last order is pale and the bright fushia looks pale pink, and the background a pastel yellow not a dark vibrant one as on the previous order.
