Great discounts, products fit well, great customer service, wide variety of products! We could try on multiple products to make an informed decision and made shure we got what was best! Highly recomended!
First time in my life where I placed an order online and I haven't received the product. It has been 3 weeks already and no return on my messages. I have the order # and invoice and nobody is there to answer my calls. No tracking number. Nothing! It is so frustrating being scam by a website that I thought I could trust. I just want my money back at this point.
After I did not receive my order, I contacted the company twice via email. They let me know the item I had ordered was no longer available yet they would send me the newer and more expensive model at no extra cost. Great! I waited then shortly received the wrong size. I then emailed them again and they sent me the correct size with prepaid return envelope for the wrong size order. I am now very happy with the order. I only gave 4 stars as I got the upgraded newer model at last years model price yet I had to keep contacting the company to get it resolved. I found it incredibly annoying although I do realize mistakes happen.
