Really poor customer service. I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks for my partner. The item never arrived so I was advised through the live chat function to contact them by email which I did. I still haven't received a single acknowledgment to my 4 emails. I eventually got a response via Instagram but only got a partial refund for the product. I didn't even get the refund for the (next day) delivery I paid! Really poor customer service!

Ever order from this one. Specially if you not living in uk. I ordered shoes and one of the shoes was covered with animal fur and white powdery stuff it was disgusting. I sent photos about it never answered back and took it aged for response, finally I got a e-mail, I have to pay my own money to pay for postage to return. It's not free return! It's only pay for15% of your value of return stuff.
So if you need to refund your things forget about it with this company.

I'm out of pocket and spent hours messaging and emailing - the warehouse staff are apparently unable to read or count so whilst they have confirmed they have received my parcel only one of the 2 enclosed orders were refunded will never ever use them again going round and round in circles repeating myself - the warehouse clearly throw extra items into space never to be located! Poor poor returns process

I paid £150 for a pair of boots, on trying the first one on two eyelets fell off! I tried to call the company but the phone lines are closed due to COVID? I then messaged and sent photos (all on the day of receipt). Now nearly two weeks later they are refusing to allow me to return the boots or provide a refund. Going to have to take legal action to recover money. Please beware.

These people are awful. I never received my order. It took weeks for them to finally agree to refund me for it and I haven't even received the refund to this day and I ordered in December... it is now May and this issue is still not resolved. They continue to say "we will follow up with our finance department". They have no problem with taking your money and not fixing their errors and they will do all of that while lying to your face about working hard to fix it. Just shop somewhere else it's not worth the risk I promise.

Tip for consumers:
Do not shop here. they say refunds are allowed but you dont even get your money back.

Trainers received 9th June. Leather buckling. Tried to call, phone not managed. Tried live chat, unavailable. Tried messenger yesterday at 10.51am who took all the details and promised an agent would get in touch. I am still waiting. Any idea of an email, the one I was given came back undelivered. Are they going bust

Avoid. After weeks of my order on Black Friday i get an email saying they are out of stock and could not sort more from stockist. I tried to reason with them that if they atleast honour their price/black friday discount amount i would order another style. Was rejected after days of no replies over text and a waste of time and effort. Terrible attitude to a store error that is not my fault. Honouring your discount amount for another style is the least you could do. Avoid like the plague

This is the worst company ever... £175 boots that were I'm sure seconds and sent back with tracking and proof, now they say they have not had the parcel... I may as well thrown £175 in the bin AVOID this disgusting company at all cost they are just thieves!

I really would buy anywhere other than Allsole,I would rather walk barefoot than buy from them!

Terrible servicio. Al intentar hacer mi pedido, la pigina no dejaba de cancelarlo automaticamente, y cuando por fin pude hacerlo, me mandaron la talla equivocada. El 18 de agosto hice la devolucion y ya estamos a 3 de octubre y no me han dicho nada. Me he comunicado con la pagina mas de 7 veces y siempre me dejan esperando una respuesta. No volvere a hacer ningun pedido con ellos

I ordered an item and received it but had problems and looked fake as the label of the shoes was piled off!I tried to return it they gave me a label and I paid for the return also and now that 1 month has passed they said that the address of the label was wrong and didn't get any responsibility. Worst experience

I order boots with this company on the 20th June. They've had my money since then. Today the 9th July I received an email saying they couldn't fill the order. The site showed shipping with 2-5 days.
This is the second time on the site this has happened. Not worth every going back. Especially when they keep your money for other 3 -4 weeks by the time it comes back to me.

Unfortunately I have to complain about the delivery service of this company. On May 16 I bought a pair of shoes in this store this should have been delivered to Ukraine. I've checked before ordering, the info on their website insured me that international shipping is not an issue for them. According to info I've received from the store it had to be delivered between May 28 and June 11, but the shipment didn't arrive.
Also I couldn't see exactly where my shoes are located, since I didn't have access to see these details on the FedEx website. So i am also questioning the choice of the store to offer untraceable delivery. At the moment of the checkout I did not pay attention to the delivery options (my fault) but I sincerely think that this should not be offered especially for international deliveries. The Allsole representative answered: "Unfortunately, it does not seem that this was arranged to be sent via a tracked service therefore I cannot provide you with any relevant tracking updates." They also added that they will start investigating where my package is located directly with the delivery service FedEx. To do this I needed to fill out a DOR document. While I was waiting for a couple of days for a response from the manager, I decided to email directly to the FedEX support service on my own to speed up the process. Here's what they answered. "Good afternoon, Anna. The parcel was not picked up by a FedEx courier. The parcel is not in transit. The sender must be contacted. Thanks."
Allsole managers replied that they are very sorry, but they do not know where my package is. Also added that I can make a refund or choose other shoes since these are no longer in stock. I replied that I needed a refund and asked when to expect it. More than 4 days have passed since the last letter from the AllSole manager and I still have not received an answer and money.
Words can't describe how upset I am because this package was very important to me since there were my WEDDING shoes. They were out of stock almost everywhere. I really had my hopes up high for this store, which I regret now. I just lost my time. I made an order so early on purpose because on July 3rd they should have been with me. But everything turned out the worst way and I cannot make my dream wedding look come true.
I hope that the money will be returned to me as soon as possible. And hope that refund is arranged ASAP.
I recommend to avoid this store especially if some important event is coming up. Now I am out of shoes and my money. Watch out and save yourself some time

Ordered a pair of boots from AllSole, a pair of vagabond boots that were on offer, it was delivered on time, after one wear I noticed that rubber around the sole of the boots started to crumble off, so I contacted them to let them know about the fault, had to wait 5 days before they got back to me to tell that their returns team found nothing wrong as it is not a manufacturing fault, so, therefore, it is my fault as I can't walk in a pair boots properly. There was no offer of exchange or repair, I don't even think that they have a brand specialist. I wouldn't bother ordering from them again, there is something wrong with the products they sell.

Purchased a pair of Coach shoes (not cheap) from this "company" and I use that term loosely! After having them on my feet for one day, the sole came apart from the shoe itself. Phone number doesn't work, they didn't reply to my emails so eventually got them on Twitter. They asked for pictures which I sent, then wanted more of the soles to make sure i hadn't done the damage myself (only had them a couple of days) and then when they were happy with the pictures after relentlessly requesting more pictures, they said they needed to contact the brand directly before I could return them. I cannot understand how that has anything to do with me! Obviously, that's their issue to take up with the brand, I purchased from All Sole, not Coach. Absolute joke of a company, AVOID! And before you (All Sole) send me your apologies and tell me to contact you via my account IT DOESN'T WORK, I'VE ALREADY TRIED THAT SEVERAL TIMES!

I think this is a one person Comoany. The phone number before during and still post covid isn't answered, only a message to say they do not pick up the phone currently!?
Twice now (should have learnt the first time) I ordered a pair of Vejas, once in jan and once 10 days ago… both times they had been discounted and I used a code they give you. Both times I had waited ages for them to arrive, when they hadn't I went into my account to see that they had cancelled the order without telling me. On the first purchase I eventually received an email after many messages to customer care - this said we didn't have them in stock… 6 months later I'm still waiting for my refund (only realised today that I hadn't received it) today I checked again and saw my newest purchase was cancelled for same reasons… yet no refund, no answer back from their online customer 'care' form… I'm starting to think they are criminals, fraudsters. My hard earned money with a young family taken by these cowboys. If you are buying look ag the reviews, I just have and I can't find a positive one. Also, only use pay pal so you can get your money back!
I am going to take this further, u less I get my money back… it's actually unlawful and disgusting how they can still operate! They won't even care about this review as they don't care about their customers!

Wish I'd looked for the reviews beforehand- but assumed they would be reputable given they say that they are one of the company's on "one4all" gift cards. They aren't... gift card balance is now nil and they will hold the balance for up to 1 working week.
According to customer service you can only pay with one method. You can't pay with the gift card on part and the balance on another.
Between this and the number of people that don't seem to get their orders, it definitely appears to be a company that will take your money quicker than you can blink... but you can whistle for your money back or the shoes you've paid for. Just don't to it!

I ordered a pair of sandals which I don't currently need in this climate and really wished I hadn't 10 minutes after purchasing! Admittedly I made an error, my previous address was in the system and when I received the order confirmation which was literally instantly I realised my error and tried to cancel my order which it would not let me do, so I messaged to see if anyone could help and amend address, long story short no help whatsoever, my order had apparently gone in to dispatch so nothing they could do, even though they weren't sent until 4 days later! I was advised as soon as I had confirmation of dispatch they could recall the item back to warehouse and was informed that it had been done, anyway next email was item out for delivery with Hermes, they didn't even leave at old address but with someone 50 street numbers away! When I contacted all sole they said as I had been the one that made the error they couldn't help and suggested I track down the sandals myself, which I did as you all probably know nothing is cheap on the website, there is nothing wrong with the goods but obviously after this experience I will never buy from Allsole again and would advise anyone who does to be so careful as if you make a human error it's basically tough, this is why Asos and other bigger companies get supported as they are much more helpful if you have a problem! It says you have a15 minute grace period to cancel an order which is nonsense I tried in less time than that, 15 minutes is a joke anyway and asa suggestion needs some leeway, sorry but you've lost a customer!

I purchased some Barbour Wellington Boots from all sole in October, by December, they were letting in water as the sole had come away from the top half. I notified them via on-line chat on 22/12/2020 and the said they were closed for the Christmas break. I have been trying all the way through January and all i get is "we have reported it to the manufaturer and we are waiting for a response" i have had the every week for three weeks. Nothing is happening, i have a very expesive pair af books that i cant wear in the rain! Their phone lins are not working because of lock-down and i truly believe they are hoping i will forget about the issue. I will neve buy anything from this company again. A bit of advice, go direct to barbour, an excellent company who will look after you a lot better that all sole. I am going to contact my bank and do a charge-back to get a decent response. WORST! WORST! CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Return an item, they refused to refund my money. Opened a PayPal case, they threaten not to give me my money until I close the case. Reported them to PayPal.
They should not be operating. Disgusted at their behavior.

Very bad service. After 12 days my 2 pairs of shoes which I have paid for are still at their warehouse. On contacting the Customer Service department they claim 'Our courier team have confirmed that you are required to pay taxes in order and you should have been contacted with instructions on how to do this. Once payment has been made the order will be processed for delivery'. I have never been contacted by the courier team regarding paying any taxes and upon enquiring with the Australian Customs Department, they advised me no taxes or customs should be paid until I receive notification in writing from the Australian Department of Border Force and at no point should I pay a third party. In their words they said it sounded like a scam.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER HAD!
Comparing to other online retailers who facilite the return process by putting directly a prepaid postal coupon in your parcel, with Allsole you firstly need to contact the customer services to get a return number. Then you need to print out the return formulary and cut a piece of the label to affix to the parcel... at the end it will cost me 79.00 dollars to send them back from USA.
I paid $84.43 for the rain boots and I'd like to return because they didn't fit me, but having to pay almost the same amount to return them it is outrageous!
Allsole disrespects their customers.
Run miles away from this online store.
