My first order. Very disappointed. Im a cancer patient and not able to go to a mail facility to return it.

I ordered a bird toy, it was out of stock. She called and offered a similar toy. Later I found out the similar toys was way cheaper. Disappointed.

My experience has been quite positive. Shipped quickly, kept informed. Only thing has not arrived yet but has to go through customs

I was so glad to see it listed as I have been having trouble finding Lory food in the past except for you all!
I hope the 'awaiting fulfillment' is a short wait!

This arrived yesterday. When I opened the box the cantiner docent look like the cantina on the web site which is what i ordered. I will try this product, there are some supplements missing from what i ordered and what i normally use.
Also i keep getting emails on rewards and I have over $10.00 but when I try to use this it wasn't applied?

I loves that I could get my birds' food and toy making supplies at the same place! Good experience. Nice website

I ordered a few plastic canary nests and jute fiber pads which were exactly the ones I needed. Fast service.

I can't begin to express how thankful and amazed I am at the concern shown by Lori at All Parrot Products. She called initially to confirm that the shipping option I chose on the online order I placed was correct. I chose an option that was expensive but wouldn't get the product here any sooner than a less expensive option. Poor Lori, she reached a panicked woman with a sick parakeet in the middle of a holiday "no vets available" weekend. She patiently listened to my woes, gave extremely helpful guidance and stayed tuned answering all my text and photo messages throughout the day. Knowing that there was nothing in it for her or All Parrot Products didn't deter her in the least. It was very obvious that she is extremely knowledgeable on the subject. I am enormously grateful.

I purchased hard to find large mineral blocks for my birds and was very pleased at the response I received to an inquiry and how quickly they were shipped. The price wasn't half bad, either.

Arrived fast and the site was easy to find everything that I needed for my macaw and also the prices are really good.

Ordered nemeth millet. Was contacted next day it was out of stock and a substitute was offered. And shipped.

I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else as it was out of stock, but I found it through All Parrot Products and was able to get my product very quickly! Communication was awesome, and I would definitely order from All Parrot Products again!
