Being tall, I'm a big fan of their clothes! I have never had a problem with anything that I have ordered. I mostly order dress pants and long dresses and jeans. Keep in mind I have never had to return anything so I have never had to deal with the customer service. So far, I'm a happy woman.
I returned 2 items. I never wore the clothes other than to try them on. Fast forward 2 weeks and I get an email stating they are refusing to refund me because the clothing has perfume and dog hair. Lies! I don't have a dog or wear perfume. I will be escalating the manner and getting my money back. Company is a scam! They just want to keep your money. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing anything.
Whomever took over this company did it a total disservice! The clothes are ugly for the most part and not updated often. Seems like I haven't seen a new item since the beginning of summer (of maybe one pair of jeans)! This is awful! I hope someone takes this up and revamps this place to be what it used to be!
I have also had the issue of buying items in the same size but they ALL fit differently!
I ordered at least 5 pairs of jeans and had to return 3. They have a problem with processing credit cards and I owed a balance of 1.58 they could not process the order so I had to get a refund. Crappy system now I'm waiting on a check in the mail. Horrible company
