Placed and order and 2 days later called because you did not even attempt to call the vet for the RX. This is necessary MEDICINE not a toy. The rep put me on hold multiple times and all he could offer were apologies. Shipping was supposed to be 1-3 days yet 2 days passed and they had not even attempted to call the vet. Won't be purchasing anything else from here. They don't seem to know that medicine is NECESSARY.

Just started with Allivet, Don't have any feedback on service and delivery! I understand approximately a week on delivery. They had better prices than my vet, just waiting for the actual delivery to come.

Recently, I had to purchase an ant-inflammatory for my older dog. Unfortunately, he passed away the day after we ordered the product. I called Allivet to cancel the product and they were great! Told me the product had already been sent but to keep it at no charge as it was prescription. They credited my account for a full refund. We have another dog and cat and I will now be an Allivet customer of life based on this great experience in dealing with them! Great Customer Service!
