They have better pricing than my vet can offer. They contacted the vet directly to confirm the prescription (taking me out of the middle). I got free shipping because I met the threshold. I am about to order from them again and see if they can make it 2 for 2. My only slight complaint would be that shipping was a tad slow, but I was not under pressure to get the meds quickly because I still had plenty on hand.

The website was very easy to manipulate. I had absolutely no problem ordering the medication I need for my dog.
I'm just now ordering so we will see how the monthly auto ship orders come to me.

Great source for bird and fish antiobiotics, dewormers, needles & syringes and test kits. Items are shipped quickly and arrive intact. However, I don't order vaccines from here. The shipping is too high and the container flimsy and ineffective to keep them at a consistent temperature during shipment. I have never tried to order prescriptions though. The vets we work with do not like the hassle of online ordering from outside organizations.

I love that Allivet provides cheap prices on meds for my fur baby. Medications can be really expensive so I never use any other company but Allivet.

Generally good but rather not need to call just to get the original price. Every time the call takes somewhere around 5-10 mins and only when the office is open. It's much easier just to order online and pay at the same price especially for long term medicine. It creates conveniences for the customers.

Good pricing if you know not to go to their direct website first. Once I googled and they came up as an option, I selected them and the transaction was fast and smooth. However the second time I ordered, I went directly to the Allivet website and the price was $0.60 more per tablet. OUCH! Their site is a little too busy, so you have to read and examine all carefully when checking out. Otherwise, good site, great selection of products and I appreciate that they take the time to contact my Vet for me.

I have been using allivet for about a year now. I have autoship on my dogs meds and they are always on time. The only thing I didn't care for was when I was researching for prices they started with on price then on next order went up. At first, I just thought well prices increase but then I searched on a friends computer and found the first price. However, they are still less expensive then anyone else. Also, I just want to add they never charged my card until meds were shipped.

- Fewer promotions and coupons than in the past
- Points program not well advertised or promoted
- Site could be more user friendly; had difficulty setting up recurring orders

Allivet is willing to contact the vet to obtain prescription authorization and keeps me informed as to the order status. Website easy to navigate. The only negative issue I have encountered is when a medication is out of stock. Allivet does not know (and I suppose this is understandable) why the medication is out of stock or when it is expected back in stock. Overall though, very happy with the transaction process.

I've searched high and low trying to find pain medication for my Rottweiler. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and it's important that I make her as comfortable as possible. The only complaint I have is that Allivet does not accept Care Credit as a means of payment. My care credit account is used primarily for vet bills.

You would increase your revenue overall by adding more military to your clientele. You must nit realize how many vets rely on animals for relief. Have a good day.

I switched to Allivet from another online pet pharmacy and am glad I did. Prices are the best and service is great. Unfortunately one of the medications both my dogs need have been on manufacturer's back order. I managed to find them somewhere else and ordered them.It took twice as long to get them. I hope that by the time I need to reorder Allivet will have a new supply.

I recently ordered hypoallergenic prescription diet food for my dog. The price was a little higher than other sites, but shipping was free and prompt. I just re-ordered today based on my experience with the first order. Improvement? Yes, need more variety of brands of this type of food, and the same for hypoallergenic treats.

Good price on my dog's Apoquel which is super expensive. It is cheaper here than the vet office and the ordering is easy and shipping is quick. Prices are competitive with other online pet pharmacies, not a steal by any means but decent price. They were able to contact my vet and get the prescription and I just refill it online when he runs out. So far so good, I have reordered several times with them and no issues to date.

I have used allivet several times now to purchase medications for my pets. The service is speedy and dependable. However, the reason for four stars is it seems every time I order the price increases. And there is no reward like a single free shipping for lets say every fifth or tenth order for being a consistent customer.

A majority of the time, Allivet has the best prices for the two *very* expensive medications my older dog needs for his heart condition. The prices do tend to fluctuate without notice (even with auto ship), so you have to keep an eye on pricing. They usually ship very quickly, but sometimes there seems to be a delay between the vet & Allivet with new prescriptions or validating refills. Overall, Allivet is amazing, I don't think I could afford my dog's medications without them. I have recommended them to friends who are also very happy.

Had a problem with my order and waited on it for a long time. The manager then called me personally to apologize and took care of everything, even refunding the entire order and giving me store credit. Mistakes happen, but this business really cares about you and makes sure you are taken care of.
