Booked a hotel through allinclusiveresortfinder.com
January 28, 2014

Booked a hotel through allinclusiveresortfinder.com. Turns out they did not book our room. But they told us that they had. We got to mexico and... they had no mention of us at the hotel... the hotel tried to figure out what went wrong but all inclusive resort-non-finder was the one who screwed up. Left us stranded 4000 miles from home. Didn't return any of our emails regarding the problem until our trip was already over. Unreal. Also didn't pay for our cab to/from resort as promised. That alone cost us an extra $200 US. SCAM! Ended up paying the hotel directly using our mastercard before we could leave-as the still hadn't figured out what was wrong even by the end of the week-THANKS ALLINCLUIVERESORTFINDER.COM fro RUINING OUR HOLIDAY
