My item arrived about a month late, their logistics company is AWFUL, and my item was missing all hardware. The dining table I ordered requires specialty hardware to assemble it, so now I have a 200lb absolutely useless table taking up my dining area. I tried to buy the hardware myself, but since I'm completely guessing about what hardware is needed, the table is wobbly and poses an enormous safety hazard. I emailed Alliance yesterday and still haven't heard anything back from them. Just order through a major website that has better customer service.

We purchased on-line through Alliance Furniture a Steve Silver dining room server. Right from the start, Alliance Furniture informed us of the back-ordered status and possible availability date from the manufacturer. They gave us status updates and immediately notified us when the item became available, which was sooner than expected. They monitored the progress of the trucking firm and assisted with shipping inquiries. Everyone at Alliance Furniture was very courteous, reliable and thorough. A very well-run family business that I would highly recommend and use again.

We ordered a trunk for our living room through alliance. It was by far the most affordable site by a few hundred dollars. They are a "middle man" meaning that they do not house the product but coordinate the delivery and any inquiries. They are very responsive and very kind. You can immediately tell they are family owned. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

I ordered the kitchen island around the end of June or early July, A few days later I recieved an e-mail saying it would take 2 to 3 mo to fill my order (due to covid 19) and did I still want it. I emailed back that I did and authorized payment. I recieved it in Feb. 2021. Whenever I contacted them they got back to me so I waited. Came very well packed. Other than a couple small blemishes it was in great condition and fully assembled other than the wheels.

I knew with COVID and everything that my furniture wouldn't arrive in a timely manner but Alliance kept me updated so I wasn't worried. My furniture arrived perfectly. I was a little skeptical since I had never used this company but I was so excited when my furniture came and there was nothing wrong with it. Will use Alliance Furnishing again

This company was very easy to work with. They kept me informed concerning when they took my order. They updated me at each stage from making the chair to delivery. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

We purchased 2 Parker House Granada Museum bookcases from Alliance in Feb 2021, which were beautiful and lowest price I could find online. Unfortunately one was significantly damaged when they arrived in late May (Covid related shipping delay). While the damage was in no way the fault of Alliance, they stood behind it and sent me a replacement bookshelf, which was in good shape when it arrived. They only asked that I donate the damaged bookcase which I considered a more than fair resolution. I would definitely recommend Alliance for online furniture purchase, but I would suggest a different carrier be used in future due to the challenges I had in getting timely communication in status of delayed shipment. I would have given Alliance a 5 if not for the delivery delays and challenges I had with the shipping company.

Significant shipping delays due to Covid. We experienced similar delays with other online companies we used in similar timeframe

Alliance Furnishings truly deserve more than 5 stars! We ordered a reclining leather loveseat and sofa from Catnapper back in February 2020. Due to the pandemic, we didn't receive it until May 2020. We were totally understanding and remained patient throughout the entire process as we waited for our new furniture to arrive. However, when our set finally arrived, we were disappointed. Firstly, our loveseat came damaged by the delivery guy (we heard a loud boom inside his truck while we watched him unload the loveseat). As a result, the reclining mechanism didn't work properly and it grinded against another bar which created metal shavings. There were also rips on the back and front of the leather sofa as well. Understandably, it was only one guy unloading both large units during the pandemic but we were truly disappointed at the time. We wrote to Alliance Furnishings immediately about our experience and they went above and beyond to help us! Debra (the owner) immediately arranged for another sofa to be resent to us free of charge. Unfortunately, that sofa arrived with a rip as well so sadly, it was sent back. Debra then arranged for two separate technicians to repair the leather on the sofa and the reclining mechanism on the loveseat. We were finally able to enjoy our new furniture by December 2020. Although, the process was very long-winded due to these unprecedented times, we're so happy that Debra and the AF team remained on top of our issues and took great care. I was very hesitant on purchasing furniture online because we always want to see the pieces ourselves but as first-time online-furniture buyers, we would do it again and with AF! We highly recommend them to everyone who is looking to purchase new furniture. Thank you, Debra and the AF team!

Alliance did exactly what they represented. Best way to communicate is by e-Mail. I would highly recommend them and I researched approx 8 other furniture companies.

I received my loveseat today from Alliance Furnishing. First of all I searched and searched for a rocker, recliner loveseat and had a hard time finding it. It was exactly what I wanted. Then Covid came along and the Franklin factory was shut down for awhile. All during my wait Alliance Furnishings customer service kept me informed on what was happening and where it was. Always quickly answered my emails. Then it was picked up for delivery. They kept me updated where it was. The men that brought it to my home was very pleasant and helpful and it had been put together and unboxed. Perfect! So happy with it. It's comfy, sturdy and looks good! Would definitely recommend them and will return next time I need some furniture!

The desk we purchased arrived in great condition and the delivery process was communicated to us even through the COVID pandemic. If I had further questions I just gave them a call and they helped me obtain information I needed

Found what I loved (flexsteel set) but could not find it locally. Amazed that I was able to purchase from Texas and have shipped to Idaho and set up with minimal contact. Sales was awesome at answering questions and following up. I will not hesitate to purchase from Allianace again.

This family business knows what it means to give great customer service. I was leary to make an online purchase through a company that I did not know for such a large purchase. Boy did they come through. With great pricing and fantastic customer service. I will look here first for any further furniture purchases I make. Secondly the company they have partnered with for delivery was amazing! Normally I stay out of the way from the service provider as they work. These guys were so fun I was sad to see them leave. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not hesitate to use this family owned business. I promise you'll be glad you did. Thanks for listening, Scott Roberts

Ordered furniture and paid. Found out a week later furniture was not available. Still checking sight to see when restocked. They gave me a refund and were very easy to work with.

I'll admit, I was nervous at first ordering a bedroom set from an online only company (based in Texas, I live in Ohio) sight unseen. But I couldn't be happier! The bedroom set (by Liberty) is great quality and arrived in perfect condition! It did take 3 months to get the furniture (was delayed at least once from the original timeline provided), but given all the supply chain issues (due to Covid), you just have to have patience. Alliance kept me updated and the company they worked with to do the final delivery and white glove setup was very professional and did a fabulous job! I love my new bedroom furniture! Another plus was when I did order, Alliance did give me some additional options with the set from what was listed on their site. The original set on the site had only one bedside table but they were able to add another table for about $200 less than adding it a la carte.

WE HAD PURCHASED A FLEXSTEEL LOVESEAT A YEAR AGO FROM A LOCAL FURNITURE STORE, BUT WAS VERY PRICEY. WE LATER DECIDED TO PURCHASE A MATCHING SOFA, AND AFTER SEARCHING ONLINE FOR A BETTER PRICE, FOUND ALLIANCE FURNISHINGS ONLINE AND IT WAS $500 CHEAPER, SO ORDERED ON DEC 29,2020 AND RECEIVED IT IN FEBRUARY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I HAVE SINCE DECIDED TO PURCHASE A MATCHING RECLINER.

As a first time customer, we had an issue with a leather reclinner that we purchased through Alliance. You truly find our about friends and businesses, when there is a problem. Our problem was "all caused by the delivery company". Alliance had nothing to do with it, but once we submitted pictures, they immediately made arrangements for the chair and promptly arranged for the return of our purchace funds. They truly exceeded our expectations. Alliance proved, beyond a doubt, that they will protect and take care of their customers, without hesitation. I Highly Recomment Alliance Furnishings, where you can purchase with confidence. Thank You Alliance Furnishings!

Ordered a sofa for a little over $4,000 and was a little skeptical of them... after being given a 3-4 week estimated delivery window, after two weeks I was told the wrong sofa was loaded by the manufacturer. I wanted to be sure this was not a situation where they delay me for weeks and then convert my payment to store credit. I flat out asked if I would either "get the exact sofa that I am ordering or receive a full refund". They declined to simply say "yes" in writing and instead said they will be refunding me.

I would be wary of a company who cannot commit to saying that you will either get the item you are ordering or a full refund.

Where do I start? When I researched the furniture I wanted, I thought that Alliance Furnishings prices were too good to be true (you know the old saying). Well I was wrong. I spent hours researching furniture that I wanted (which was a major price investment for me). Alliance Furnishings did offer the best prices of all of the internet platform I visited.

After I placed my order I started receiving emails from the customer service department providing me information on my order along with an estimated delivery date, the name of the delivery company and what I should expect from them.

When the furniture was delivered, numerous pieces were damaged and I emailed Alliance Furnishings and was given guidance on the next step. So I took pictures of each piece of the damaged furniture and wrote a summary and then emailed Alliance with this information. I knew in the back of my mind that it was going to be a finger pointing exercise between the furniture manufacturer and the transportation company of which company owns the problem. I was exasperated because I knew I would have to spend hours fighting for my rights and maybe have to start a letter writing campaign while I stared at damaged furniture. However, within 6 hours of my email, I received an email from Raby in the Service Department of Alliance Furnishings with a detailed plan of what Alliance is going to pursue to ensure either I get replacement furniture or a furniture restorer to visit my house. After a few days, Raby sent me an email informing me that the owners of Alliance Furnishings (Mark and Debra) had personally stepped in and made a decision to replace the damaged pieces (based on the photos I sent in the furniture was too destroyed to try to repair). Not sure how the owners got the damaged pieces paid for, but I never had to write letters like I thought I would. I continued to be updated by Raby on when I should expect replacement furniture. The transportation company called me to schedule a time for delivery and upon delivery the transportation team removed the damaged furniture and brought in the replacement pieces. Could not be more satisfied.

It is a shame that the furniture was damaged in the first place and that I had to interrupt my life to take photos and provide a description of damages and exchange correspondence. However, the shame is negated by the fact that Alliance Furnishings did not take their foot off the accelerator and I was not treated as a number nor did they make me feel like it was my fault.

I would like to commend Raby for a first class job of working out the logistics of negotiating with both the furniture vendor and the transport company and keeping me in the loop of progress. This experience of being kept informed vs me, the customer, always have to contact someone to obtain a status. Old school of customer first does still exist and Alliance Furnishings is proof.

Everyone has a boss and for the owners to step in and make a decision on my caseis exceptional. I will never know who had to pay for the damaged furniture and the 2nd delivery. I even received an personal phone call from Debra apologizing for not only the damaged furniture, but me being inconvenienced; now that is RARE and truly appreciated by me.

I found out the Alliance Furnishings is not a big box store company; they are a Family Owned Small Business trying to compete with the big companies who monopolize the industry which try to knock out the small business owner. Can't complement enough the hoops the small business owner must go through to stay open and complete with the big box store companies. Just for this fact alone I will be a loyal return customer to Alliance Furnishings (when I need more furniture) and not even think about shopping around.

Alliance Furnishings – a huge thanks and in today's environment you have absolutely shown me that you practice old school business ethics, have integrity and that you can really trust a customer's word plus you also offer the best prices, period. I wish you the best and a continued success!
