I've ordered multiple times from this company and I've done before and after lab water tests of their filters. They do what they claim they do and the one time i got a bad batch they made it right immediately.
Got a bad case of special water filter that had a manufacturing defect, they did work with me and I returned the case of filters for a credit. Good folks, good communication and customer service but still it was a bit of extra work on my part to repackage and return the filters that I wish I didn't have to do.
